Hotel Langenthal in Langenthal

The restaurant is in a location where the car is important. Unfortunately there are far too few parking spaces. I was there twice at around 1 p.m. So I had a chance to get a parking space. Both times the floor was dirty and many of the tables were not cleaned. In general I had the feeling that the staff didn't work very efficiently, my burger and cheesefries were lukewarm. I can't imagine what it would be like if there were a lot of people there. But it's not possible because the parking lot is so tiny.

Slowest drive through in the world.

I eat out a lot at Burger King, but a branch like this in Langenthal is a disaster!!! Enormous waiting time at the drive, unprofessional staff, long waiting time every time. Too many questions, I feel like I work at Burger King! Why? I still have to tell you what kind of Meli it is when I order it, sometimes you ask me where the employees actually have the knowledge. Some of the food is not comparable to the other Burger King. Waited 40 minutes for the price before I got to the checkout! No, there wasn't a long line four cars in front of me. Okay, it could be five!

Burgers are regularly forgotten when ordered. Paid extra cheese but didn't receive it. The Veggi Whopper was not vegi with beef!!!

Very slowly. Unlike all Burger King branches, the waiting time in Langethal is far too long.

Despite the many employees, you have to wait a long time for the food and it's cold when you get it! everything was like rubber... very bad will never get food there again

I waited 10 minutes in the car for this "quality" (see picture). It was cold too... I've been there a few times now and the wait times at the drive-in are horrible. The longest I waited was 38 minutes from ordering to the last window.

When it comes to these long waiting times, McDonalds has taken the crown. Waited 15 minutes in the drive (nothing happened there - the cars backed out) and then another 30 minutes in the restaurant.

It took a long time, more than 30 minutes, for the snack to arrive. Extremely disappointed!

Today March 19th, 2024 at the Burger King in Langenthal at 12:15 p.m. with 4 people. Not many people present. Among other things, a Double Bacon King Medium was ordered for CHF 19.90. Brought to the table after 20 minutes WITHOUT bacon. Brought back to the crew. Subsequent delivery after 6 minutes of a burger WITH bacon. The other one was disposed of. Service so-so. No friendliness. The salad with chicken in a box with plastic dishes was also inedible, delivered without sauce. The tables were cleaned with toilet paper. NEVER Burger King again. This crew doesn't have it under control.

This was the second time I've been to this Burger King with my son and there were no toys with the King Jr Meal. The Kung Fu Panda Action is currently going on and my son would have been really looking forward to a toy. That doesn't mean Mal pays less. When I spoke to an employee, he just said he was annoyed...that's just the way it is. For me that was it for this branch.

A new BK location, so everything is as good as new. Many payment terminals in the entrance area. The staff was friendly and prompt. The cleanliness (tables and floor) could be a little better.

Newly opened location. Restaurant with usual furnishings like all Burger Kings are. What's most annoying is the parking situation. There is simply not enough parking space for the three businesses that are there. Especially around midday and in the evening. I drive electric and could actually charge my car there if all the charging spots weren't constantly blocked by other cars that aren't charging. The location would be great, but unfortunately the lack of parking there means that a visit is rarely possible.

I ordered yesterday through just eat, I was very disappointed. It took 3 hours for the food to arrive, the food was cold and they couldn't even manage to deliver the right thing. I thought it was cheeky that after 3 hours they even had the courage to show up and bring me the cold food and didn't even have a decent excuse.

20 minutes (!) waiting time at the drive-in until 2 cars with 2 people each were served. When it was finally my turn, it was clear to me why. The employee at the counter only spoke broken German, so my order had to be adjusted three times, and each time another person who could communicate a little better had to be called in. I was never asked what I wanted to drink, when I said I had never ordered Coca-Cola, I was told I was lying and that I had ordered that. In the end I left after more than 25 minutes without a drink and very annoyed. In the future I will visit the branch in Rothrist again, despite the journey being just a few minutes away.

This is the third time I've left this restaurant without eating anything. Even if there isn't much going on, the staff is overwhelmed and the waiting times are too long for fast food. The shift manager also gets cheeky when you demand the money back. A pity !

