Top location, service and ambience.

It’s my third time here and it’s always a nice experience to visit “the room” filled with different types of cigar. The level of service and hospitality is so good. You can speak in Castellano or English and they are always willing to explain the difference between cigars and prices. They also showed us new batches or rare ones which is appreciated. For me and my friends, we like the couches with chess tables. And it comes with wireless charging too! You can leave your coat outside in proper hangers so it does not smell. I always get to enjoy my single malt whisky here and would love to keep this tradition whenever I visit Zurich.

The right address if you are looking for rum, cigars or coffee. I found a rum that I had been looking for for a long time, which was sold out everywhere in all major alcohol/beverage stores in the city of Zurich and even on the Internet.

Exorbitant prices for cigars. Romeo y Julieta Wide Churchill for CHF 41 each, available in stores for CHF 22.70. The employee said that it was a “very good price”. I should have been more informed, but this is a disgrace.

The cigars are great, service is great, overall place is great. However they usually play casual Latin music like bachata, salsa and music fit for a Latin cigar lounge. The music this time was very agressive reggaeton which did not match the place at all. Really terrible vibe.

Was very enthusiastic, as soon as you walk up you can smell the great smell of the cigars where people were smoking outside, a super helpful staff, great relaxed atmosphere, great coffee and a huge selection of rum and cigars, it was the first time but not the last time there.

After a long wait, a long-awaited Quai d'Orsay Sélection Royale is finally coming onto the Swiss market and at Manuels you can't get enough of it and have to triple the acceptable Swiss selling price. The greed is more pronounced here than at Habanos itself. It's a shame, otherwise it's pretty great.

Very nice place! Ground floor is a Cafe and upstairs is the humidor and cigar lounge. Drink and food prices are quite reasonable.

Love the variety of cigars can be found, some of them also aged (probably the only one in Zürich selling them). Regarding the cigar bar, probably the air system is not the best especially if crowded, but it offers a nice environment to smoke and enjoy a cigar with friends.

My favorite shop in Zurich. If you enjoy good coffee, rhum or cigars its a must! And I cannot put enough emphasis on the coffee, they truly have the best ones I have ever bought. And on top of that you can play chess and smoke cigars...

An excellent cigar lounge with fantastic range of cigars in large walk in humidor and very comfortable smoking lounge. Cafe on the ground floor, but head straight upstairs to humidor and lounge. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. Also recommend the Cuban beer.

Caribbean feeling😃 more than 100 different rums from middle-America, cigars and coffee(Bialetti, NKimbo, Pellini,Mauro, danesei, illy, etc).

They have a really nice vibe , there is a huge variety of rum and they also have rum tasting on the menu if you want to try several of them or discover them. They have good quality rum and the staff was really nice

Really great selection of cigars and accessories. The customer support is professional and lovely. They take there time to find with you the proper cigar for your taste. The prices are fair. Had a nice smoke there and will definitely come back for an other. I absolutely can recommend that place.

I have been to Manuel‘s many times and I absolutely love this place - the staff so friendly and knowledgeable. The whole vibe and surroundings added to make each visit a special one.

Very cool atmosphere! It's always a positive experience to smoke a cigar with friends at Manuel's. The staff is very competent and authentic, as well as friendly and accommodating.

First of all, I have to say, when I entered the store to smoke a cigar, I was a little overwhelmed because I had imagined the store to be bigger. Hardly later I reported to the counter and was helped very nicely and politely. Once you have a little overview, the small shop has a very great structure. The cafe downstairs was small but cozy. As soon as I was taken upstairs to the humidor I couldn't stop being amazed. The ambience changed from step to step and I entered a quieter and quieter corridor that completely changed my feelings. The humidor is really well equipped with great examples of different cigars from all over the world. The staff is very knowledgeable and can give you really good advice, which I really appreciate as a cigar dealer! Finally I decided on a Davidoff Dominicana 2014 and I was taken to a wonderful smoking lounge that finally brought my mood to a standstill. The armchairs were also very comfortable and the heavily dimmed light combined with the individual lamps on the tables created a wonderful ambience in harmony with the South American/Caribbean music. Last but not least, I ordered a cappuccino which was really, really good. As a former barista, I can quickly distinguish a good cappuccino from a bad one and this one was perfect, from the consistency of the milk foam to the taste! A big compliment for the pretty (female and male), friendly and knowledgeable staff and of course also for the outstanding coffee! By far my favorite smoking lounge so far, which I will visit again in the near future. Thank you for the lovely time with you.

A magical place that I discovered by chance while walking, the window advertised coffee, cigars and rum. I entered out of curiosity. Upstairs a superb comfortable and spacious smoking room adjoins a well-stocked humidor. The atmosphere is very nice. A timeless moment in the city center. Reserve to guarantee a place. Very pleasant service and staff.

Cigar bars like this a rare - entirely focused on the experience. I'm not a avid cigar aficionado, but the gentlemen helped me pick a light-bodied easy to smoke cigar and a nice sweet rum to pair with it. Go there alone mid-day to relax or smoke with a few friends later at night - the expect will be pleasant!

By far the best cigar lounge in Switzerland with a great team. The competence, specialist knowledge, the impeccable and courteous advice and the extremely warm hospitality is unique.
