Unkind and disrespectful Staff! I like going to the Mac but I'll never go to that place again! And you let such staff work

Friendly staff. Food wasn't bad, but could have been hotter. Very noisy and almost no place to sit...

Food always looks good, staff always friendly, usually well filled and little space, difficult with parking depending on the time of day.

Quick snack fast food perfect if you want something quick to eat!

That wasn't that intoxicating... it was a horrible display with smudges and the horrible smell doesn't make you want to watch it. The ice cream was also horrible and not worth the money! But good bulee wings are delicious. When all the little children scream, go home and take your hearing loss with you. That it's actually allowed to scream so much in the MC🤷‍♂️?

Average McDonald's. Fast service, but a very loud atmosphere as there is hardly any space. The fries tasted like old oil.

The chicken nuggets at this branch are the crunchiest I've ever had. I travel from Luzern only for them 😭.

The tables were cleaned immediately, when they went next door, some branches could have copied something. Food was brought quickly and my Bigmac was put together really nicely for the first time since I've known MC.

Who could have thought that tea (hot water with a bag that you can mix yourself) in a paper cup would taste like cardboard. MC Stupid apparently not. Also way too expensive, €18 for 1 crispy chicken burger, medium fries and a drink.

Food was good, service was very quick. Unfortunately the seat was once again dirty. In addition, the seat was cut open...

The fries are really horrible. Sure, it's just a McDonald's, but you can hardly eat these sloppy cardboard fries, which are barely salted. There is definitely better quality in other McDonald's!

The order is rarely complete. That's pretty annoying!

I used to go to these Mc'Donalds almost weekly. Unfortunately, things continued to go downhill over the years. I have experienced everything in this branch, from Yugos with punks to antelopes with 2 chromosomes. The kitchen can hardly be distinguished from a workshop for the disabled. Employees from less educated backgrounds prefer to chat rather than fry burgers. The staff doesn't know anything other than Bigmacs or Cheeseburgers. If they order something more exotic, they leave either empty or with food poisoning from it. Spend a little more money at the expense of the environment and eat somewhere else instead.

Unfortunately very dirty tables and broken toilets. There should be a better look there. But at least there are paper towels in the toilets to dry your hands.

Today my wife got takeaway food. When we got home, the Cheeseburger Royal we paid for was not given. Bad service!!

I ordered mcflurry with m&ms and all I got was ice cream without m&ms

I was so looking forward to the original Mc Raclette with bacon. When I wanted to take a bite I noticed that the bacon was missing. So I went to the checkout and reported this. When I got the burger again, there was also chilli sauce in it instead of the fine tartare sauce. It was too stupid for me to complain again because my growling stomach finally wanted to eat! Will definitely not visit this location again!

Great McDonalds, but often crowded.

Chairs are sometimes very dirty. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is sometimes "messy" because the burgers are stacked very strangely and are sloppy, otherwise good👍

Well, when I order something to take away, I assume that they will make an effort and pack everything. But with my 2 medium menus the drinks were not packed and at 35° in the shade. Hopefully the Burger King will be built soon so I can avoid this place. There is now new software for the terminals. Scanning the QR codes from the cell phone only works in around 5% of attempts despite maximum brightness. The old software was much better and visually didn't give the impression that it was a homepage from the 90s.

I haven't eaten there for years because I always get a stomach ache after eating, but only in Langenthal! Yesterday I was there with a friend and only she ate, what I saw in the fries shocked me. There was a dead fly in her fries. When I broke the fries back nothing came except new fries. I find this so disgusting!!!

Food is sometimes better, sometimes worse. The food on site is usually perfect. I also had bad food when I took it home. Dried out burger cold fries. Travel distance 15 min.

Not the best McDonald's. On the last visit the salt was forgotten on the fries. There is also very little space and therefore often overcrowded. We are looking forward to the planned new branch on Bützbergstrasse.

Cold!, undercooked burger. The additional sauce that was ordered was forgotten. Fries are an imposition. Go to the MC in Zuchwil or Burgdorf and you'll get quality there.

The service has improved significantly since the control panels were introduced. Fast service for in-house orders. Quite busy on a Sunday afternoon despite school holidays.

There has been a SIGNIFICANT leap forward in terms of both service (friendliness, speed, understanding of language, goodwill) and food (freshness, temperature/preparation time) in the last few months!! Big praise to both the kitchen team and the team at and in front of the counter!

Fast service. Parking quite close. Foreign staff, it is difficult to understand when they speak so rely on the digital display in case you are waiting for your order to take away. Quality of the burgers was normal. Chips a little less but acceptable.

Kind employees and lovely service. They speak Albanian too. Good location in the town center where you can also do some shopping.

She put one slice of cucumber too few in my burger.

Big crowd. Friendly, helpful employees. Grandchildren were thrilled. Food ok.

Wrong order delivered. When I returned it, I reacted angrily and claimed that the product I ordered didn't even exist. When I asked a colleague, it was discovered that the product existed. Kindness = 0. Just like always at McDonalds.

I've never had a hot apple turnover in the last 3 years, but otherwise it's tasty and I'm happy to just avoid the apple turnovers.

We were passing by in the car... I placed my order and went to the bathroom. As I walked out the order was ready. I was happy with the speed since I was in a hurry... Much less happy after opening the bag in the car and seeing that the portion of fries was missing! You pay for a menu and you don't receive it! Unfortunately, these errors cannot be tolerated. For this 1 star.

Furniture Furniture is no longer very young. We were eating at 4:00 p.m. the tables were not wiped.

Quick service, quality McDonalds and a great location in central Langenthal. No complaints.

Totally unfriendly, no greeting and no farewell, as if I had bought my food with the money from them with a bad mood, my face and my back turned. If it were possible I wouldn't even have given it 1 star

There are very good disinfection containers and the dining area is cordoned off with colored tape.

Well, at the moment you can just take food with you, but it's a great alternative to not getting anything at all

McDonald's like. As in every MC, hamburgers are just average. The staff is mostly friendly, but there are one or two people who step out of line. Coffee, on the other hand, is good like in every branch.

In my opinion the worst McDonald's in Switzerland. Quality varies greatly, between edible and inedible. Never order a Big Tasty here, you can't eat it.

Simply take the roll from the Big Mac at the Big Tasty.
