It is totally negative to order food from McDonalds!! My office is about 10 minutes away from the restaurant... we were actually able to take a break and walk there... but work doesn't allow it... they need 1.5 hours to deliver the food!!! Something like that is a disgrace... we have had to endure this 3 times now... will never order from them again... the worst service we know...

I came from Warsaw Poland to visit Zurich, it was my stop for breakfast. Neet & Clean.

Received goods quickly. But the fries were just warm and soggy. The coffee was missing sugar and cream. You should read the order!!!!!! A note from the machine also ran out.

They told us to bring all our dishes that we ordered!!!

Bad condition, ventilation screams as if it has been dying for years. Order screens are smashed, shake, don't work or only work when you hit them. Pretty embarrassing in such a prominent location.

Excellent service, the waiting time is relatively short, there is the option of bringing your order to the table, and using the app you can order a dessert at the end, without having to go to the counter, the quality of the food in general is good.

Worst McDonald's I ever been too.

Bad experience. On saturday night, they stole CHF25 as they charged my credit card twice and refused to show any invoice. And not to talk about the food....

The burgers are good for quick eating. Unfortunately the meat was a bit bland and dry.

We stopped by briefly on New Year's Eve. Was thrown out by security after 15 minutes with the justification that you weren't allowed to sit any longer with 3 cheeseburgers 😂 this is not a normal restaurant on a normal day was the reasoning. It sounds so ridiculous that hardly anyone will believe it, but it was actually like that for many people. I'm curious what McDonald's has to say about this.

The food was ok and was served quickly. Unfortunately the whole restaurant including the toilets was very dirty and the floor was totally sticky! It's a shame, that's not a good calling card for Switzerland.

Nobody goes to a Mcdonalds to have a special gastronomic experience. No one will look for good atmosphere, relaxing, etc. Therefore, when I went to this restaurant my expectations were to find the same as always. But what I found was probably the worst Mcdonalds ever. Raw fries, strange tasting burgers, dirty restaurant (not messy, but really dirty). The experience of having been to probably the worst Mcdonalds ever. :)

Miserable staff driving repeat business away

The menu is good with many burger selections. Staff are friendly. They gave Smarties candies to my kids. The location is perfect, near the main train station.

As is often the case, MCDONALD'S tries to serve fast food as well as possible despite the large crowds. I had a cheese burger royal bacon. He was mega. It's ok to have something to eat in between, even for a family. I always say, please, I'm happy to wait a little longer, but as warm as possible. Fast food is no fun when it's lukewarm. And the meat could be a little juicier. But as I said, MCDONALD'S and its employees handle a mammoth task every day. And please don’t forget the environment. I'm not a green person, but I hate it when food is taken away on a large scale and these huge sacks and their contents are simply thrown onto the street. McDonald's could do more.

The security is extremely unfriendly. You are not allowed to order via the app and things are always missing from the food. They can ruin even the best mood.

Unprofessional service. It takes forever for the food to arrive. Very unfriendly service and rude boss. You get the feeling that people work there who can't find a job anywhere else. Very unmotivated.

The boss yelled at people and what I ordered didn't come. When I complained because I didn't get what she ordered from the machine, the boss told me in a shouting and rude tone that it was my problem and not hers and then took the food away. I didn't get my money back either. I only gave the store one star because you have to give at least one star to upload this review. There is a Migros around the corner, you can get something to eat there without any problem.

ZERO STARS. The employees are too busy with themselves. Everything but no German is spoken. Half of the order is missing. When spoken to on the phone, the manager, Ms. Ammann, wanted to blame me. Really bottom drawer. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there. 4 employees at the front, but no one can tell ketchup from sweet sour. The most incompetent MacDonalds around. Customer satisfaction is probably your top priority.

Classic Swiss version of the US restaurant. What shall I say... For me as a vegan the choice is very limited; In addition, the meat burgers are much cheaper. Advantage: Long opening hours. You are overwhelmed by music. Centrally located.

Service was too slow and I forgot to give my money back and when I pointed this out it took a while again. Unsalted fries, with ice cream instead of without and wrong sauce. Not for the first time.

Well Mc is Mc. Everything is great. The toilet code is written on the receipt. Order on the first floor, you can eat on the second.

Terrible level of service in this restaurant. Management itself comes up with some idiotic rules that are a violation of consumer rights. For example, I made a small order and wanted to eat it upstairs, and before that go to the toilet and wash my hands. The security guard/bouncer, a two-meter gorilla (why are they needed in a fast food restaurant?), began to tell me that they have some kind of rule according to which, with an order like mine, they cannot let me into the dining area or restroom. Although I already had the check and food in my hands. That is, I'm a client who made an order, but I am not allowed into the the dining area or restroom, citing some completely fictitious rule that has no force. At the same time, they communicate in a boorish manner with an imperative tone. I have traveled all over the world and nowhere have I encountered such terrible service that doesn't meet any standards as in this particular restaurant. I think that the company should draw conclusions regarding the absolutely incompetent and inadequate management of this restaurant, which cannot provide even the most minimal level of quality service to customers. The most terrible experience of my life. Would never go to this restaurant again.

