McDonald's in Regensdorf

I eat it so often but slowly with the zit ish my meat nüm dure and the employees aren't interested in it more often than not and they tell me that they're not doing anything anymore. sounds awful

The delivery service disappointed me immensely! The delivery arrived way too late and when it finally arrived the food was cold. The order was also incomplete and customer service responded slowly and unhelpfully. This experience was frustrating and annoying. I will definitely not order from this delivery service again!

I ordered 6 chicken nuggets with a menu. When I got home the chicken nuggets weren't there. Since I was away for a long time I couldn't go back and get the nuggets. I lost my money and can't get it back.

I wanted to grab something to eat after my shift today. 10 minutes before the store closed, the doors were already closed and the employees were not in sight, even though all the lights were on and the goods were still there. Really great :^)

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald's in Regensdorf. When I asked about ice in the drink I was told the ice maker was broken. However, just 10 minutes later, my colleague ordered a drink with ice and it was suddenly available. This made me doubt the honesty of the employees. In my opinion, better communication and honesty with customers is urgently needed. Therefore not recommended! Mr. Zobrist, check what you set ;)

You keep forgetting to complete the order and don't give a receipt.

Good evening Unfortunately we ordered through the McDonalds app. The taste of fries was warmed up, the burger was dry and the ice in the drink was almost completely dissolved in the iced tea. Already the second time in a row. I would say the food was prepared too early and kept warm for too long so that it was warm when picked up, but unfortunately it was no longer freshly prepared. It makes a huge difference in taste. Suggestion for improvement: if you order via the app, don't keep the food warm. Very easy! It becomes soggy and inedible.

My favorite Mac is losing more and more quality. Do not order with the app!!!!!!!! They prepare this even though they shouldn't... As soon as you order without the app, there is still a lot of ice in the drink, the burgers are warm and the fries are still crispy.

Is it so difficult to pack the right food??? 1 Happy Meal, 1 x 9 pieces of nuggets + ADDITIONAL 1 small portion of fries. Why do we pay 100% and don't give us what we ordered??!!!!

For the second time (Saturday) I find that I can no longer order carbonated drinks at 3:15 a.m., even though the restaurant is still open until 4:00 a.m.

today 11.8.23 drive in. big tasty bread moist, salad old, meat boiled instead of fried, everything full of sauce. fries partly brown, partly flabby. inedible! thrown away after 2 bites. I was very hungry! Unfortunately, quality varies greatly, but it has never been this bad! Sometimes you forget things when you go drive-thru. very unfortunate. Addendum: the next night nausea and diarrhea! you should show them 🤢🤮

The McDonalds is ok, actually, like everyone else

I ordered the menu, half of it wasn't included, chicken wings were burnt, MC Raclett is also not recommended, too expensive, 1 slice of cheese that you had to look for, no taste, too small for 15fr, fries are not fresh and crispy, ice tea was ordered Cola zero came, the staff didn't speak German and were unfriendly, there was no sign of cleanliness in the store, I didn't want to know what the kitchen looked like and how the food was prepared

Fries were cold and stale, the staff felt rather unfriendly and didn't give us good advice.

I ordered the Mac Raclette menu, unfortunately the meat was already as dry as chewing gum and after complaining I received a freshly prepared menu.

Today, July 18, 2023 Had voucher, valid until December 31, 2023 2 Big Mac for sFr. 9.90 NO LONGER VALID It was requested that I sFr. Have to pay 10.90 When I refused and explained that it was illegal, they said the boss decided that. I then said you could keep the 2 Big Macs. Only then was the correct amount accepted from the voucher. Incredible.

Today, July 15th, 23, it was far too warm inside the restaurant, not cool enough, and the iced coffee should have already been pre-cooled, because only the few ice shards don't make the advertised iced coffee cold enough. Other McDonald's restaurants also have this problem!!! So this preparation should generally be reconsidered!!!

Nicely located restaurant with lots of customers. The staff is very friendly and there are good seats to eat and relax. The parking situation is a bit difficult as it is quite narrow to drive in and out.

Spending close to 100 Frank's in McDonald's for 6 is un hard of but place is clean and food is perfectly made! Better than US McDonald's standards 100 times.

Update June 4th, 2023: The restaurant has improved in the last few months (employees could communicate in German, no incorrect deliveries, friendly, clean), unfortunately the Regensdorf location has currently reached a low point again. I ordered food via the McDonald's app, unmistakably to table 602! Why the service person has to run all over the terrace and shout “I have an order” is a mystery to me! There is nothing easier than walking purposefully and discreetly to the right table... the table number is clearly written on the receipt! Not everything was available when ordering dessert, so why the restaurant can't adjust this on the app is a mystery to me! Repayment can then only be made with cash, incomprehensible in a modern cashless app, every credit card payment service provider also supports credits... at the end two gentlemen showed up and started working on the green areas near the parking spaces with a grass trimmer on Sunday evening at 9:10 p.m.... I actually expect such work to be done Monday - Friday between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m.... June 2022: In an order with 6 items, two were delivered incorrectly! This shouldn't actually be that difficult, the employees may not understand the language on the display! The employees have no idea where the individual table numbers are and always have to look for them throughout the entire restaurant... A table plan could be helpful in this regard!

This branch is an absolute disaster. Apart from dirt and the incompetence of the boss. Is it the last thing how customers are treated? Burger King next door has better food and this chef doesn't have such rude staff

Although friendly, unfortunately the things ordered and paid for are missing almost every time today, e.g. separate nuggeds and 1x fries, the wrong menu and 1x for the whole menu. When you call you get the answer, they come by again, unfortunately they don't live right at the Mc. So always counter.

