Unfortunately, everything that was prepared was touched with hands that had not been washed (the food was taken outside beforehand, the door was touched with the hands, no gloves were used, even though they were available there), which is unhygienic I won't eat there again in the future!

Cold burger and pom after 20 minutes of waiting time. Then the manager Max said stupid things. Not like that

Logically, the food tastes the same as always... the woman at the checkout, her name is Timi, is very unfriendly! We had two adults and four children for lunch. When one of our children accidentally broke his toy, I was proud of him for daring to ask the woman at the checkout on his own if he could have another one. The woman harshly chased him away.... When Dad went to ask if he could please have another one because it was broken when unpacking it, he was told that he just had to buy another Happy Meal..... Timi, I hope so you will be treated the same as you treat people...

What can I say, it's a McDonald's. Fast service and a clean restaurant. Never disappointed.

Food was normal. Nothing special to mention. However the service was very good as I didn't speak German, I spoke English with the staff and they were very friendly

This branch is just disappointing today. The children run around wildly without anyone doing anything. Despite fewer customers, the fries are ice cold. Definitely not worth a visit!

Ordering at the counter is no longer possible, only at the machine. Very customer unfriendly. I'll never visit this McDonald's again, it's a shame. The customer is unimportant here.

Went to the drive-in again, waited forever and then of course something was missing again! Dear Weinfelden.

The cleanliness gets worse every time. Dirty everywhere again. Tables completely dirty, huge pools under the tables. That is not how it works. Especially when there's hardly anything going on at 2:30 p.m.

The food is generally great, the fries could be fresher, but what upsets me the most is that for the 4th time when I took away everything I ordered wasn't given to me. Sometimes a cheeseburger or something else is missing. Unfortunately I always make the same mistake and don't check, but still.

Unfortunately the branch was very dirty! Dirty tables and the children's corner wasn't really clean either. This despite the fact that they hardly had any customers and one of them could have easily at least cleaned the tables!

The employee was only just able to fulfill my request for hot water after a long discussion. And then she also made me feel guilty for the traffic jam in Mc Drive even though she just left in the middle of the order and left me waiting. (without saying anything)

As you know it from McDonald's. Food is good. Very nice atmosphere with a playground for the kids inside and outside. Service...as so often you get something wrong or something is forgotten. Happens above average at this location.

Fast, clean and friendly staff, like that they bring the food to the table, never seen this service in the US. Ordering is easy on the large touch screens or in person.

Nuggets are always lukewarm or cold and they regularly forget the sauces... Fries were in the oil for far too long... Next visit 3 weeks later: Fries and nuggets were more cold than lukewarm and almost no salt on the fries. Furthermore, neither the Cheeseburger Royal nor the Big Tasty had onions... Today the nuggets were hot and fresh and nothing was missing from the burger. Keep it up!

You always have to check what you order, especially in the drive. Something is missing for the second time.

perfect for children and fast service. at least the sandwiches are nice! on the other hand we are in Switzerland, so the prices are really much more expensive than in France.

To beat the heat of summer, my wife and I once again “treated” ourselves to some soft ice cream at McDonalds. Unfortunately, this ice cream was inedible (only lumps of ice, the ice cream machine was probably empty or broken) so we immediately left this “high-class, culinary restaurant”.

Theoretically it's ok, the only thing that bothers me: last time I get a tube, the cola tastes like a math book but what should you do was ok. Today I get the answer to save plastic there are only tubes when you leave... I'm leaving again I don't want to move in here😂 No, joking aside Our table neighbor gets a tube??? Yes, probably because she was a woman

Burgers were cooked very poorly, it was disgusting. The fries were old, soft and just not tasty. Employees were unmotivated and unfriendly.

One of the cleanest McDonald's you will come across. This one is located on the outskirts of Kreuzlingen. Artful walls.

I was particularly impressed by Achim's service. Here the Kreuzlingen team shows what sets them apart from other McDonald's restaurants. keep it up!

I really regret that all burgers are prepared by hand. Four hands worked on my veggie burger without wearing gloves. I find that disgusting, I'm sorry.

The McDrive is just embarrassing and outrageous. You order one thing and get something completely different (in 8 out of 10 cases), sometimes the order is completely missing! One of the worst McDrive branches I know (and I'm sure many others feel the same way). Definitely not recommended.

Ordered a menu in the drive in, 1x fries and 1x apple turnover. But when I got home I realized that unfortunately I didn't receive my apple bag even though I paid for it. It's a shame, I was looking forward to it.

Absolute juice shop. Some of the staff can barely speak German and have apparently never heard of motivation. Had to wait almost 10 minutes for 2 cheesebrugers in the drive-in on a busy evening. So fast food works differently. To top it off, the 'cheeseburgers' only consisted of bread, meat and then bread again. No sauce, no onions, no cucumber and no cheese on it. And this is by no means an isolated case, as orders have often been issued incorrectly. For me, the McDonalds in Kreuzlingen is by far the worst fast food joint in the area. Save yourself the trouble and go to the McDonalds in the Konstanz industrial area. Friendlier staff, better prices, larger portions/burgers and most of the time you even get what you ordered.

Basically okay. I was last there probably after the lunch rush, when unfortunately almost all of the tables hadn't been wiped down. However, staff was friendly.

