Location great, food great and drinks great. The service at the drinks counter was also super friendly. The points are deducted for the service at the food counter. When we asked the gentleman who was responsible if our foccacia were ready, he said: yes, he had been calling the whole time and when I said that unfortunately you couldn't hear it at the last table at the back, he said that you could definitely hear it... (There were 4 of us and no one heard it and at the beginning we were also told that it would be brought to us). When we wanted to return the plates and glasses, the same gentleman said in a rather unfriendly tone that this was just the issue and the return was on the side...maybe we just missed the sign that said return...sorry about that, but that's just the way it was I didn't think it was appropriate to simply blame the guest for everything!

For self-service with a depto fee they are rather expensive. But still a good location. Hence 4 points
