He would have been told that I hadn't behaved well towards them and that's why they wouldn't have given a new one otherwise she would have given a new one. I behaved correctly, it's clear that if even the shift management doesn't listen and says to order new things and pay, you'll get angry. We just drank the cokes and went out. I know one thing, I'm so disappointed that I'll never come back. That the customer is not respected in this company. I made a mistake when ordering, I know. But shouldn't you make the best of the situation and accommodate the customer. I also understand that it's cumbersome for the staff and you have rules in operation and you follow them, that's understandable. There are also exceptions in every company how to satisfy the customer. Otherwise restaurant was nice and clean.
