You go to McDonald's once a year and they can't get your order right. I wanted spicy chicken nuggets, I got normal ones. They don't taste like anything.

Dusting things off once a week would be something, the dead fly has been behind the cash register for two years🤮 and what's also missing is decent German-speaking staff.

1. Cheeseburger in the middle was very cold. After complaining, I was told it was normal. 2. Ordered Double Bigmac and got normal Bigmac, after complaining I got real burger. Coca Cola with very little carbonation. Tables, floor, bench, trash can very dirty. Greasy and sticky. This McDonald's used to be highly recommended. I will avoid this McDonalds in the future.

Wednesday afternoon: few people...my pestilence was perfect, vanilla frape was ice cold and my posses were hot and crispy...🍟 In any case, always very nice staff. Food is always made quickly and fresh. The Mc always seems very clean... It is my favorite among the McDonalds in AG and Basel❤️ The only thing that could be expanded in all branches, because I have a gluten intolerance myself, is to expand the range of them. E.g. a gluten-free Big Mac... Or even better, combining vegan and gluten-free. The future is coming 😂🔮

I tried it again after a long time...Cheesburger Royal with bacon...but again no bacon in it even though it was on the bill. Conclusion: The worst Mac in the region. Basel, on the other hand, TOP

Absolute disaster. Five times in 4 weeks I didn't get what I ordered and paid for. Either the second meat was missing from the burger, the bacon wasn't in it, or if it said roasted onions and bacon, neither was in the burger. Either the staff is absolutely poorly trained or has no interest in the work at all. Not recommendable!!

Quality of the food is McD-appropriate. But out of 5 take-aways at McDrive, 5 times at least one item that had already been paid for was missing. This way you can also gloss over the cash register. Unfortunately, we only noticed it when we got home. Unfortunately, on-site inspection is not possible due to the number of items ordered in the car. But if you order 20 items, how hard can it be to pack 20 items?

Bad service We often go for takeaway, almost every time something is missing or delivered incorrectly. Almost every time I have to go back in and complain. Especially for a few weeks now, the service has been unfriendly and not competent. Employees seem annoyed, even if we don't go during peak hours. Often the food is not very fresh and when I mention this and want a new fresh burger, some of the employees are very unfriendly and annoyed. Recently there have been new employees who can hardly speak German, which makes it even more difficult. That's why we won't go there anymore, that's enough for us, we'd rather drive a little further and get better service like in Frenkendorf/ Füllinsdorf, or Burgerking Pratteln .

The order was taken incorrectly, the sauce I paid for was not in the package and the gentleman who served me (take away) was unfriendly and stressed, hence the mistakes. As a mother of a two-year-old, there are occasional diaper gates along the way. After visiting the changing room (separate in the disabled toilet) at the Mac in Kaiseraugst, I have to say HUGE praise for how well furnished and, above all, clean the changing room is! You have EVERYTHING you need, including a small washbasin, a soft changing mat on the large enough changing table AND a paper sheet to put over it! Some retail giants (funnily enough, also with a capital M), which even offer special family memberships and see themselves as family-friendly, could learn a thing or two here, as their offering unfortunately leaves a lot to be desired in some places. Thumbs up for the (small) child-friendly facilities!!!

It's not as cold as it was when I last visited. Thanks for that. The staff is very motivated but the toilets could be a bit cleaner. Outside there is a great playground for the little ones and tables and chairs so you can spend time outside. There are enough parking spaces around the McDonald's.

Nice comfortable MC Donald's.... Always the same wherever you are.... One thing I am happy to point out, unlike in Italy, is the variety of vegetarian sandwiches... A sign that a widespread awareness is moving regarding sustainable eating. .. For the rest nice place if you like MC...

The processing worked perfectly because thanks to Corona measures, the food was brought to the table. However, not enough attention is paid to cleanliness because the tables have been dirty on all visits so far and the staff had to be asked to clean them. A pity.

No more service at the indoor counter. Order only via terminals. Be careful to grab a table number first, as this will be needed in the ordering process. Everything is impersonal and forms long queues, in times of Covid that means queuing for something outdoors.... Food is brought to the table. Unfortunately tables are not clean!
