Too busy with the football competition they were showing on TV, the staff abandoned us. The service was slow and especially when it came to paying. The meals were good but the fries at 10.90 are an exaggeration especially since they are announced as an accompaniment at 5.-...So we were entitled to the explanation (very interpretative) that we should have mentioned that it was an accompaniment. However, it is indicated on the menu next to the club sandwiches that we ordered. The prices are too high. The sugar pancake 9.- we are approaching the absurd in 2024. The ladies and kitchen seemed more attentive. Well done to them...

Very expensive for the service offered. Beer (mixed) in 50cl costs 10.- it's more expensive than Zermatt or Verbier... and the quality of the food is not necessarily worth the detour for the asking price. I ordered the calamari I just got fried calamari with fries and sauce, no raw vegetables whatsoever.

Very very disappointed. Servers that serve us at the same time. No coordination. Apero at the same time as the dishes... forgetting the carafe of water requested. Very expensive dishes. Salad flooded with sauce. Crepe crumbling under a pile of red fruits like mush, uncooked dough, salty crepe overflowing with disgusting cheese, almost no mushrooms (in cans), nothing fresh, frozen. I don't call them pancakes. Poorly made Aperol served in a random glass. We won't set foot there again. It's really taking customers for I don't know what... a shame!

Highly recommended for a midday stop in the city, including its old town, the castle, and its gardens. The very pleasant waitress gave us everything we wanted at the time to repeat.

Too expensive for the establishment 25.- for a crepe.... I prefer to pay 229.- for a wagyou entrecote

So disappointed, 1h15 wait for 3 crepes. And we didn't even eat in the end. Regrettable to tell us that they are overloaded when the 4 families who arrived at the same time as us were served, cashed out while we had nothing.

We are used to coming from Yverdon to eat in this restaurant, the welcome is too warm and the food is too tasty. We recommend 100%

I really like eating in this restaurant which has a superb terrace in summer, on the market square. The fries are excellent, as are the pancakes.

I really like the place, even if the crepes are quite expensive. The twisters on the other hand are the best fries I have ever tasted🤩 On the other hand, every time I go there the service is very very slow. The staff have always been kind and welcoming.

Today, I ate the same dish in this establishment as in February 2006, after a personal ordeal. I had the same pleasure there. Establishments that offer this stability are rare. Always good salads, always good pancakes. Thank you 🙂

Update: confirmation by this response from the boss that he is absolutely unpleasant... I confirm that I came with a friend and her 2 year old son who had to eat on a high bar chair... and you will see that I posted reviews on a good number of restaurants in the region that I visited... indeed I like to eat in good restaurants but will no longer set foot in yours Tasteless pancake, rancid cheese, tasteless egg... brief disappointing meal... the waitresses were very pleasant, helpful and smiling, as for the waiter, he was unfriendly, both with the customers and with the rest of the staff...

Blah blah: the ingredients are not fresh (frozen), a lot of hesitation followed by a supplement of 3fr if you change one of the ingredients for another, present on the menu, but unfortunately not all combinations are possible. More than 25fr for a mediocre crepe for which you have to ask for the salad provided (even the vianigrette is not homemade by the way), it feels like tanned people are skiing. Suggestion: cook yourself with fresh produce.

Services for taking orders quite quickly but we wanted to order a cold tea we turned around and two waiters I don't know if it's the boss or not but they were drinking whiskey and had to go and order the drink at the bar

According to the comments I see about the boss, I have nothing more to add, a person without any respect, arrogant!!! Very disappointed with this restaurant, I had a horrible time with my son, in short I advise you not to go there, plus it's not good and expensive lol, just going to this restaurant, it could just be a scam the tourists, no one goes back there, it's empty, horrible atmosphere, and due to personal complaints who have no desire to be there, a sadness. We came to eat as a family of 5. Not able to come and take an order for drinks after 20 minutes of waiting despite 2 people serving and the boss who passes you by several times. Serves other customers who arrived well after. Bye.

This is a place where I regularly go to eat a salad, they are fabulous! Small downside for the bread which is quite dry in the evening, there are plenty of bakeries in Bulle where you can get fresh bread.

The staff are not happy to be there. A smile wouldn't hurt. The boss is very, very unpleasant. Not all cards have the same price. We kindly asked to pay the price that was written on one of the cards (which we are obliged to do, making us pay the prices written on a card). The boss got angry, telling us that he hadn't yet changed the menus but that he had increased the prices (the prices are already extremely excessive for simple pancakes). He then told us that he could give us 1.- or 2.- if that’s what we wanted. So I then said that I wouldn't set foot here again and he replied "I don't need customers like you anyway"! I strongly advise against this place!

Absolutely lousy service, after almost 20 minutes, my order has still not been taken, still no cutlery and not even a drink. Yet there was no crowd. Place to avoid

9.90 CHF for a simple sugar crepe, it’s overpriced!!! And what's more, card payment not accepted below 25 CHF is unacceptable!!! I don't think I'll set foot there again! Too bad because the boss and staff are friendly!!! Sincerely.

Service is mostly friendly, but food is a bit overpriced and our table for lunch was completely overrun by flies - not just 4 or 5 - but like 15 or 20 flies. Also - they wouldn’t take our credit card because their machine “wasn’t working” - but they said debit was fine… pretty sure that’s the same machine.

A service not always at the top... one time it's good another time not at all depends on the sommelier who will serve you. Too bad because we like going there.