I am very angry and disappointed from behavior of the stuff. I stopped there on 22 Jun 2023, for a quick dinner, after 850klm driving my moto and asked for the wifi key, so to book a hotel in Konstanz. They refused to pass me even I offered to pay for this, because they said need to have a German or Swiss mobile number. I was in tour in this town, so how suppose to connect to the internet? I was surprised from this reaction because it was late night, it was my first time in the town and also after I went out from restaurant they locked the door immediately and switched off the lights also from parking. Very bad professionals, never, never I spent a cent again in McDonald's.

Although the typical McDonald's smell could mask an industrial-scale livestock farm, the place smells like sewage. I don't think that's so cash money. The fries were really really soft too.

The team is overwhelmed, the leader is shouting around, after 14 minutes of waiting at 9:00 p.m. on a less busy evening, Big Taste and Filet-o-Fish cold, fries for the trash can. Why did I idiot just ignore Burger King?

The food was a long time coming for MC. The burger was a disaster and looked like a tsunami had struck. The bacon was stone dry and unbearable! There was also a strange insect swimming around in my Fanta. That was the last time with you!!

I ordered a Big Mac and got one but with the ingredients of a Big Tasty (sauce, onions and cheese were still missing). I've been eating Big Macs for over 20 years and this has never happened to me.

I'll tell you honestly. At first it was fine, but by the time the food came my father had already come back from getting milk. I ordered a burger with salad. However, the salad was there, there and here everywhere except on my burger. I then collected everything together until I saw that they had confused the paper with cheese. So you can imagine the paper that you actually wrap around the burger was just cheese everywhere. When I took a bite I couldn't believe my eyes, there was just a single gherkin sitting there in the burger. But to top it all off, I didn't get a straw with my COLA! No straw, what's the point?! Now how am I supposed to sip my Cola?

Off to Mcdrive in Kreuzlingen to test the Veggi Burger. But first, let's talk about the ambience: typical restaurant with play facilities for children, enough space for parking and appropriate furniture. Everything was clean. The burger was a Homestyle Chargrill Veggie. This is supposed to imitate chicken, which fails. Not bad for me, it doesn't have to taste like meat. What was worse was that the sauce was very bland. The burger didn't look attractive either, which is also characteristic. The advertising images always suggest something completely different. But it wasn't inedible either. The quick service was positive. Well, nothing outstanding, but that's just how the Mc is. The expectations weren't high either.

Mc Donalds is once again increasing the prices but not the quality, totally unjustified. Even the normal menu now costs 11.30 Fr. Before 10.90Fr. I always rounded up to 11Fr and donated the 10 centimes. Well, now there will probably be no more donations from me for the children, but the main thing is more money for McDonald's. Besides, the shop is always totally dirty and the food is lukewarm if you're lucky, not to mention the long waiting times, sometimes up to 15 minutes, even though there are few people. As I have often noticed, customers who do not want to order from the machine are simply sent away and rejected in an unfriendly manner. This McDonald's license should really be revoked.

It goes quickly, but you should always check what has been packed at the drive-in. 5/6 times a part was missing and we had to go back. But then we got the missing piece without any problems.

I can only agree with the previous reviews, there are always people in civilian clothes running in and out of the kitchen. Hygiene is not taken seriously here at all because I saw the employee serving the burgers without wearing gloves.🤮 I am 99% sure that according to McDonald's regulations you have to wear disposable gloves when serving the burgers. Especially when you're still fiddling around with your hands at the checkout area. Where did we actually end up here, the prices are outrageously high for this service. What's the big deal with the Big Tasty? Since Corona, the bread from the Big Mac has been used for the Big Tasty, the meatballs are bigger than the bread, are you serious?! But brazenly increasing the price is an impudence. Now I think the meat from the Big Mac is even used for the Big Tasty, which in my opinion is now a Big Tasty Jr. This statement is just an assumption, as I will definitely not order a burger again given these poor hygiene measures. I am sure that this branch will be closed immediately if there is an inspection. If I as a guest When I discover these hygienic deficiencies in just 5 minutes while queuing at the checkout, I don't even want to imagine what the hygienic condition really is.

Cheeseburgers are getting smaller and more expensive, but that doesn't have to be the case

The three of us had dinner on Saturday. The staff was distracted, very loud and constantly on their cell phones. Every few minutes, friends/acquaintances of employees at the front of the checkout ran into the kitchen, went out again and came back into the kitchen. This in civilian clothing without adhering to hygiene regulations. The bug festival continued in the kitchen and people were joking around, doing nonsense and it was really annoyingly loud. When we received our order the chicken tenders were rock hard, sauces were not brought and a cheeseburger we ordered was missing. I have nothing against having fun at work, but the orders shouldn't suffer and the volume should be adjusted. What doesn't work is for civilians to simply run into the kitchen. Won't be eating there again anytime soon.

It is not very busy. There is always free parking. The service is very friendly and very fast.

Lots of staff and still you can't serve guests quickly. Wait, we haven't been served for a long time. We have to place our order at the terminal. Just had to wait far too long for 3 coffees on Saturday.

I've never seen such a bad MC, every second time with the MC drive there's always something missing, I think it's a real draw. I pay in advance. After an rzf it is always "sorry, give your name and give you the missing product on the next visit" you only get a thick neck

Unfortunately the restaurant is no longer what it was. For the third time in a row we hadn't received what we ordered. So wrong product too little. And missing dressing and cutlery. The second time you asked questions you were shouted at. I don't think that works at all.
