The parking spaces are far away, the one located in front of the building being reserved 🤔 parking spaces for staff are more important than for customers 🤔 access for the disabled is not easy 😕

Not very happy, paid bathrooms (very clean, the entrance fee can be justified) the only shame is that only German is spoken and the good toilets are not always deducted, sky high prices (a 500ml bottle of water paid €7.50) breakfast coffee/croissant 15fch

Very convenient service station, very well managed and equipped with everything you need to take a break during your journey. The toilet costs 1 CHF but is obviously clean. The downside is the exaggerated prices. Even Burger King charges a lot.

Clean, shower 6 Fr. There is a shower at the entrance and a cash register upstairs in the store. It says that the maximum stay is 15 hours. I stood there for 25 hours and no one bothered me.

Unfortunately, the rest stop is not recommended. Restaurant on the Basel side is only open in the morning. The remaining restaurants can be found at the back. Situation not satisfactory!

I absolutely won't stop, I bought some chocolate paid in euros and they gave me the rest in francs, keeping the percentage of the exchange rate plus their profit..... then they complain about the Italians.

Everything is fine. Purely. The parking lot is full by 16.00. There is a paid toilet at the gas station. There is Wi-Fi, but for verification you need a Swiss number

A great opportunity to have a parade on the camino. A very good way to make a stopover on the way. A great option for a fair stop on the course of the route.

Few shops, a poor grocery store, a tourist shop, a restaurant and a fast food company, (What I registered.) During our visit, half of the "crowd" was also a bit special. More from the punk scene. Peaceful people, but my daughter didn't feel that comfortable.

At the Passagio, we were there a little before 8:00 p.m., a real disaster, exorbitant prices. Not much available. The child's portion of dough must have included around ten pieces of pasta.

The “shopping mall” among the rest stops. I didn't know anything like that before and was pleasantly surprised. We were there quite late, so there was very little going on. The public toilets were very clean. We didn't buy anything, so I can't say anything about the staff. But the selection of shops is very appealing.

An absolute pleasure.We stopped for a coffee and rest and what amazing people,especially Vural and Elefteria.

For vegans or people who want to eat healthily, the menu here is very limited. The small grocery store with a cheese counter is the only thing that is somewhat ok. The whole thing is less than it seems.

Ideal rest stop, well maintained and clean

I remember as a 16 year old (in 1993) visiting "a funky looking" motorway services.I was in a coach full of British school kids so I didn't pay any attention to where I was at that age. However, fast forward 23 years, and I find myself there again, on a road trip at the age of 39. The food in this place is really good, there is a high quality, buffet style salad bar. I've saved this place for future visits.

Great place to stop to use the toilets. Kids under a certain height are free. There's a nice convenience shop with Swiss classics plus a Swatch, Victorinox, and Lindt shop.

Unfriendly, very expensive and dirty. Next door is the Burger King, I wouldn't normally recommend a fast food place, but here it's really the better option.

It is a horrible and unsafe place, they stole my bag which contained my passport and that of my family inside; I told the security of the place and although they had cameras, they couldn't do anything, they just told me that they were sorry, I asked to see the cameras and they didn't allow me.

Visited during a bus trip. You pay 1 euro (then refundable through a purchase) and the bathrooms justify the euro spent. But the prices of everything else are inaccessible. You can't spend that kind of money even just for breakfast. Everything too expensive.

It's a big roadside bar. You have to choose Swiss food from sandwiches and/or pizza or a burger king. It's clean, hence the third star, but the staff is far from friendly or even friendly. If they put self-checkouts instead of people, you would receive the same attention and smiles.

An authentic shopping center on the highway. I only took a few points off because I thought it was strange that two of their restaurants seemed to be closed so early (it was 8:30pm when I passed by).

Truck stop, there's not much to say. Has everything you need, there quickly and gone again.

Always guaranteed disappointment to stop here, regardless which side of highway or with which reason. Amazing consistency of low level customer experience with pretty much everything. Really dont understand why I did not remember to avoid the stop this time already....
