Great ambience Food was great Service courteous

The staff is trying hard. Large selection of dishes. The restaurant is running well again. It's worth a visit.

The service is decent. Low quality food, no fresh products. Very poor value for money after trying four different dishes from the menu (I stay in the hotel regularly). The only thing that seems homemade is the bread.

The place is great! A must try! Enjoy the wonderful services from individuals such as Ugur and Julia! It will make your day! And the food is great! 👍

Contrary to the reviews I've read, I just have to get in touch. We ate at L`Unico 2 weeks ago and were very satisfied! We were warmly welcomed and seated in a place where the low sun was not blinding by the extremely friendly restaurant manager. The gag with the mortar, pepperoncini and olive oil, which the chef made uniquely for us and we were able to dip into the fine bread, put us in a positive mood. The fact that the ambience on the terrace is not unique is not really a bad thing given the space. But it could probably easily be made more pleasant with a few accessories. The menu doesn't blow you away. Everyone is sure to find something they like. Since we wanted to try different wines, there is a nice selection to taste different regions. Glass by glass, each time from the 7 dl. Bottle. The slightly different bruschetta with Prosecco tasted delicious! My spicy spaghetti with prawns as a starter was perfect, very picant and beautifully presented. The pizza wasn't quite to my taste. Too thin and with little surprising taste. But I think that's a matter of personal taste. But it could definitely be improved with a little will. Especially the dough recipe. The staff was always unobtrusively nearby and at the table upon request! Maybe it's the chef de service or restaurant manager. Unfortunately, we have lost his name. Ravioli with mushrooms was also appealing. There is still work to be done when it comes to dessert. Today everyone just orders a quick scoop of ice cream for dessert anyway. The prices of the 7 dl. We did not check wine bottles. We were very satisfied with the wine we poured by the glass. Yes, man could do a little better. But the overall impression was good. Disappointed with food - there were doing an asparagus menu which was interesting- risotto sadly was undercooked, schnitzel was ok but gave my daughter an upset tummy, veal was tasty.

We went for a casual brunch on a Saturday. Buffet has a good variety of foods in good quality. There is a station for fresh egg dishes. Atmosphere is peaceful and people seem to be happy having a good breakfast here. Price and quality are good.

Dinner in a cozy atmosphere with subtle, beautiful and imaginative Christmas decorations. From the aperitif to the starter, the main menu to the coffee, everything was very tasty and beautifully presented. Very nice service. Good value for money. I can highly recommend it.

We reserved a table via Smartbox. But now they are renovating and have a pop-up restaurant and we were sent away in an unsympathetic manner. The service employee just said it wasn't his fault instead of offering us an alternative. It can't be the case that you can make a reservation and not receive any information and then be treated so unfriendly! Incredible!!

Dear people I really recommend that if you go to the Hotel Kameha, please don't eat there in the l'unico restaurant unless you have bad taste in food. Here in the picture you can see a Zürcher geshnetzeltes, but the look is deceiving :), it was totally bland & the Rösti was cold inside.. & the “Zürcher geshnetzeltes” tasted like it had been cooked 3 months ago and before you had it served quickly warmed up in the microwave.. = price 46.- 😂 My friend had a normal pizza proscuitto but it had more cheese than pizza dough on it and it was extremely sloppy and tasteless.. The funny thing of all was that we didn't actually want to go down to the restaurant to eat but wanted to order room service, but we tried to reach her from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. but no one answered (including three voice calls) because we thought it was her We had a lot to do and it would be too stressful, so we went down to the restaurant but there were ONLY 4 PEOPLE sitting in the entire ROOM! Which already seemed to overwhelm the kitchen as they had no capacity for room service. And we waited a total of 32 minutes for our starter and then 47 minutes for our main course. I recommend you eat somewhere else or order on eat.ch. You will save a lot of money and be less disappointed.

Soggy salad drowned in dressing, okay fettucine, bland wine (menu does not even indicate the grapes). Remarkably forgettable.

