I made my order with my partner (The review before me). I would like to give my own opinion on the situation. Today I had the unpleasant experience of ordering two pizzas from Luna Rosa Pizzeria and I have to say that it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a pizzeria. Not only was the delivery delayed for almost two hours despite the proximity to the pizzeria, but the pizzas delivered were unacceptable and did not correspond to my order. When the pizzas finally arrived, I was horrified to discover that not all of the ingredients I had paid extra for were on the pizzas. What was particularly annoying was the small amount of salami on the pizzas. The pizzeria's pictures showed generous amounts of salami, but there were actually only four pieces on the pizzas. It is disappointing and misleading to present customers with a rich occupancy and then deliver so little. Furthermore, the pizza dough was a complete disappointment. It was completely saltless and therefore not really edible in terms of taste. It is unfortunate that a pizzeria that specializes in preparing pizzas is not even able to season the dough properly. A missing element like salt should be a given and is a basic requirement for a tasty pizza. Additionally, I had paid extra for bacon, but what was delivered was just two tiny strips, which were also reduced in size. It is unacceptable that I would pay for additional ingredients and then be fobbed off with such a ridiculously small amount. This is a clear disregard for customer satisfaction and borders on fraud. In order to clarify the situation, I immediately contacted the pizzeria and complained, especially about the ingredients that were paid for but missing. We were promised a subsequent delivery of new pizzas to correct the errors. But unfortunately these promised pizzas never arrived. It's absolutely frustrating that the pizzeria isn't even able to keep their word and take customer satisfaction seriously. We waited a long time only to realize that we had been ripped off and that the promised delivery would never come. I cannot express in words how unprofessional such behavior is. Overall, I am shocked by the poor service and the disappointing quality of the pizzas, especially considering the hefty price of 25.00 per pizza. It is incomprehensible that both pizzas were extremely skimpy on the toppings, even though I paid a reasonable price. As a paying customer, I expect high-quality, spacious occupancy that justifies the price. I hope this review warns other potential customers about a similar experience and encourages them to choose alternative pizzerias that offer high quality products and reliable service. It is disappointing that a local pizzeria would act in such a disappointing manner and show such disregard for their customers.

Of course we were upset about this and decided to call the pizzeria to clarify the situation. We complained politely and made it clear that we did not want to accept the incorrectly prepared pizzas. To our surprise, we were promised a subsequent delivery of new pizzas to correct the error. Unfortunately, our hope was in vain because the promised delivery never arrived. This is simply unacceptable. Not only were we disappointed with the original delivery, but also with empty promises about a solution to the problem. It is unfortunate that a pizzeria located in close proximity is unable to ensure timely deliveries. If the orders are not prepared correctly and the promised delivery never arrives, the question arises about the professionalism and commitment of the company. As a paying customer, I expect appropriate service and a certain level of care when fulfilling orders. In this case, these expectations were clearly disappointed. It is disappointing and frustrating that we had to pay for this disappointing experience. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and receive the products they paid for. If you are looking for a reliable and quality pizzeria, I recommend you consider other options. There are many other restaurants that care about their customers and provide better service. I'm sorry I can't give a more positive review, but unfortunately my experience with Luna Rosa Pizzeria was extremely disappointing.

Senevita is a nursing home where many of the staff are professional, but some are not so professional. But only those who don't work don't make mistakes. There is a Mediterranean floor and two dementia wards. It is close to shopping areas, so older people can easily get there if they want to go for a walk or do some shopping. Senevita also has a restaurant/café, Il Tiglio, which is open to all, very welcoming and offers good prices. In my opinion you eat well, in summer you can even eat and drink outside. There is also a corner for younger customers. The restaurant waiter is a cheerful, friendly and knowledgeable person. Thank you very much. There are various free parking spaces available.

I paid 22.- for a Cola Zero, a burger and 6 onion rings, 1 onion = 1.- I think it's pretty bold. The burger was pretty good, but lacked the spices and a certain kick, bacon was crispy and the cheese was appropriate. However, the patty had too little texture and didn't justify the price of the burger. Regarding the service, I can say that the people are friendly, but when you pick up the food there is no one there and you are left to your own devices for a bit. There are better alternatives to food in the Tivoli.
