We were only drinking with friends a good old coffee, and that was good. Service was great and our mood excellent.

Very pleasant visit to the restaurant with a fine daily menu and the first time that we can eat tartiflette in Switzerland! The cakes looked really great too. Worth a visit, away from the hustle and bustle.

Magical cafe, a short walk from Wengen. Super nice & consistent team, and always interesting, unusual music. The home-baked chocolate cake and the fruit tarts with fresh cream are highly recommended.

30 walking minutes from town and convenient to the ski slope. Even has nice views from inside.

A raclette for 24 SF and a green salad for 12 SF is very expensive! Eat very slowly to enjoy it....

Mary's Cafe is obviously cutting back on staff. The two service employees try hard, but are completely at their limit because they have to serve too many guests. I waited 20 minutes until I could order a drink and another 20 minutes until I could pay. Unfortunately it was the same last year. They should definitely hire someone more during peak times! The staff running around affects the mood. The prices are rather expensive for the performance.

Had a lovely walk from the town up to Mary’s (25 mins) - received a warm welcome and given a lovely table in the sunshine watching the skiers - very friendly staff - and a lovely way to enjoy apres ski without the ski!

Nice decor but the food is massively overpriced. The tomato soup for 18 chf is made from concentrate. The small cheesecake for a whopping 28 chf was dry and three pickled corn cobs from the can were served as a side dish.

Very nice atmosphere both inside and on the outdoor patio, right by the finish of the Lauberhorn race. Food was good and staff was very friendly and attentive. Would recommend a nice walk from Wengen village or via the Innerwengen lift.

Helped by a beautiful day, we were incredibly lucky to spend a fantastic lunchtime at Mary's cafe. What a gem of a place. Beautiful setting at the end of a ski run, excellent staff, delicious food and even an accordion player that had obviously mastered his craft. I have never imagined tapping my feet to an accordion, but there I was doing just that. Moved to the deck chairs after lunch with a couple of beers and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves basking in the sun. I simply cannot fathom why anyone would give this place less than 5 stars. A real find!

This restaurant is absolutely adorable. It sits at the bottom of the Laugerhorn, so just when you’re hungry it pops up for you. The waiter was super friendly and funny, and the food was absolutely delicious. We sat outside but inside there was a fireplace with a fire going. As it’s Valentine’s Day, there was a man playing accordion music outside for us. We are just disappointed we only found this place on the last day of our trip. What a gem!

Owner was quite rude and most unwelcoming. A member of her staff seated me at 1130 in a blizzard for a quick coffee. Before coffee arrived she insisted I move because "you have to understand it is lunchtime", There were guests at just one table. I told her that she needed to talk to her staff, she didn't listen and as member of staff was arriving with my coffee I left with the rude owner continuing to be rude. I am glad I do not work for her and I would NEVER set foot in this café again. First rule of a service business is be polite to customers and don't lecture them. A business that will not serve you a coffee at 1130 should not call itself a cafe!!!!! Owner has claimed that it was past midday but lies also. I have the read out from my Jungfrau lift pass that shows that I got on the last lift of my day outside her cafe at 1130.

Unfortunately, a very unfriendly welcome - we were first asked by the boss what we would like - coffee and cake - and were then instructed to "leave the snow outside". We were given the table with the advice that two more people would be seated with us (which didn't happen). Coffee and cake were okay, but we expected more from a “café”. However, the location is very nice and the other staff is also fine. All in all, it seems as if you only get a friendly welcome there if you want to leave enough sales.

Google maps said it's open. We reached their after a long walk to see it closed. Disappointed :(

Beautiful hiking in the area. This is nice to have a place to have a coffee or Kuchen along the way.

This restaurant is in the most beautiful setting, located at the bottom of the Lauberhorn. The views from the windows in this quaint and cosy restaurant are astonishing. The food and drink were brilliant, my favourite being the Tartiflette which I had high expectations for after endless recommendations from family members, and it did not disappoint! With a chair lift back up to Allmend allowing you to either ski down from there to Wengen (which is local) or get the train up to Kleine Scheidegg and ski down, it is in a great location and makes for a great place to stop for lunch after a long morning skiing!

Just an afternoon drink but fab hot chocolate and great service and a lovely setting.

Quiet and nice location to have something to eat on the edge of the ski slopes. The selection of food is unfortunately quite small, but the quality is ok. There was also simple one-man live musical entertainment on the terrace... if you like...

Boss extremely unfriendly, everyone quite overwhelmed, not family friendly at all, is just the only thing in the finish area.

Struggled to find accurate opening hours! We've walked out here a couple of times now in different seasons when Google says the cafe is open, but it has always been closed. More info would be good.
