The staff at the Mac drive service desk are very unpleasant I was served by an arrogant and dishonest girl We know that most of the staff in McDonald's are students, however it is important to remember that in restaurants it is the customers who must be served and not the other way around.

It's been a long time since I received a burger that looks like the photo! And quite frankly, THANK YOU! It was good, but it was also well presented. Top service, friendly staff, my table was left dirty by previous customers and someone came to clean it quickly.

Arriving in the evening for MC DRive, I wanted to place an order at the terminal but there was no one there, so I continued to counter 1. The girl working simply refused to serve us. Because we should have gone to her colleague's cash register but she was absent. She asked us to go around and start again in order to be served by her on her return. Knowing that there were no other customers at the time, she could very well have served us too. Of course, I didn't do the tour again, I left but very disappointed to see how the service at this restaurant is deteriorating. This is not surprising since the company mainly operates with unqualified students.

Passed this 7/12 at 1:30 p.m. at the drive-thru... poorly made sandwiches, and mc Flurry suede caramel requested they gave me an old unsold and melted mc flurry ragusa, the team member lied to me eye to eye... anyway go to that one from CHABLAIS on the resting air they are stronger.

It's a pretty full place, and yet the staff is super efficient.... I admire them. The burger was a little dry, the meat was quite dry, but that wasn't a problem for me to enjoy my meal hehehe. And the view it has of its surroundings makes it a very welcoming place.

Good morning, Saturday I stopped at your store in Rennaz. I placed an order at the terminal, the payment was validated but the ticket was not issued. I went to the counter and there I was told in a very unpleasant manner that the payment had not gone through. I say yes and it is debited from my account. But nothing can be done, the person doesn't even listen to me and continues to tell me that the payment has not gone through and that it will be refunded to my account. The amount was taken from me. I'm really angry that I wasn't taken seriously and that I spent that amount for nothing. Obviously I was passing through and I can't go back.

Frankly, for 2-3 years everything has become deplorable, and above all the McDrive is absolutely no longer useful, they take our orders and make us wait in the parking lot where it's a mess because people can no longer maneuver the cars . How come it used to work really well and now it’s CATASTROPHIC. The staff is mainly made up of students and the cleanliness really needs to be reviewed. Disappointment. The only McDonald's that remains clean and the taste is totally different is in Monthey.

Always a problem with this McDonald's, you pay a fortune for your menu to be served a totally random sauce. A slice of 40ctm cheese but you don't see the color and don't talk about their politeness which matches their incompetence! Manager like this as unpleasant as his colleagues!

For some time now, this Mcdo branch in Villeneuve has left something to be desired! Just last Saturday, January 7, 2023, we went there with my husband and our children around 8 p.m. The cleanliness really leaves something to be desired! In the room where there is the big table for the children, an entire Coke was spilled all over the table and on the floor and no one cleans it up. We went to sit at a table in the space before the toilets and there was a huge puddle of coke on the floor which ran from the trash can to 2 tables further away. Apparently, the staff saw because there was the sign warning that it was slipping. It stuck everywhere, we had to slalom between the puddles of coke to get through, one woman almost fell. By calling one of the employees to come and clean our table because it was dirty (in fact the table next door also called her for the same reason...) we also tell her if it is possible to clean on the floor and she tells us that they saw and we do what is necessary in a rather haughty tone. Nobody cleans. About twenty minutes later, this same person tells one of her colleagues to clean up but no one does. However, the restaurant was not very busy, they were not at all overwhelmed! We stayed for 1 hour and no one cleaned anything. Every time we go there we have to ask for someone to come and clean the tables because they are always dirty! After eating our menu, I wanted to order the desserts directly at the counter, plus I was paying cash so I would have had to go through the counter, another employee, no nicer than the other in fact, told me to go through through the terminal while she was behind the cash register... Frankly, great lack of cleanliness, very unfriendly staff, when ordering at the drive-thru half of the things are always missing. A lot of staff turnover to be done and if possible, motivated and friendly people!
