Absolutely crack McDonalds never got an order where everything is right always errors. Very unmotivated staff who don't care at all. Only recommended if... honestly not recommended at all.

Tables not clean. Leftover food on the floor. Food was good and fast service.

If you want something quick and cheap - go to McDonald's first. You create your menu at the ordering machine and it usually takes 5-10 minutes to get it. Of course it depends on what rush hour you go there. Burgers are always fresh and hot from the grill.

Seating on the first floor or outside on the terrace. After ordering, the food is brought to your table.

Unfriendly, lousy service and a very long waiting time

Coke without ice I asked for it, they didn't do anything... the ventilation of the restaurant you could have the fries on the way out it's disgusting, 15 minutes of waiting to receive our menu, The worst McDonald's in Switzerland.

Avoid laborious foods like Caesar Salad Veggie…good for burgers and fries…

IMPORTANT! EDITING MY REVIEW AFTER 2 years. I was loving this McDonalds a lot, but now is over and I’m never going back there again. What happened? Please read until end before going there. - Was Saturday evening around 00:30 I went there and there were around 8 People waiting in front of me. I have ordered my food: One Medium Menu, 2 Cheeseburgers and Double Cheeseburger with 2 Apple Pies. After the people in front of me got their Orders I was waiting for mine now, until the worst scenario happened. People who have ordered after me they received their orders and I was still waiting. It was around 1:05 until group of friends went back because they were missing a lot of stuffs in the order like always by McDonald’s. Its 1:10 and I’m giving my ticket to the person who was preparing the orders and I have told him can you please look and do my order because I wait 40 minutes. He told me ok i will do it now. It’s 1:20 everyone left and I’m last person there asking for my order, they replied what order? I told them my number and I have told that I have given my ticket to the “new worker” which was not new but lost in the time and place. They have checked their PC or whatever and they have done my order. I received cold burger’s, cold Fries. It was disaster. They were not organized, they were giving the orders on other people without checking the numbers on the receipt’s. I waited 50minutes for cold food. To the manager or the owner: You have lost some good workers in the last 2 years. From having fast and super team now you have the worst, the slowest and the most non organized team ever. You need to be there and to show them how it’s done. I have seen a lot of unpleasant customers and disappointed. Your McDonald’s is not clean it’s dirty and it’s smells bad. Manager I think this is your fault and you should take care. It’s not only about paying low the workers and getting more profit for you. It’s about the quality. I’m never coming back again and a lot of people will follow that you will see in the near future. Checking my order when I receive it is showing how much I trust this Mc. Not me a lot of people are doing the same. Every time something was missing. Do not go there people, better go eat in other places. Not recommended! Always check your orders!

Even though the staff is very nice and the food is adequate and hot, I don't feel like coming there. This restaurant stinks. I can't imagine eating a meal inside. Perhaps it is due to faulty ventilation. This place has unpleasant memories for me because of the smell. I was there a few years ago and it was the same. 3 or 4 times in total. This time I went there because I thought maybe it had been fixed. Unfortunately, this stench is there to stay. It's a pity, because the people are nice, the location is great and the food is ok.

The absolute slowest, most laborious McDonalds in this country. Even if there isn't much going on, you can easily wait 20 minutes for your food. If you ask, you'll be shouted at... Unfortunately, it's always a disappointment!

The seats are upstairs and nested, I don't like it. Service at the table was super quick and friendly.

If you have a receipt you have to report it to the checkout and it's not there anywhere....., service people also seem very stressed.

I ordered a Menu Cheeseburger Royal with 9 chicken nuggets to take away and didn't get the Cheeseburger Royal and only noticed it when I got home and the Mcdonald's was already closed (11 p.m.). Disappointed…

We were still a bit hungry after a long drive and stopped briefly in Lyss. The food was very fresh and tasty, you can't fault it. The staff was also very friendly and had a smile on their faces. 😁 I will gladly come again

Poor quality location. Big Macs with a musty taste were given out several times, hamburgers with dry, unpleasant bread were given out once. Staff must be continuously monitored for hygiene standards (HACCP process). Organizational processes, awareness and leadership must be improved.

Been there several times recently. (Lyss location) Not once did I get the right thing. Eat much less than normal. Unfriendly staff (not all of them) were there at lunchtime. Both not even half full of sundae and mcflurry

2 stars because! I had to calculate my change myself and the Coke was not carbonated and had absolutely no taste and that at 11 o'clock.

Very friendly branch manager, friendly staff, respond to requests and food tastes good. It's a shame that the ventilation is clearly inadequate; It is unpleasant to eat in a restaurant because of the strong kitchen smells. Nevertheless, we really enjoy being there, sitting outside. Employee comes to my table and dutifully delivers my food as he should, but made a malicious comment about my figure and the amount of food I ordered.

The employees have a sense of humor and are nice and are not like lil._ elii writes. He took a well-meant joke seriously and is therefore not so smart.

Everyone is nice and correct. BUT they never get the order right. No matter whether there is a lot going on or not, no matter whether you order from the staff, at the box or in advance - something is always missing in the end.

Mac Do is Mac Do, everyone knows it. A nice site in a picturesque building. A bit of a hassle finding a parking space...the nerve center of Lyss.

Burger not put together correctly. The cheeseburger was missing cheese. When I complained, I was treated unkindly and simply packed cold cheese and gave it back to me.

Unfortunately we arrived at the branch yesterday at 11:05 p.m. (I know a little too much) We were also promptly greeted by 2 employees noticed, even though the two of them had seen us, we were skillfully ignored. Oh the McDonald's in Lyss, a liability for the company. First of all: The food is good, normal McDonald's standard. What's not right at all is the organization. The staff is overwhelmed by the slightest rush (at such an unexpected time as 12:00) and has nothing prepared. Certain menus simply don't exist in Lyss, another local anomaly. The cleanliness is close to the tolerance level.

I was there recently and observed the employees. 🤭The same gloves you wear when cooking are used to put the mill bags and serve. 🤮 never changed. That's probably not possible!!! The long wait is also tiring So you'll never see me there again!!!

For the protection concept, every guest should leave their data on an undinfected tablet. Facility is not maintained Tables anchored to the ground wobble and are loose. It is dusty and dirty in many corners that are not easy to reach. It's the details that matter, even if it's a fast food chain. Since they are such a big chain they should also put the money into maintenance.
