Fries inedible (wet and cold inside) Burger a disaster. Not to be compared with the earlier times in the Migros Restaurant where the burger was still served with relish sauce and the fries were still edible. When I asked if I could have fries that were done, I received new fries. But these are just as bad.

I am a trained chef from Kursaal Bern. 12/27/23 on site. Gordonbleu quality and taste = Zero. Sausage cheese salad looks great, but unfortunately tastes terrible. It has also been “refreshed”, some pieces of sausage are already greyish/colorless, others are fresh. Never again! Thanks. Fries I.O. But a chimpanzee can do that too. Price performance, bad. Trained chefs work there, don't they?

Self-service restaurant. Everyone will find something to eat and drink here. There is also seating outside. The food needs to be a little hotter. Unfortunately, the long plates don't fit in the microwave.

This afternoon May 10, 2022 I took a little trip to Lyss. Among other things, I made a detour to the Migros restaurant Lyss to ask the clerk something at the checkout. The following is the case: a few years ago I received a 10.00 stamp that you could use to pay in the Migros restaurant. Now in March of this year I visited the restaurant in another branch and wanted to pay with this brand and was told it was no longer valid. So today in Lyss I wanted to ask if I could use this for them, the older lady reacted in a way that was arrogant, she didn't know what it was and she was newly employed, I asked if there was anyone else present that I could ask, and she said she No, there would be no one and what that actually was...this employee has missed the job. I have never met someone so completely unfriendly and absolutely arrogant and I really had to pull myself together not to tell her what I thought of her. You don't let a person like that approach customers...

Since the renovation, the Migros Restaurant has looked much tidier again. It's much brighter and it also has more comfortable seating than before.

Yesterday lunchtime 12.10 p.m., lots of customers. Empty containers at the "take as much as you want" buffet, after 5 minutes of waiting, nothing, but the employee searches for minutes in the warming box... Unsuccessful. Risotto was delicious... But without anything? A pity. Addendum May 2019 What was the handicapped son of a Migros employee doing in the store, in the elevator, outside the entrance, in the parking garage? especially on Saturdays, for hours, insulting customers, pressing buttons in the elevator, holding the elevator doors open, screaming in the stairwell, banging carts while his father is working. I sympathize, but this kid deserves a better day than having to hang around there and annoy and confuse the customers. Watched it countless times now. I'm really sorry.

Mother's Day Brunch: I have to give a big shout out. It was sensational! The welcome, the selection, the ambience. It was always refilled, you could really fill your stomach☺. There were eight of us and we were all really happy. Thank you very much for a successful Mother's Day.

This is the first MRestautant that almost overflowed the menu plates. Price-quantity top👌👍. And still good.

Nothing out of the ordinary: solid food, modest prices.