Hope dies last, but it dies. That sums it up briefly. In the hope that there are still fresh, motivated and fresh employees in a fairly new Burger King restaurant who still live the actual concept, we were at BK Langenthal on Saturday morning (around 11:30 a.m.). The first impression: nice and new, plenty of terminals for ordering food. Parking lot almost empty!? Apart from a family with 2 children. No one to be seen. That should have been alarming. The floor of the Redtaurant wasn't particularly clean even though it was dry weather. But good ... Ordered and then you get an ice tea that tastes like dishwater, my wife feels like she's in Villabacho and drank from the paella pan in which Fairy Ultra was. The onion rings cold and rubbery, double steakhouse burgers cold, the meat dry and the bacon just as dry and without taste. The uncarbonated cola and way too much syrup mixed in. My wife's fries were great, but her burger, a triple Whopper, was also far dry, with sauce only on one corner. We didn't have to complain because the staff didn't really give the impression that they were fluent in the German language and we simply didn't feel like discussing it. We ate what it liked and unfortunately threw away most of the rest. FOOD WASTE! We received the explanation for the horrible, dry burger pads shortly before leaving the restaurant. Fresh from the fire grill. From stainless steel warming containers directly onto the burger. Pre-grilled ages ago and off, keep warm (if at all). Bah... Once and not again

If small children are not fed then something is going wrong. And no toys or water bottles...

Were at BK Langenthal for the first time and probably the last time too! CLEANLINESS: very good OPERATION: O.K. But there is still room for improvement in employee motivation. AMBIENCE: Spot lamps should be dimmed or adjusted differently. FOOD: Priced in the upper segment and unfortunately only lukewarm! Fries are cold after 2 minutes and the burger is done in just under 3 minutes! Conclusion: For me/us e.g. Currently not recommended!

No parking spaces despite the empty restaurant. Ordering took 15 minutes. Never come back! Today, February 22nd, 2024 around 9:00 p.m. I wanted to give Burgerking another Changse, the place was empty, loud shouts from the workers, ordering took another 5 minutes despite no customers..... (reasonable) apparently the working language in Burgerking is not German.... the loud shouting of the workers reminds me of Rumel rather than a restaurant... tables are dirty... good is KFC next door

We gave the Burger King in Langenthal another chance after the last time (pure disappointment, long waiting time, chicken nuggets not crispy, dirty). Again we were almost alone there. Nevertheless, it was dirty and it took a relatively long time. You could also hear the employees talking loudly, laughing and almost shouting the whole time.

You would think that a Burger King that opens near the high school and vocational school would serve food quickly for the benefit of the students, since very few people have a break of more than 45 minutes. That is not the case here. We often arrived here at around 12:00 and had to wait until 12:40 for our food. This makes it difficult to attend class on time. About 90% of our orders also have some kind of error (wrong burger, wrong fries, wrong drink, etc.) and when you then request a replacement, you are treated as if you had made a mistake, even though the mistake was theirs. Last time I waited 25 minutes for a small portion of fries. Another time I was served Sprite instead of water, and instead I was given a cup that was about 1/3 full (but actually with water). But then you also wonder why it works so well at the competitor next door (KFC), because there you wait about 1/3 as long for larger orders, and the employees there actually speak German.

Far too long of a wait for a portion of fries. 20 min. Waited and then they were still cold. When asked to get new ones they were rudely rejected. The whole place was dirty, leftover food on the floor, napkins, etc. I'll probably never eat greedily again...

Ordered food for consumption in the restaurant. After 30 minutes still no food received. When I asked where the food was, I was told that the food was packed and they thought it was to be taken away, even though it was clearly communicated that we were eating in the Resti (they saw us taking off our jackets and have taken a seat). Then we were allowed to enjoy the cold food, which wasn't even made new. The staff's knowledge of German was minimal, rubbish bins were always overflowing, tables were dirty. We won't come anymore.