Everything is perfect, Tables are cleaned regularly as well as floor. Personally, I think the food is better like in Zurich. The owner should focus on toilet renovation, really need this change and tissues. Friendly staff is most valuable!

When we came in we were told that we couldn't pay by card. We agreed and ordered anyway. When the waitress brought us our food, she didn't look happy at all. The food was a little cold and I couldn't use my iced tea properly either.

Burgers, fries and nuggets very hot, just great. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Restaurant and toilets very clean. Everything perfect.

It's the worst MC Donald's in all of Switzerland. Never received an order exactly as ordered! I would absolutely advise against a drive in or just check first whether everything is inside. We've already gotten cheeseburgers without meat and then had really cheeky employees at the checkout who didn't want to correct it! The staff changes daily! The staff are treated terribly in the kitchen. In the Filet-O-Fish there is only half a slice of cheese, the sauce is saved in every burger, and the bread tastes terrible. The quality and service are getting worse every year. Instead of renovating a branch three times in one year, it would be better to invest the money in the quality of the food and the employees!!!! Not even worth this one star!

The food is always warm and always right. The staff is friendly and motivated. It's also clean. Keep it up.

My oldest son turned 9 and we decided to celebrate at McDonald's Regensdorf. They have a fixed price for 15 children that includes a "kinder menu", a small drink and a small cake. And gifts for each child. Stay time 1h 30. I will never celebrate a birthday at McDonald's again. I found it boring and expensive. The children could only play for 10 minutes maximum, since they were immediately called to eat the cake and open the gifts. I had to buy more food, because the kindergarten menu was not enough for any child and I had to buy drinks again, since after the cake everyone was thirsty, it is logical.... with a small drink, it was not enough. The service, regular. I would have done it myself and I'm sure I would have been more encouraged.

Burger ingredients were just thrown into a box. But at least that saved some time so I got my "burger" pretty quickly. Also the seating was a little dirty. Other than that it was okay.

This McDonalds has a drive in, plenty of parking spaces and a playground. Otherwise a typical McDonald's. Good location, it is in an area with plenty of shopping opportunities. -1 star deduction, for a Swiss McDonald's it was not particularly clean. Uncleaned tables but especially the floor had small bits of food (mostly fries) spread all over it. Edit: Fixed a few spelling errors.

Quick lunch on the go. I found that in the usual chain standards they are all the same so it is not possible to give an evaluation on the quality of the products. As for the place, it is slightly cleaner than others at the tables with the exception of the bathrooms which were found dirty and not stocked.

Ordered and paid for something on the drive on June 5th around 10:30 p.m. I forgot my card on the device but didn't realize it until 2 hours later. Walked by again and the same person said he wasn't there even though I no longer needed my wallet and it was in my bag the whole time. That's where I last used it. It was a Tamil woman and yes I call that stealing. Bravo MC 👏/ (I don't have to work in MC to know that the device will be pushed back to its place after payment)

The manager “Vhera” is very unfriendly and cheeky and serves very poorly, plus she took a photo of us without permission. Only when we called the police did she delete the photos. Someone should show the woman her limits. It's very unfortunate that someone like that is allowed to work at McDonald's. When we asked to speak to the manager, she turned us down. Very bad service I don't recommend anyone to come here. She is stubborn and very aggressive. I can only repeat myself not to come here, there are many alternatives.

Here you can conveniently order via the ordering computer and then pay with card or cash. If you have the McDonalds app, you can order directly from the table as each table has its own number. You can sit directly at your seat and the meal will be brought to you. The staff are friendly and helpful.

For personal reasons, I ordered home delivery from McDonald's using the Uber app. Unfortunately, what I ordered didn't arrive despite a phone exchange that was then blocked. I recommend not ordering via the Uber app and picking it up directly from M Donalds. McDonald Regensdorf tried very hard to fix the error. Thank you for that...

Unfortunately, at mcdrive the food is often cold by the time we get home (less than a 5 minute drive). What's more, the burgers almost fall apart when you open the box, the cheese isn't melted at all, etc.

Was on Holidays in Switzerland and me and the family was getting hungry so we made a quick stop in McDonald's Regensdorf. I was very surprised how clean and very friendly everybody was. We ordered and had a sit on a table only a few seconds after we sit down we get wonderful fresh and very hot food served from a very nice Lady. It was the best experience i ever had in a McDonald's. Who ever manage that Restaurants should come to South Africa and give some training to the people here. Thank you very much

I was passing through as I bought a sofa from Nativo in Regensdorf, I got an Apple and Cinnamon Sundae at McDrive paying with MyOrder. Quick delivery even though a nice queue of vehicles formed behind me.

The employees at Mc Drive are very friendly and accommodating. Very good experience so far. The burgers are beautifully prepared, the ingredients are not just thrown in.

First of all... do the employees even work with a hairnet??? I got a Cheeseburger Royal Menu, and when I took the first bite I was surprised by a really long, disgusting black hair!!! Sorry... that just can't happen. All the food ended up in the trash. A catastrophic situation when people work without gloves and hairnets...not possible at all. I definitely won't go there again if such unkempt people work there.

Employees are always under pressure. This is reflected in the customers. Sometimes when I go to your place and see the crowd, I go to another place because I feel like I'm putting pressure on the staff, whose numbers are currently low from crowding.

Unfortunately, we notice that there are a lot of untrained people on site who neither know McDonald's standards nor implement them. There is a hectic and restless atmosphere. Everything seems disorganized. As a result, the food is poorly prepared and the employees always forget to pack something.
