This December 27 I had a great time for my birthday; I was so well served by the team in place! 🫶🏼 for my 40th birthday it’s engraved! A attentive waitress and a young server from Asp who is so admirable; they made my moment

We were able to attend the evening of August 1st and we had a great time! The food was delicious, served in a live cooking buffet format, it was interactive and dynamic. The teams are professional, smiling and attentive. We had a wonderful evening, thank you all!

This place is amazing. The decor is breathtaking. Usally the service is exception but this time I went with some friends who were from abroad. We came there because until this day I always had a great time. So we order 4 virgin mojito. Mind you the price is 17 chf which is ok for a luxurious place and service. But they literaly served us some sparkling water, few slices of lime and strawberry sirup and few ice cubes not even crushed ice. I was really disapointed THIS TIME.

Eros in Lausanne for work, I had an aperitif at the lobby lounge, a magnificent place; I was welcomed by an Italian girl who really struck me with her elegance and kindness. If I remember correctly, her name is Clementina. Very high quality food, great service. Highly recommended for business and leisure trips. I'll be back!

The quality of service is definitely worse than before. The staff does not seem trained and the wait is endless. Really a shame for the price.

The place is splendid. Since the following often occurs, criticism seems welcome in the hope of improvement: - extremely slow service: 45 minutes for sparkling water. 40 minutes for a Caesar salad and the kitchen forgot the chicken.... at 38 francs.... fortunately offered at the end (the idea of ​​a lobby lounge in a palace is to have fast and efficient service ). I should point out that the lobby was half full; - too much parmesan in the Caesar salad; - error in ordering drinks (after 40 minutes again); - understaffed (this was even told to us); - staff certainly nice but it shows that they are not properly trained. Conclusion: lobby management completely to be reviewed. Take the example of the Hotel des Bergues in Geneva, whose quality of service is always impeccable. It's difficult to understand how this is possible in such a prestigious and beautiful hotel... Especially since the service at the brasserie and the myako is good. Two stars because the setting is sublime and the staff remained friendly.
