Today, December 7th, 2023, we were at Manor Friborg for over two hours. We were not greeted on any of the floors or in any of the many departments. We were noticed and looked at but not greeted, nor were we able to ask any questions. The few employees were so busy with themselves that we didn't want to disturb anyone or anything scare🙈 I also come from the retail sector and find this customer ignorance shameful. I know retail isn't easy, we deal with a lot of different customers, both nice and not so nice! But greetings don't cost anything! In addition, there were very few customers in the entire manor. At 12 o'clock we decided to have a little something to eat in the Manor Restaurant. And lo and behold, there was only one employee at the checkout who was very, very friendly (they pointed this out and thanked us for her kindness) also in the basement at the food checkout, big thank you Both ladies, keep it up.🙏

Went to the restaurant for dinner today. The staff is very friendly and attentive. For dinner I chose pasta and was able to choose between various types and three sauces and also make my own selection of additional ingredients. The whole thing was prepared fresh and in a very short time. It tasted delicious and was still hot after I had already eaten half of it. The price-performance ratio is totally right and I would be happy to come back. Thanks.
