Catastrophe! The service couldn't be worse. Rude, inattentive and arrogant. It's like going begging to them! I'm happy to pay anything at Starbucks for the quality, but the service should also be good. A pity…

Catastrophe!!! You pay a hefty price and this is what awaits you—>see photo! while four employees behind the counter mix their own shakes and chat with friends... After being asked to do so, the tables were laboriously cleared... getting the mop... to mop the floor was too much to ask... Everything else like a pleasant atmosphere and nice staff.

Friendly service despite there being a lot of people. Drinks are standard as always good.

Ordered a double chocolate cookie that was truly SOFT as butter!!! Is stored in a display case without a plastic cover. According to the supervisor, these cookies arrive frozen in cardboard boxes.???? A cookie should be hard! At least it's like that in Bali Indonesia!!!🥸 Got the gel refunded Thanks to the great and nice staff.👌

Very loud, the tables are too close to each other. You can't have a conversation with the person sitting across from you. Uncomfortable chairs

Worst Starbucks. Weird staff, everything dirty Tables, benches and floor 😡 it used to be good, back in the day. Not enough staff. Starbucks: you definitely have to come up with something!!!!!!

A bit tedious, one waitress, has to collect money, make coffee, etc. Especially when you have to get the coffee yourself and it only costs 6.20

I went to Starbucks a lot, but now I don't go there anymore. I was in Schlieren on November 4th, 2023. When I ordered my coffees at the counter, the coffees were simply thrown at me without any words. So that no one knew whose coffee belonged to who. The coffee cups looked completely sticky and unpleasant, I took the liberty of saying that she would like to say the names of them. Your answer, if you don't know what you ordered, I'm sorry. For me, her answer was completely wrong. And what's more, the coffee didn't taste good at all. I believe that completely ignorant people work there. The lady who gave me such a cheeky answer was wearing extremely heavy make-up and her ugly eyelashes had been stuck on so you had to be careful that they didn't fall out in the coffee. There are other nice coffee places where I and my friends can drink a good coffee where it is also clean and friendly.

I visited the Starbucks at Tivoli in November 2023. Café Latte was absolutely fine, my Rübli muffin was also delicious, and considering that you're sitting in the middle of the plaza, the atmosphere is fine. The staff is friendly, but doesn't seem to be really enthusiastic about their work. Unfortunately, many drinks will be served in plastic cups even if consumed on site. Unfortunately there is no return of dishes so there were dishes on many tables.

I’m here almost 5 times a week and absolutely love it. I always get the perfect Service here! Especially by Pam! Thank you! Also a big Thank you to Aaliyah! She‘s always in a good mood and remembers everything! Thank you very much!

I am a regular guest at Starbucks Tivoli and in addition to the wonderful Starbucks products that so often sweeten, refresh or save my day, my personal thanks go to the girls and boys behind them. I am always served so kindly and take my hat off to the work they do...a very special thank you; Pam (love your being), Mery, Daniela, Christine, Aaliyah and other girls whose names I unfortunately don't know...you are great!

Incompetent and so unfriendly staff every time. The drinks are mostly undrinkable. Tables and floor very dirty! Will avoid this Starbucks from now on!

It’s the first time I was received like this on a restaurant bar or Starbucks . The waitress who worked there was arrogant and impolite! And she didn’t smile and she talked bad to me . I’m very suprised of the service .

Ordered on the APP to avoid falling in line. Came to pick it up and everybody there ignores me and nobody is making my drink. I approached them and they said it was already picked-up!! like really??? After 3mins i did the order???? I ordered it from the food court above and came down to get it. The older lady with the hijab ignores me and finish first all the walk-in customers, didn't bother to ask what's my order, so the young girl at the cashier did my drink. This is not the first time!!! They DON'T pay attention on app orders. Very unfriendly staff like they hate their jobs they don't care about the customers and everytime i come here the tables are dirty and tissues on the floor!

Same as any other Starbucks. Located inside the mall though, so no drive through. On mall level 1, right in front of the elevator, convenient location. It's expensive compared work most other Starbucks

I go to Starbucks every week but the Starbucks in the Shoppi Tivoli always pours everything into the drinks without measuring. As a result, the drinks are far too sweet or too bland. After we asked the barist about it, she responded with, “It’s not sweet.” The Starbucks in Baden or in the Glattzentrum is much better in comparison.

10 francs for a coffee with ice cubes and cream is totally excessive

I would be ashamed to have such a staff. Very rude, cheeky, can't find the words for it.

Tables overflowing with trash. As a customer, I had to request a rag to clean up the previous customers' mess and dispose of their trash. 3/4 of the free tables are full of rubbish! Only after 30 minutes did someone come and start clearing the tables. That's simply a no go with such high prices.

Mobile Order is ALWAYS overlooked, never seen by about 10 times. If you order to-go, you will receive it to go. Employees have 'shit' written all over their faces. And everything is dirty too. Better go to Baden, everything works perfectly there.

