McDonald's in Pratteln

Admittedly, the employees really do a lot and still remain very friendly and customer-oriented. But the food is an absolute no go. The burger was cold, the cheese wasn't even slightly spread on the edge because it was probably added afterwards and the biggest shame: everything was literally flooded with ketchup. I had to throw the whole food in the trash and to be honest it ruined my desire for it. Maybe this staff should do a stage in Laufen to learn how to make a hamburger, but I think that such a provocation is no coincidence, some employee is taking revenge on someone. Certainly the worst Mac I've ever visited, just horrible crap...

Our order was filled incorrectly AND incompletely. Book ordered, toys included and the fruit purees weren't included at all. I recommend anyone who orders takeaway to check the order directly on site, unfortunately we trusted the staff and regretted it when we got home!

Unfortunately there is still no sensible vegan alternative if the kids want to go here - sustainability in the toilet but not on the plate. McCafe with a broken espresso machine and no raw sugar either - a pitiful attempt honestly.

The food is simply not made with love... but it's not just like that here, but almost everywhere... I ordered a tea after eating and had to wait about 15 minutes... Service was true but very friendly and I still got it An apple bag was also given as a gift. Overall, MC Donald's is my best service experience to date. Everything else still has a lot of potential.

Compared to other reviews, I can't agree with the food arrived quite quickly and freshly prepared (for 3 people - 2 menus + 1 special request). What bothered me more was finding the entrance to the parking lots (in the dark). It's not really well signposted.

The staff there at the mc drive were a disaster. 3x on the mc drive and 3x half was missing. Unfortunately it's my own fault and I didn't check it. I won't go there again...

In the same building as the LIVIQUE furniture store, near Grüssen Zentrum and Ikea Pratteln. Easily accessible by car, as there are enough parking spaces at the Pratteln motorway exit, or by public transport or on foot from the Pratteln train station

When we got there the tables were a bit littered, but it wasn't that bad. We ordered everything and our food came, unfortunately the burger was just a puzzle that you had to put together yourself, otherwise it was a normal McDonald's

I'm not a fan of fast food at all, but on Sunday evenings you can get a good portion of fresh salad for less than 8CHF with a parmesan garnish and Italian dressing. And please keep the cash payment option and staff so you can order without the ridiculous screens.

The places outside are full of fiecher. Not because of the food or anything, but because of the cushions on the seats. They're full of little animals that bite. The pillows are unhygienic.
