A hotel from another era, it costs a lot compared to the quality for the price

It is a hostel, despite having three stars. The services correspond to a hostel and not to its category.

Price-performance are very fair. Elevator doesn't work. Wonderful and quiet place to stay overnight. Breakfast was good.

We received a very friendly welcome after our hike with our dog. The room had its own bathroom, was rather small and functionally furnished. The narrow balcony exuded a touch of Mediterranean holiday feeling. The outdated furnishings and cute decorative items gave us the feeling of immersing ourselves in a bygone era. The location, right on a busy road, is not ideal, but it didn't bother us as guests for one night. However, the noise in the room was a bit difficult when it came to falling asleep and staying asleep. The dinner in the hotel's restaurant was very tasty and the breakfast was absolutely fine for the price. If you are looking for a simple, uncomplicated place to stay, where you will be treated in a friendly manner and where the price-performance ratio is right, the Plaza is the right place for you.

As previously described, the hotel is somewhat dated. The room was spacious and the children could sleep behind the wall. Very satisfied. Very nice location near Lake Constance!

Very nice people, I just think it's a bit too expensive, I had a room without a shower and the toilet had to be in the hallway. It was supposed to be my own with a key, but it was still inconvenient.

I've been in Kreuzlingen for a few weeks for about a year now. The hotel is perfect. My business partner and I are here together most of the time. Our room has everything we need. 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. I can recommend it to everyone.

I stayed in this hotel a few days ago, what I can say is that the staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, the furniture is a bit outdated, but the breakfast is very rich for a one-night stay, I would recommend it

In the middle of the city, very noisy. A good 30 minute walk to the lake

The operator cannot be held responsible for the traffic circle in front of the hotel. But it was still possible to sleep with the window tilted. Our room (17) was modern and functional and even had a fold-out bunk bed (ideal for a family with small children). My only complaint is that the bathroom only has a bathtub and therefore there was no shower rod. But the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was acceptable to everyone even shortly before 10 a.m. What was missing was added. The only shame is the lack of parking space. There are few free parking spaces in the area.

Very conveniently located near the German border. Friendly staff and good food reasonably priced. There are no air conditioning in the rooms and during summer it could be little warm in the room. Cleanliness of the rooms are very good.

Unfortunately, the Italian channels cannot be seen and the internet in room 15 is not working at all. The room was nice, clean and above all very warm. The very friendly and helpful staff speaks Italian.

The older man (owner?) who sits in the room behind the main reception desk was incredibly rude on two occasions during our one night stay. In the early evening I simply went to reception to ask to see a menu and he became really angry, I left the reception in tears. I had no idea why he responded this way, it certainly was completely uncalled for given my very basic request. Completely ruined our stay. I've never experienced such horrible treatment at a hotel ever.