10 Customers, 4 in the kitchen, waiting 35 minutes to ultimately receive 2 half pizzas with bogus excuses! And a risotto with a few pieces of mushrooms… we leave the restaurant feeling the same hungry when we arrived! definitely not recommended

Good Italian food. The vitelo tonato was one of the best I ever tasted. Nice interior and good service.

The service was friendly, but I expect much more from a restaurant in this hotel. The plates were basically slammed on the table and the food was rather bad. The Zürigeschneltes, the Rösti and Arncino were very bland. Plus everything was cold. The plates were not preheated. Never again!!

We ordered via room service: good pizza and great pasta

Very nice restaurant. The round tables with sofas are cozy. The menu offers something for every taste: pizza, pasta, meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. Our risotto and chicken tasted very tasty. Only the salad for the starter was a bit boring. Very friendly staff.

Was OK. Prices ok. You can make the food better at home. The tiramisu in particular was weak.

The restaurant was a new discovery for us and can absolutely be recommended. Good food, large portions and incredibly friendly and courteous service!

An elegant place and good Italian food

I wasn't in the restaurant, but I ordered pizza via eat.ch. The pizza arrived 50 minutes late and was cold. For the price, the taste and quality was more on a kebab stand level. I definitely expected more from Kameha.

Very poor performance. Pasta was overcooked and could be "cut" with a fork. The sauce was just tasteless. The entire plate should not have been sent like that and should have been stopped by service. I hope the food gets better as this isn't the first time I've received such poor quality.

Everything okay 3 stars! But definitely not a top Italian. Price performance goes. If you make the pasta fresh in-house, more would be possible in the design of the menu.

We were at L’Unico three years ago and loved the gluten-free pasta. Last weekend we wanted to go there again spontaneously, asked about gluten-free food before ordering drinks - because of celiac disease - and the waitress said that the kitchen was guaranteed to offer gluten-free pasta and maybe even pizza. Unfortunately, both the gluten-free pasta and pizza have been removed from the menu, but the chef makes a tuna and chicken sandwich. After almost an hour of waiting. Without chicken. For 30 Stutz. And our green salad was “promoted” to Caesar salad (20 Stutz) on the bill, and the bill with meaningless explanations from the waitress that all salads always cost the same (regardless of whether with or without chicken, shrimps or something like that) was only added afterwards corrected after repeated insistence on our part. Unfortunately no longer ok! Più probabilmente l’Ultimo.

Had pizza when our tour came in late. It was very good.

Food good, large portions except for dessert

There were five of us here and spent a whole evening there. Between the Smokers Lounge and the restaurant and finally the Smokers Lounge again. The service The Smoker Lounge was good, but the prices are very high for the drinks. The restaurant has a special interior, on several tables there are tealight glasses with chipped corners. Since it is glass you could easily cut yourself on it. The antipasti platter and the pizza bread were very good. The waiting times were acceptable. I had Picata vittelo, the portion of pasta could have been larger. The tomato sauce was very bland and the meat was good. Osso buco with polenta was also good, the plate didn't look appetizing at all. The pizzas were very good and the prices are okay too. The prices for the other dishes are acceptable. The wine prices are horrendous. At the end there was a large bill to pay, which was fine. It's just not okay that you then have to pay 14 francs for it You have to pay for the hotel parking garage. The table football game outside is cruel. The floor bulges so that no fair game can be held.

While the food is decent, the service just keeps getting worse! Totally not worth it!

Very good pizza, very friendly but slow service.

An expensive restaurant, but of exquisite quality. When staying at the Kameha Hotel itself or nearby, it is a mandatory stop.

I've been to l'unico many times and have been very satisfied every time. The fresh pasta and the good wines are a pleasure. The service is also friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, many corporate events take place at Kameha, which means that the parking garage is overcrowded and you have to struggle to find a parking space in the area. Otherwise great!

Nicely decorated, wide selection of food and drinks, a little more expensive than the other Italians in the area.
