Ordered warm bagels for the first time...with the conclusion that after one bite the appetite was already gone. Terribly bad, the chicken salami slices were still frozen. 30.- out the window. First and last time, thanks for nothing

Very cold cappuccino, they only say after paying with the card that they don't have any warm milk, and they also gave the wrong donate and that's what happened to us twice If you don't have warm milk, why is it in the system and only after paying do you say so

The service is very slow and it wasn't even busy!!!! Although the two girls were friendly, but they must have a sense of urgency, not everyone has time, we came here for a quick drink and go! At dunkin usa we got our order quickly and it's always busy there...We ordered a coffee frap drink and it was sooo sweet, the mango frap was delicious.

Please fill Nutella donuts again. The employee, she blonde, was on her cell phone instead of serving me. How do you hire such strange women? She was laughing loudly on the phone and 4 people were standing in line.

My son (7) gave the staff feedback that it is not ecological if you eat 3 donuts and get them in a box (with a plastic window). I agree with that. When ordering, there is no option to indicate on the panel whether you want to eat here or take the donuts with you. Please consider this suggestion from a 7 year old. It's a small thing to do for the environment here.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, this gingerbread coffee is showed on every picture with a little donut next to it, and being that it costs 7.50chf it would make sense they go together. Nope, just a coffee. It was a good coffee, but give me that donut if you already showing it. Disappointing.

Went there again yesterday - super nice service, mega-fine donuts and a great selection of vegan donuts. Perfect.

This visit happened by coincidence as we rarely go to Shoppi. However it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very friendly but needs a training to use the cashier device. The lady was completely lost when I wanted to pay. Other than that the donuts are delicious of course as they are at any DD outlet.

The donuts and frappe are very good. Unfortunately, I also have a criticism to make. We ordered a frappe with topping but unfortunately didn't get it. And the cash register has been broken for a week, you can't pay with the Lunch Check card even though it is shown.

Had to wait because the saleswoman was on the tablet without looking to see if customers were there. No interest in work!!!!!!!

Yesterday afternoon I was in the shopping center in Spreitenbach. My niece (9 years old) loves Dunkin Donuts and she had to persuade me for a long time to drive from Aarau to Spreitenbach. The center was really full! In the Dunkin Donuts branch the shelves were completely empty, as early as 5:30 p.m. When I asked, the woman behind the counter told me that they had sold enough for the day and didn't want to sell any more donuts. I really thought I misheard and asked again. The same answer. A dream employee for every owner, right!?

3.50 SFr for a paltry donut in Lucerne. Once and never again. I can get the same taste cheaper from a major distributor or bakery. The name isn't everything.

The staff wasn't particularly friendly but they weren't rude either. The donuts were mostly very tasty. Unfortunately a few dry ones. Individual price relatively expensive. If so, I recommend packs of 6.

Moderate, sometimes unfriendly staff, no choice in the middle of the day and have experienced this several times (weekends from around 3 p.m.). Bought 6 donuts today, half of them were hard and probably old... the others were soggy and still raw inside, the taste was simply BAD... The prices are high, but the quality is getting worse and worse.

The donut and the drink were great, but I was shocked by the rudeness of the employee! I've been watching this for a while now. Customers are not greeted. You let them place the order themselves and then slam the bag in front of you without a word. No thanks. When I was served myself, I literally felt hatred. Because I couldn't name the product correctly and because I needed time to choose the donut. This employee needs to be replaced! The previous reviews speak volumes...

Never seen such slow employees in my life

We were there today July 27th, 21 with our daughter, the donut was very tasty but the staff was very, very unfriendly, I have never been served like that before.!!!!!!! We'll never go in there again!

I was served by a blonde woman around lunchtime yesterday (July 21, 2021) and was shocked at how unfriendly a person can be. She was chatting with her colleague and probably ignored me for 1 minute, even though I said hello to her. A greeting was never returned and the service was also poor. A person like that doesn't belong in sales! It makes you wonder if anyone could hate donuts that much. Incomprehensible service and I would like to emphasize again that I have NEVER been served SO unfriendly before.

Very disappointing I had to wait a very long time because the young team was unable to give the order correctly. A few customers did not receive their sweet drinks and had to ask later. I got 1 donut less and my coffee wasn't quite right either. Mistakes like that just can't happen! 2 words VERY DISAPPOINTING!

As an American living in Switzerland looking for little pieces of home, I love this place. I REALLY miss flavored coffees and you can buy vanilla and hazelnut here without going bankrupt. Thank you, DD. Also, the restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. I just wish I could get fat free milk in my coffee. ❤️

Best Dounts that i had in my life try the Monster donut

Was my first visit to Dunkin' Donuts, and my last. They're worse than those in the supermarkets.

Die Donuts sind sehr fein (etwas teuer). Leider ist das Personal extrem unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Auch hat es oft Stunden vor Ladenschluss keine einzigen Donuts mehr. Das ist sehr ärgerlich wenn man extra wegen disem Lokal ins Tivoli geht.

This eatery is located on the upper floor of Shoppi Mall. The prices are far too high for the taste and quality. It has nothing to do with the original in the USA.

Die einzige gute Bewertung, die ich geben kann, ist 3/5 für die Donuts.Kaffee 2/5Bagel 1/5SERVICE 0/5 - Dame an der Rezeption mit einem roten Tuch, heute sollte sie sich nicht in der Nähe einer Kundendienstrolle befinden. Unfreundliche, abweisende, schlechte Einstellung. Dieser Ort benötigt dringend ein Servicetraining.

