Die kleine, aber feine Speisenauswahl lässt erkennen, daß der Küchenchef Christian für regionale Produkte sowie selbst gemachte Teigwaren steht. Ich entscheide mit für den Hauptgang „Nüdli mit Ragout- einer Hackfleischsoße, aber ohne Tomatenmitwirkung.Vorher serviert die Chefin eine klare Fleischbrühe. Einfach Klasse. Die Hörnchennudeln sind perfekt gekocht, haben noch einen kleinen Biß und das Ragout ist excellent abgeschmeckt. Einfach Klasse. Zur Weinauswahl kann ich leider nichts sagen, dafür hat das Bier einfach zu gut geschmeckt. Drei verschiedene „huus-braui“ Sorten gibt es vom Fass. Das eine besser als das andere – Das erste Bier war nicht nur erfrischend sondern auch wohlschmeckend. Genüsslich widme ich mich auch den beiden anderen Bieren.
