McDonald's in Laufen

Too small and sometimes a little noisy.

So first of all, I've never been a fan of McDonald's and probably never will be, but why not go through the drive thru every now and then, and in the summer sitting in the garden is okay too. Laufen is the only restaurant where I have never been disappointed! The castles are always warm as they should be, the cheese is beautifully melted and the proportions of the ingredients are tasty and harmoniously put together. Now I only go to Mac Donalds when I'm running after I had to throw the food in the trash at other Mc's because everything was cold and flooded with sauces. The employees are quite friendly everywhere, but in the end the satisfaction is expressed through the product and Running is simply the best Mac so far.

Today, late at lunchtime, we visited the Gasthaus zur guildenen Möwe again! The slap sandwiches we ordered, garnished with iceberg lettuce, tasted delicious! I would like to thank you very much and look forward to your next visit. Many bowels!

I wanted to go there with the class at 10am tomorrow but it was closed very disappointing

The burgers are getting thinner and thinner....I think they will soon be as thick as a slice of cheese. Think more about quality and customers.

Forget about Mc Drive in running. Out of 10 families orders, at least 7-8 are not complete.

Bottomless juice shop! Doesn't have the menu on the official website, so when you ask why, the crazy employees come up with new excuses every time. If I could I would give 0 stars.

We have already ordered something to eat twice this week. The first time (02.01.2024) it was 20 chicken nuggets with large fries and a Coca Cola. However, we only got the 20 chicken nuggets and fries and a drink but the sauces were missing😞 Today January 4th, 2024 We ordered online and again a mistake was made. We were there recently. No greeting from the staff and we had the impression that we were unwelcome (grim looks). We therefore preferred to take the food with us. Unfortunately, we discovered at home that the apple bag had been forgotten to pack and the wrong size of cola had been given. It would have been too much effort for us to go back. Unfortunately, the food was cold and it only took about 2 minutes from ordering to picking it up, as if everything was already ready. Were rudely told that the food was ready and we could take it with us.

Simply a disaster, every time something is missing!

Hunger drove in the overpriced food.

Dilara was very friendly, funny and even cleared the tray for us. Very surprised, this from a fast food chain. 👌

The interior is cozy, with many and spacious tables, outside there are large and well-distributed tables, but the problem is the wasps that insist on eating your food.

Very unfriendly staff. Everyone makes a face as if they had done something wrong. You come in and you're not greeted or even noticed... Very, very bad there.

Fries at 4 out of 5 times cold and weak....Hygiene is an absolute foreign word in this branch, especially for the branch manager....without washing their hands, everything is touched and then food is prepared again.... The branch manager prepared food again after the break without washing his hands! He scratched his head and ears several times and then simply touched and packed the rolls, salad, etc.!! Absolute NO-GO!!! I have it on video... I've already reported it to the company twice and all that came was a voucher for a menu... nothing has changed...!!! It's best to close this branch......

Everything was perfect except that I didn't get any mcflurry 1 minute before closing, I thought it was dishonorable and I just wanted to happily snack on a mcflurry with my colleagues

The salad wasn't that fresh anymore. Neither do the chicken pieces. The outside table not clean

No table numbers patio. Asked the staff where the table numbers went on the patio, "They are on the table". The tables I saw outside didn't have them. So I had to take a table number from inside. When the food was brought, she just put the tablet on the table without words and left again.

You can rarely have Mc Flury or other ice cream here, as the ice cream machine always seems to be broken. Orders are often not submitted completely or correctly.

If you order something to take away, you would do well to check that your order is complete!

Addendum from October 10, 2022: Things seem to be getting a little better. The service was friendly and ... there was ice in the drink again. Let's see what happens next ;-) Addendum from 9/15/22 (menu medium to take away): This time I went in because I wanted to make sure I got ice in the cola. I politely asked if I could have ice in my cola. Unfortunately there was no ice cream was the answer. Only when I was about to cancel the entire order did I hear from behind that there was now ice cream! I looked...3 cubes in 2 cups, ONE cube in the third!!! Unpacked my Big Tasty at home. It looked like a bomb had exploded (see Foti). Guys, what is wrong with you??!! Really?! Not recommended for take away! 3 orders to take away = 3 x very bad/wrong!!! 1. Ordered Big Tasty Double Bacon. At home there was only a single bacon in the bag. Great... it can happen... 2. Cola given without ice.. 3. Yesterday (September 4, 2022 in the evening) I specifically asked about the ice cream. I was scolded and the lady turned away with an indefinable murmur. At home (you guessed it) there was no ice again. The lady at the counter either didn't understand my language or simply didn't want to. That is not how it works! In general, many obviously don't really know the German language, or really don't feel like pleasing the customer. Guys, this can be done much better, even without any additional effort! I'll probably have to look for alternatives soon if things don't improve quickly.

