A superb discovery. Two very pleasant evenings spent with the Ormonais. Thanks to Ludi for the professional and friendly service. A very good half/half fondue served with pdt.

Used to be a full restaurant, they have now scaled back to being an "after-ski" spot, while serving fondues and sweets only. They have a big range of alcohol and beers, The fondues are tasty, you can choose between a regular moitié-moitié, ou a truffled one. Service is friendly, the room is comfortable.

Very basic pub, perfect for having a beer. The service was a little slow and not very friendly, but we don't stop there for that so it's okay :)

A restaurant I chose to have lunch while passing by... I ordered pizza and salad, and they were delicious. And although it is a small town, many local people came and ate. It's probably a local restaurant. The staff are friendly.

A good place to have a few drinks after a day on the hill, gets a bit busy but they do try to fit you in as best they can. A good selection of beers and helpful staff. Recommended.

The food is great and at a good price. The staff is VERY attentive (both the people on the morning shift and the evening shift). The ambiance is warm and welcoming. I strongly recommend their beers and their fondue.

Lots to love. Warm reception, casual but fun, sympathique ambience. Moderate prices compared to every other restaurant in the town. Homemade, fresh food. Fondue, salad with warm goat cheese, and pizza (with Reblochon & Gorgonzola to accentuate the mozzarella & tomato sauce base) all excellent for vegetarian moi! Husband enjoyed chicken cutlet, steak (faux filet), and roast beef, all served with frites/French fries and an excellent green salad with vinaigrette. (Three different meals here - we became regulars.) Tarte aux fruits faite maison - délicieuse. Mon - Fri 12-14 h. offer "plat du jour" which changes daily (chicken or saucisse/sausage or fish - freshwater rouget today with pepper sauce and mashed potatoes) plus a small dessert, une mousse au chocolat or similar, all for 17 CHF. Highly recommend. In same little strip with Denner supermarket, just above L'Office du Tourisme.

Always a nice place to grab a bite to eat, friendly staff, great value for money. The cheese crusts are excellent. On the other hand, I have a small caveat, regarding the addition of onions 2 fr. A bit exaggerated. Cutting the pear in half would be cool.

Very good food at normal prices. Location dead center of town. Staff were badly outnumbered but doing very well. Kind enough to speak French to me even though they spoke somewhat better English than I spoke French.

With this heatwave, we sought coolness by gaining altitude, and a good restaurant. We found it with L'Ormonan. Very nice home. Very attentive servers. The pizzas are excellent and very reasonably priced. We sat on the terrace, shade, air and freshness. Congratulations to the whole team!

We had coffee here after a mountain hike. It was delicious with a chocolate cone with real Cailler chocolate. It's nice to sit at the foot of the mountains.

Nice friendly bar with both inside and outside seating. They do a good value, daily, fixed priced lunch menu. Three courses for 16 francs which for Switzerland is excellent value. Friendly, english speaking staff, all in all to be recommend.

Good place for a drink after a day of skiing

We are burger addict and we have been disappointed many many times… and we lost faith. Until we discovered l’Ormonan… best fxxking burger ever!! The bread is fluffy and soft, the meat nice rosé inside and tasty and and and with the raclette cheese on top… pfff.. a must.. really. If you are a meat lover, try the veggie burger… also incredible.

We bought a voucher to enjoy the spa during covid times. Fortunately the restrictions are over, but the spa is very small compared to all the customers present during our stay. Pleasant service
