Lucide in Luzern

Business lunch with a wonderful view of Lake Lucerne, very nice and attentive host (thanks Michèlle) and wonderful food. We'd love to come back.

Last weekend I was at Lucide for the first time. From reception to the end, the service was very friendly, courteous and attentive. The wine recommendation was right and we were able to complement the wines with two courses. The composition of the dishes was very good and the quality of the food and the taste were also very good. Thank you for the lovely evening. Gladly again.

Lovely and quick service before the concert. It was great to have a multicourse meal knowing you'd be on time for the event. Staff was very friendly and checking in often. The bread and butter was out of this world. The entrecôte was so good that we forgot to take a picture of it... Best part is the lovely view of the lake while you eat.

The food is harmonious and of excellent quality. The service was a bit difficult at the beginning, but then we received excellent advice from Cindy Neubauer. The pure champagne accompaniment to the menu (including deer) was a fantastic experience (even though our visit was a few weeks ago now). The ambience in the KKL offers a wonderful setting for dining against the backdrop of Lake Lucerne.

The Lucide in the KKL impressed us last night with its modern and stylish ambience. As soon as we entered the restaurant we felt comfortable and were warmly greeted. The service was at the highest level and impressed with its friendliness and attentiveness. The dishes served were not only a feast for the palate, but also a feast for the eyes. The flavors and textures were perfectly coordinated and developed into a true taste explosion in the mouth. The wine selection was also excellent and rounded off the culinary experience. We can fully recommend Lucide and are already looking forward to our next visit!"

The lady on the phone was very, very friendly. Unfortunately, she couldn't guarantee me a good table for this evening, since it's a special occasion to celebrate. Things worked out there without any hassle with a promise and even special decorations!

I have to expand my review after we were in the restaurant today: For us it was a unique experience... simple ingredients interpreted spectacularly... I had a wow effect 5 times with the 6 course menu... For me it's a matter of time until Ms. Meier and her team receive a star! The whole team works together harmoniously...if you look at the kitchen it's harmonious and everyone knows where their place is. Service impeccable and very, very friendly and competent. Thanks to everyone for the unique taste journey and for every smile. We had the box for home (due to Corona). The food was excellent and the quality was impeccable. A big compliment👍👌👏 and it was very nice that Michèle Meier, GaultMillau Chef of the Year 2021 and host Christian Gujan personally handed out the boxes and gave tips. Thank you. The box was super organized with instructions etc and therefore easy to prepare. We will definitely eat at Lucide as soon as we are allowed again.

If I could, I'd give more than 5 stars. Amazing experience Start to Finish and 6 speed (course) option is well worth it. Amazing variety of taste, flavours, colours and all that in an incredible space and atmosphere. Actually, my friend noticed there was no ambient music, which I thought was a good point. Back to experience, all in all it lasted almost 4 hours, but it didn't feel that long. So the food was out of this world. Staff, very professional. And to top the nigh off, we were bid good night and offered our coats by the head chef her self. I was in awe. The night was already amazing.... Big Thank You to all for created this memorable experience for us. PS: Only posting one photo, but I promise, it is all spectacular.

We combined our concert visit with a high-class meal at Lucide. The staff is very friendly. The menu is somewhat limited, but everyone can find something to their taste. Regional products. We were even offered the opportunity to eat the planned dessert until the night of the concert. Very obliging. Lucide offered us a very tasty and romantic evening. The only criticism: the coffee could be better.

Unfortunately I cannot share the many positive impressions. The two of us went to Lucide a little later in the evening for a "Schlumi". The service was friendly and brought fresh pastries with our drinks. But what really surprised and disappointed me was that the bill said 24.- for 4cl Ron Diplomatico! After I asked, a German lady came who only responded to my question with "Yes, what should I say about that" and disappeared again. In any case, without any apology, there was a new invoice on the grounds that the prices were brand new! I find it totally unprofessional! Attention, pay attention to the prices, high quality and sophisticated are two different things, have fun with the Lucide experience.

Grandios! Wir sind kurz vor dem lock-down im Dezember aufgrund einer Empfehlung zu Gast gewesen. Wir wählten das 5 Gang Menü mit begleitenden Weinen. Fazit: einfach erstklassig. Service top, Weinauswahl inspirierend, Essen fantastisch, Ambiente nicht zu toppen. In Luzern kann man aktuell nirgendwo besser essen.