Has good selection of donuts. The ones with Butella are awesome. The one with caramel was also very nice, the others had no filling, just decoration on top. I just find them too expensive for that. The ones with the filling are worth the price. I think the rent there is definitely very, very expensive, but they have to sell a few donuts a day, which is why the prices are understandable. The service was ok, but I would have imagined it to be a little different, especially the atmosphere was a little too slow, I would have imagined it to be more lively. But otherwise ok

Donuts sind mittelmässig im Vergleich zu Dunkin Donuts in asiatischen Ländern. Mitarbeiter sehr schlecht geschult im Umgang mit Kunden. Behauptung : schlechte Bezahlung, schlechte Führung, schlechte Geschäftsleitung.

Mitarbeiter wirken hier an diesem Ort nicht sehr glücklich. Wirken oft uninteressiert oder sogar fast apathisch. Bestellen will ich schon fast nichts, aber ab und zu warte ich hier auf meine Frau und trinke ein Kaffee Creme und esse ein Double Karamell Donut.

Take a functional franchise system and make the worst out of it, then you ll have the Swiss Edition of DD, the Quality is still a joke, the selling price of a Donut is hillary... over 3 Bucks for one !!! No wonder the store is empty most of the time as a dessert! I know how Dunkin Donuts must taste, but what they offer here on that location is nowhere near the Original taste from the US. Let me say something about the Quality, the Donut Dough has something like a slightly salty after taste wich is a little bit confusing, and also the filling ( I ​​had a Box with 6 Variety's ) was not so tasty at all, I guess since there are relatively new in Swiss they must have some serious quality issues with this bakery wich make the donuts for them, hopefully they can fix them... Would I visit them again? No, not with that level of quality. If you look for some tasty donuts go to Mosers Backparadies in Brugg or Zurich, they cost less and taste better : ) Update December 2017...nothing changed, the Original Quality is still not there, and these prices are just anoiying, caused by their greedy Franchise holder. I know Dunkin Donuts from my trips to the USA, certainly not a top brand, but one of the largest providers of donuts in the States, Personally, I think Winchels tastes better. DD has only been in Switzerland recently, the branch in Spreitenbach was opened at the end of 2016. As far as the price is concerned, I have to say that you went a bit over the mark, almost 16 CHF for a box of 6 is simply too expensive, The quality is also a little worse than the original from the USA, which is probably due to the contract bakery that produces it in Switzerland. Anyone who has ever bought donuts from Moser's Backparadies and compared them directly with those from DD knows exactly what I'm talking about here, the ones from Moser's are way better! I can't recommend DD (at least as far as Switzerland is concerned!) even the donuts from Mc Donalds taste better!

I think the donuts are nice, a change. Unfortunately, the prices are too high even for the price level in Switzerland. In the long term you should lower the prices, otherwise people will stop coming.

Beim Dunkin Donuts erwartet man das amerikanische Feeling doch leider trifft dieses nicht ein. Die Preise sind für die gebotenen Donuts viel zu hoch und geschmacklich sind fast alle gleich. Der Service des Personals ist speditiv aber 0815. Für mich das erste und letzte mal.

Wednesday morning, occupancy about 40%, but I've never seen such a dirty place at any fast food store. Under every table on the floor full of leftover food. The same picture on the table and even on the seating areas. After asking, at least the seats and tables were cleaned. Kitchen looked hygienic so far. I don't think the store employees have it under control otherwise. The prices are of course a joke... drinks are okay, but donut prices are of course many times higher than abroad...

Kaffee Creme und Cappuccino schmecken sehr gut. Donuts schmecken alle sehr ähnlich und keiner hebt sich vom anderen ab. Ich bin mir da besseres gewohnt. Sind nicht schlecht aber auch nicht extrem gut.

Good staff. Friendly shop. Good brand but unfortunately the prices are disturbing and perverse. Anyone who asks for so much money will soon be able to do so. It's a shame, because I regularly eat the donuts there in Germany and the UK. But the price makes it a flop. It's a shame about this great product.

Complete mess. Apparently only 2 employees working on a Saturday! Order took incredibly long, no organisation at all, coffee tasted like water (at least it was brown-ish...). I'll rather spend my money at Starbucks.

Why would you attempt to market such bad products as premium over priced pastries here in the land that has such a vast variety of delicious pastries? Additionally why would anyone purchase such bad coffee for that price when there are so many better alternatives?

A dozen donuts cost $8.50 - $9.90 in America. Here they charge 30 francs, which is a complete rip-off. I bought a donut, nothing special. Accordingly, I will never be found there again.

You have to have a little patience here. It seems to me that the branch is not yet well-established or is even overwhelmed by the rush that a shopping center like Shoppi Spreitenbach brings with it. I can't say much about the donuts because I rarely eat such stuff and can therefore hardly give a tribute.

Dunkin NOT Donuts! Very messy! We went at 10am last Saturday, since it recently opened it was packed. There were only 3 girls working, management was evidently missing. The orders were not given at the same time, the coffee was taking ages because they have an italian espresso machine, 1 girl was giving only donuts (while the place was packed!), the coffee was undrinkable and cold. The donuts were very mediocre on size and filling (boston cream donut without any cream), the girls did not know what was a whole grain bagel and gave me whatever they found. The floor was dirty, dirty cups and dishes everywhere. Management is needed desperately!!! Additionally, they dont have the traditionally DD chai tea... Or any tea!!! The restaurant as whole needs to be reassed, its a complete mess. 1 star for the DD déco! PS: i had pics of the donuts missing filling and the messy floor! Too bad couldnt share!