I have ordered takeaway from this branch twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times we found the fries we ordered were not included in the bag. Once is accidental, twice so soon is systemic issues that need fixing pronto.

I had to replace cola with ice tea for a friend because they made a mistake and wanted to keep the cola so it didn't get thrown away. She took the Coke from me and emptied it in front of me. Absolute cheekiness.

Monday, around 10:20am, September 25, 2023 McDonald's invites you to give them feedback by scanning the QR code on your receipt. When completing the survey, they give you a coupon which gets you a McChicken for 3CHF. The person at the counter claimed it wasn't real and she can't apply the code because there is no QR code, even though the website doesn't provide you with one. She was very condescending and unfriendly. Why give a code, when you can't use it and the workers berate you for it?

Absolutely incompetent service staff who are extremely cheeky and don't even make the slightest effort to help the customer if their own system doesn't work.

Inportant note: My rating is compared to other McDonalds's & Burger King etc. - set your expectations, it's McDonald's, fast food & "cheaper prices", not a normal restaurant! Relatively small McDonald's (i.e., stairs that lead to the seats in the 2nd floor are uncomfortably narrow) and since it is next to one of the most frequented train station it usually gets very full during rush hour. Subsequently I prefer to take out for this specific McDonald's. Otherwise your standard McDonald's (food is standardized amongst them). -0.5 star for being so narrow when you go to the the seating in the second floor (not sure they can do anything about it, but search for a new location) -0.5 star for being not clean, particularly often dirty/sticky floor Update 1: Went a second time + updating this review to include reasons for star deductions. Update 2: Went a few times more, cleanliness still being an issue while refill of tags has beem addressed

09/12/23 Pay discussions are generally conducted privately and professionally. You let your employee finish speaking and don’t say “wrong” and “no, that’s not true” to everything. And please - do this somewhere backstage and not on the restaurant/dining area... It's unpleasant for the guests - I suspect the staff too.

McDonald's is a staple of fast food all around the world. This location is at a prime spot near a train and bus station so it's extremely convenient when you're passing through. It's two stories but seating is really only available on the second floor. It's an overall average experience, though this is a very clean McDonald’s, especially given the busy location.

This McDonald's branch offers a typical McDonald's experience. The food is consistent in terms of taste and quality. The cleanliness and the ambience are satisfactory. The location is convenient, and service is generally efficient. Overall, a solid option for quick food. However, very narrow building.

The visit to McDonald's was disappointing as the restaurant had an uncomfortable and loveless atmosphere that made the stay less than pleasant.

I had to wait 25 minutes for my Big Mac with the number 000 and there were orders before me that only had to wait 5 minutes. And I think with a Big Mac you don't have to wait that long. I missed 2 trains, great. Thank you very much!!!

I ordered a Mc chicken and wanted to eat it upstairs. We were sitting comfortably when a slightly more solid employee rudely asked who ordered the Mc Chicken. When I replied that I had ordered it, she didn't believe me at first and told me I had to show her my order. She then rudely ordered my colleagues to leave the store just because they wanted to keep me company but hadn't ordered anything. I am now very upset with this rude staff and I want them to know that too.

The location of this mc donalds is perfect, very close to the lake. It was the fastest service i have ever had. I ordered my food found a table, put off may jacket and sit and at the same instant the waiter brought my food to the table! .. surprised.. Cleaning was like the other mcdonalds.. If you wish to experiance the discrimination some swiss have towards expats, then look no further. You will get the full treatment here, they will refuse your Swiss money. And when you ask why, the answer is "it's old! " and they then turn their back (at the payment counter?) and walk away. My 6 year old daugher asked for a cap and straw and was refused so I went back to the counter and asked, politly can I have a cap for her drink, - No! And then I asked for a straw, and the response, we don't have straws. Call me crazy but since when does mc donnalds serve drinks with out caps n straws. Really terrible exposure my child experianced. I would recommend going to another mc donnalds, this one is appalling. There are much nicer polliter ways to refuse service. This experiance was short of "we don't serve your kind here", maybe these horrible employees might visit a mc donnalds in Dublin, see the true meaning of friendly service.

The manager on May 3rd at 8 p.m. was very unfriendly & unmotivated. She as a host is a no go. We have bad days but she is just not unprofessional in this area. Facial expression, communication. I watched her and she was also very friendly with the other guests.

Today May 4th, 2023 10:35 am I found out when the Mc Belongs to someone privately, he doesn't give any names or any further information, so he told me. Belongs to him for 13 years, I don't recommend it, it's unfriendly