What is going wrong at the Laufen branch??? Not the first time I've gotten a burger like this, even locally. Training of the staff would be necessary again.

Ignored on the drive for 5 minutes, turned away at the checkout window by an unmotivated employee on the grounds that she didn't have a cash register and I should park and order inside. Second employee complains that the restaurant is full (counting 6 people) we are canceling McDonald's in Laufen because "guests are not welcome here" and unqualified staff.

That's what happens when you have to recruit your staff in hajhaziskan because you want to get to the market as cheaply as possible. pays decent wages, then the staff and therefore the rating will be better, everyone who complains about this place, just eat where the quality is right, for example Eat Point😁

Everything is somehow very tight here. Starting with the limited parking options right up to the actual restaurant. At least at lunchtime, this location can hardly cope with the number of visitors.

I ordered a Big Mac Menu medium. When I was excited to eat my burger at home, I saw that something wasn't quite right during the preparation. And if that wasn't enough, the fries were soggy and not really salted. The branch in Laufen is getting worse and worse...

It's unbelievable but every time something is missing from my order! Much to the delight of children, the things they ordered are missing! I check superficially because it's not practical with children in the car, but taking everything out always gets lost! It's very disappointing... since I can't always drive back, I try to call every time to report it, without success... no one picks up. It's a shame

At 2:45 p.m. the old inedible fries from the lunch shop at the drive-in were still echoing, and the apple pies were also from the lunch shop and no longer fresh. At least the burger was freshly prepared.

Unfortunately, this branch in Laufen is getting worse and worse. We took 2 BigMac menus, 1 Big Mac and 2 shrimps. All three Big Macs were cold. I went back and wanted new ones, which I didn't get. Complaint No. 2, we wanted to have the person responsible, there were 2 out of 3, unfortunately they were only superficially warm. Cheese was basically raw. This is the last time you saw me and I advise everyone who asks me to go there. Incredibly poorly organized, I'm still thinking about whether I should report this place, after all there are laws that specify how hot a dish must be served, maybe you'll think about how to do it correctly and deal with customers. A total fiasco!

Never put extras in orders.... Even though it's paying...

The service is bad, the fries weren't cooked and the employees didn't pay any attention, not to mention they were full of old oil🤢.

Very unfriendly and very incompetent staff. When you have to wait 10 minutes to get something that was forgotten. And then every employee at the checkout ignores you. And then you're just put off and told you're sorry, there's a lot going on... and the store is practically empty. That just shows incompetence. And unfortunately it is not an isolated case. It happens again and again that you don't get what you ordered.

Practically every other time something is missing from my order via Drive! I live a bit away from the Mac and don't feel like traveling 4 km to get something. It annoys me when I have to check everything every time I'm waiting in line because I can't trust that everything is in the package. Nevertheless - the employees are very nice and friendly and helpful -😊

Unfortunately I had to ask whether this is normal: I have number 55 and everything else up to number 58 is served, but not me. If I hadn't said anything, I could have waited even longer and had no excuse. Very unfortunate. I also don't think it's a good thing that you can no longer order in person. Fries too salty. The Homestyle Veggie Burger was poorly prepared. The burger should look like the pictures and not like a cow patty.

Potatoes felt like yesterday's Big Mac and Big Tasty would have been stacked better in Pisa [crooked] and there was no ice in the cola.

Long waiting times, dirty interior (cucumbers on TV), absolutely not enough sauce and the promised glasses are not handed out. Language represents an obstacle.

Mc Flurry you just can't get it to work or is the machine broken when there's ice cream at the bottom and m&ms at the top.... And a year later after the owner's great answer, I was here again and it wasn't touched once... you should just call it mceis because the Flury was nowhere... what a shame... I'm going to the McDonald's again Münchenstein there the McFlurry is still mixed properly.

Every 5 meals are good the rest are bad chicken nuggets are dry and inedible.

Mike Kiefer and his team do everything they can to pamper their guests with culinary delights, be it with excellent lunch menus or dinner in the beautiful garden or in the cozy dining room. If you don't want to go home, you can also take a room. The journey is definitely worth it.

When ordering from McDrive they forget to put napkins.

I found a piece of the soda machine in my Coke AFTER I drank it. Although I got a new one, I will still check my drink for unwanted particles in the future.

My experience with these McDonalds Incompetent employees I haven't complained for a long time because it's not my style, but every time something is missing it's french fries, sauces, etc.!!! I just tell myself incompetent and we were the only ones who ordered something at that moment😪 And forgetting something is really sad So I was there again to take away thanks to Corona and I have to say dirt remains dirt Fries cold, burger cold and forgot 2 sauces🤬