We were at BK Langenthal this evening. There weren't many people there. We waited over 30 minutes for our takeaway food. We were two people. Ordered separately. My drink was only half full. Half of the order was missing. The food was cold. Unfortunately I only noticed it at home. The second one was missing cheese and onions from the burger. Food also very cold. How can that be? I don't check it each time but you probably have to in the BK Langenthal. That was the biggest disappointment in a BK.

I've been there twice now and something was always missing...that's very disappointing when you pay money and you don't manage to put the fries in the bag for a menu (when there aren't many visitors in the afternoon). The second time was at the drive in and a burger was missing. You need to take this more seriously. When I ask my colleagues in Langenthal, it doesn't sound any better. Fries are very crispy 👌 (if available)

I think it's cool that we now have a BurgerKing in Langenthal. I really like the food... I especially love the burger with truffles.😋 The staff seemed very friendly to me from what I experienced.. Maybe a suggestion for improvement... Maybe you could also make a burger, for people like me who have problems with their intestines... Ulcerative colitis is the name of my disease, no white bread contains as little sugar as possible. What's also not good is too much fat. Like meatloaf, salami, etc. Maybe I have too high expectations with this wish. Unfortunately, there are more and more people suffering from illnesses.

I ordered a chicken menu. The food came quickly, the staff was very nice. I really liked the interior design. My sister ordered a veggie long menu. However, she missed arugula in the burger, because in Lugano there is also arugula in the burger and it definitely tastes better. But otherwise she thought the taste was very good.👍🏻😊

Quality top! Staff friendly. There is a problem with the parking spaces: Burger King and KFC are almost empty, but all parking spaces are occupied! Had to switch to an E seat. More parking spaces are urgently needed, otherwise the location will not be profitable to operate!

We forgot to pack fries twice, whether it was intentional or not... We noticed it at home. Lost money for us. That was a lesson for us. Next time we will check everything carefully.

As always, Burgerking is a very good restaurant. Alessandro was a very friendly employee, good service and very friendly :)

A pure disaster! The place is dirty too long waiting time 20 minutes for the food to arrive. My son wanted a brownie for dessert and we had to wait 25 minutes. That's not possible in a fast food chain! We will never enter this store again!

Nothing special, just normal BurgerKing. Has limited parking spaces and is a difficult place to park. Everything works well. It also has a drive through.

Hotbrownie was first made with ice cream but since I had to wait another 5 minutes I asked for the brownie straight away so that I didn't have a cold brownie with melted ice cream. Something was wrong when ordering. 6 chicken strips were ordered and 6 king wings arrived and unfortunately they weren't even edible. They were so heavily fried that they were completely dried out. Overall, I will avoid this Burger King in the future.

Good afternoon Last night there was a great shift, everything was very clean, the food was fresh, the wings and burger were delicious, the fries were crispy...the staff was friendly and the order was received very quickly, it was a pleasure to visit this place! I recommend!

It was the worst meal I had yesterday. The burgers were like rubber, not old meat, and were cold as ice. I probably won't go there again.

The first time in the drive-in, on a Wednesday evening, worked, everything was great. Friendly staff, the food was very good. Unfortunately, it was a complete disaster this afternoon. Waiting in line for 20 minutes until you can place your order, then another 10 minutes until you can drive away with your food. All of the food was cold, and to the children's annoyance, the toys were missing. From what I observed, it seemed to me that the staff didn't work as a team and didn't work with focus. A pity! And the fact that there aren't enough parking spaces was already apparent during the construction phase... Traffic chaos greets you!

Burger King with drive-in, KFC and a Spar Express, all crammed into a small space without the necessary parking spaces - a disaster! Makes you wonder who is planning such nonsense! Stuck in the car for over 20 minutes. We just wanted to grab a burger. Never again, fast food is different!

The customer treatment is unfortunate, taking 17 minutes to make a kinder menu, with only 2 cars in the drive without work. The food was cold, I lacked extra sauces and the order was not correct. The 8 people who work there pay more attention to the drive-thru than to the people who order takeout. KFC is better, better treatment, quality, cleaner, discount coupons.