June 24th, 2023 at 7:55 p.m. I wanted to get a shake, but it was already closed. Actually they close at 8 p.m. When I asked the employee why they closed five minutes earlier, they said that they had been here all day and didn't want to stay there any longer. Mc Donalds, Burger King, Brezelkönig, Popeyes, Hans im Glück, Gelateria all close at 8 p.m. sharp and the MA are always friendly, unlike Starbucks. Please make sure you hire normal people and not people who hate themselves and their work. Every shop is ordered to close at 8 p.m. And if that doesn't work, then you need to hire a better boss or better management, because as you can see, not everyone is happy with Starbucks Spreitenbach!

Incompetent employees who do such a simple job and don't know what kind of product they have. Ridiculous and unfriendly. I don't recommend it.

When i went forward to order they just laughed on my face and giggled. I left feeling humiliated and embarrassed. Never thought such a big name overlooks racism. That was my first time visiting SB and i vow i will never ever visit it again.

We waited a very long time 35min for a coffee. I asked the supervisor Aliyag about it and said that it was a bit long because the employees all worked very unmotivated and slowly. She didn't even look at me and said that I was standing in line and she couldn't do anything. And made a fax so basically yes, lick me, pay me and go. First and last time I was there.

Dirty tables, staff overwhelmed. There were many customers on site but few staff. The prices are exorbitant anyway.

It was very disappointing today (April 28th, 2023) for my daughter and her colleague. You ordered something and, firstly, got the wrong thing and paid way too much. I think it's a shame that you have to rip off little girls like that and that the staff can be so bold. Would never go there again.

Hygiene is zero. Tables are cleared by customers themselves. Employees unfriendly and rude. Drinks are spilled and the counter is not cleaned. Java Chip for the first time without chocolate sauce on it. The employee (that was obvious) had to ask her colleague whether there was chocolate sauce on it. When I answered yes please she said that 0.80 would cost extra. When I answered OK, they said I should have mentioned it at the checkout. But I wasn't informed about this at the checkout. Normally I wouldn't have even asked this, but I know that this drink is always made with chocolate sauce. Below is another picture (we cleaned the table ourselves)

The visit to Starbuck Shoppi Tivoli February 4th, 2023 was very disappointing. Several tables/benches were dirty and tables had not been cleared for 1 hour. Staff overwhelmed 6 people behind the counter none took care of the tables even though we pointed this out. VERY BAD

We drank something really nice, big and new for the first time and I'll be back. It was so delicious for Christmas. Friendly, competent and stress-free. The other guests also waited patiently. Unfortunately, it is particularly worth mentioning these days. Norm in my childhood. Still a must for me today. This is how you take a drink and take a break from everyday life. FUN😎♥️😘

Very bad. Deserved less than 1 star. Very long waiting times, only 1 employee out of 4 works, everything unclean, pools of water on the floor and on the tables, the coffee is also left in a pool of water and you have to clean it first.. Very bad. Am disappointed.

Nobody wants to work, the four of them stand around and do nothing. After 30 minutes we finally got the coffee. There is no cleaning there either. Compared to the floor, the bar table is clean. The coffee is placed in the pool of water. Communication and agreement are missing. Very disappointing, not even the coffee tasted good. A pity.

Well, Starbucks and in the Tivoli Personal opinion, the store and people can't do anything about it

For a busy day of shopping, Starbucks at Tivoli is the place to be! You will be greeted with a smile by very friendly staff and you will receive the drink you want quickly and exactly according to your wishes! :) Highly recommended!

Super quiet, lovely service and the coffee was delicious. Tables are properly cleaned and disinfected and there is enough distance. The food looks so delicious, unfortunately I had to forego it. But the eye definitely comes into play here

I went to Starbuks for the first time today... I've never experienced a juice shop like this... You can't make the service more complicated... It takes a whopping 3 people to get a coffee... That's probably why it's so expensive... Then.. I ordered 3 medium drinks and one small drink. We didn't want any ice cream or cream on top. We then got the wrong small drink and 3 large ones instead of medium ones... and all with ice and cream... These drinks only came after an incredible 20 minutes..... Sorry no... this is a juice shop like no other... No more Starbucks... sworn today... No, we took what was delivered because we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes... .

I ordered a very bery and finally I got a transparent herbal tasting drink which was very disgusting. I then looked on Google to see what a very bery looks like and it definitely looks nothing like what I got! I'm glad I gave you a star! You haven't earned one star yet, but since you can't write a review without stars, I don't see this star as one and I paid 7.10 fr for it. Next time I'll ask for my money back. Luckily I still have the receipt!

Coffee for people who don't like coffee - someone once said to me... And there's some truth in that, but the caramel cream thing that I drink here every now and then is really delicious :-) I need my daughter (and...) to order it no, I'm not that old yet) and I think the price is quite a disappointment for the fact that I had to sit at a totally dirty, sticky table. But the staff is MEGA friendly!
