McDonald's in Zermatt

I'm not a fan of McDonalds, but this was the best I've ever had! Fresh, fast food, and it also helps keep money in your pocket here in Zermatt!

Very good food and looks very nice

Very unfriendly service. When she broke us the coffee and cappuccino, the sugar was missing and the cappuccino was just a boring latte.

I think this is the only McDonald's in my life that deserves a comment , i heard that Swiss Mc is good and in general i don't consider this food as i live in UK and Mc here is an absolute joke . However this place deserves my comments the burger was nice juicy and most importantly HOT i almost lost faith that i will ever be able to eat a McDonald's burger that is not dry and cold yet to my surprise it is still possible to do it . I think McDonald's corporation should send people from the world to Switzerland so they can learn how to do this properly.

At the checkout there is a really rude and very incompetent lady, it's not the first time I've met her, she can't speak English, she doesn't understand what you say to her Very unpleasant and seems to really have poor personal hygiene

Instead of talking to each other while standing around, they should better care for the orders. They forgot 4 things of our order

The food is like in Mac - nothing crazy, but cheap and at least not the worst :) a big plus is the indoor play zone for children and feeding chairs. After eating the meal, my son played with another friend on the playground for half an hour - he ran around and the adults could rest.

I ordered a chicken burger WITHOUT mustard and they gave it to me with mustard. I couldn't complain because of the number of people. Very unfriendly in dealing with people unaccustomed to McDonald's service (I hadn't been to one for 15 years)

Food served quickly and hot, they accept order on cashier. Young lady on the cashier are so helpfull. You might need to find seat on 2nd or 3rd floor.

Fantastic McDonald’s on Zermatt. On the pricier side but it’s expected. Gorgeous layout of the building with 3 levels to eat from. They deliver your food to you after you order and you can order from the self service machine or someone behind the counter. They also have a full gluten free menu available!

Food was cold! Waited 30 minutes for the food when the restaurant was almost empty

Spacious with plenty of seating over a few floors. You can order using the self service machine and they would deliver to the table.

Do you want to eat reheated food? Go to MacDonald’s in Switzerland. The hamburgers are not made to order, they are ready in advance, chicken and fish too, cold food, stale bread, stale potatoes, breaded shrimp that taste old. The most expensive in the world and the worst are in the Swiss Alps.

The one & only McDonald's restaurant in Zermatt, Switzerland. This was a welcome sight, because of the familiarity with its food. The beef in Switzerland is SO MUCH BETTER than the beef in South East Asia!!! And the burgers here are really large and filling, unlike the burgers in any McDonald's in Malaysia, which are flat and tiny!

The second floor seats have a high ceiling and are open. After all, prices are high in Switzerland, so I was taken care of by Mac here for two days in a row! The taste is guaranteed, so you can feel at ease. thank you~!

After living in Switzerland for a long time, I missed the taste of Taiwan, so I came here to eat at McDonald's. Although McDonald's is relatively cheap compared to other prices in Switzerland, it is still much more expensive than in Taiwan🤣 The taste of this McDonald's in Zermatt is similar to that of Taiwan, but I think the French fries are more delicious when fried in Taiwan. Then I ordered Kaffee Crème and ended up with only half a cup of black coffee, which tasted quite bitter. , my wife ordered a Coke but forgot to bring it. Originally I only wanted to give it 1 star, but because of the unique Swiss Ovaltine Ice Style, I reluctantly gave it 2 stars.

It's just McDonald's, it tastes exactly like it should. What attracts me more is the appearance of this McDonald's. It's very Swiss-style. I like it very much!

Can't believe I would ever give a 5 stars for the food at McDonald's, but somehow their Filet-O-Fish & Big Mac tasted miles better than the McDonald's in the UK. It added a few more bonus points when you were very hungry in Zermatt, where everywhere else was so expensive unless if you brought food from Coop. We supposed to come here for breakfast, but it didn't open until 10am & later found out this branch didn't serve breakfast. We went for 2 Filet-O-Fish meals, a Big Mac, & a cheesecake, which you'd never found it on the menu from the McDonald's in the UK. You could argue that we've got a working class taste but everything was tasty and lovely, especially with the cheesecake! We couldn't believe this had become one of the most satisfying meal we had in Switzerland & in our opinions, it's much better than the 3 courses meals on the Glacier Express.

Despite swiss prices, the quality of the food was fresh and crisp. Recommend the honey mustard chicken burger 🍔

I thought there was a menu item called McRaclette Chili only in Switzerland, so I went to try it and it was delicious! When I eat fondue, it tastes like cheese and pickles. It's expensive because it's so expensive, but if it's still on sale, I recommend giving it a try.

Because prices in Switzerland are high, McDonald's is also expensive. The burger is not wrapped in paper but comes in a paper box, making it difficult to eat with your hands and the contents are leaky. The quality of the burger and the taste of the fries were good!!

It's a McDonald's, so foodwise there are no real surprises. But the service here is good and the fact they serve the order to your table is actually very nice. £14 English for a double Big Mac meal! In Zermatt, this is one of the few cheaper options for lunch or dinner, but then, if you were looking for a cheap holiday, you'd likely not come here in the first place.

McDonald's burgers seem to taste the same wherever you go. The first floor was crowded, so I went to the second floor, but it was noisy because there was a children's playground (kicking a soccer ball) next to it.

Very unique McDonalds with its Zermatt themed design. The staff was on point all around. My food came out fast. It was correct. It was clean. I found their tiny play place upstairs amusing. Haven't seen one of those in a while.

20 people who ordered after me get their orders before me and then they wait 20 minutes and then the waitress gives me two more wrong burgers. The only thing that was right about the order were the fries disorganizedister mc at all

Not being a big fan of fast food, on this occasion I managed to get by. The lack of an English menu is incomprehensible. Luckily there were Portuguese people working at the restaurant who helped us. Friendly staff, willing to help. Some confusion and noise.

The white guy who looked like a nerd wearing glasses working at the cashier checked to see if it was my number, and he didn't even listen and almost threw my takeout shopping bag. They didn't even give me the salad dressing I ordered in the set. Of course the burger tasted as expected, but I was put off by that rude employee ^^

The restaurant itself is okay, what's surprising is that the slices of meat are getting thinner and thinner, which is a shame. This makes a large Big King with four thin slices of meat super dry

It was so absurd My part-timer hit the tray he was carrying and the cola was gone. My clothes got wet and I threw away all my food. Without even saying sorry, I just took off my pants. I went back into the kitchen. The staff next to me didn't respond either. I just stared at him blankly and for the first time since my trip, I felt offended. If you hadn't asked me to ask for it again, I wouldn't have given it to you again. Wow

No complaints, a reasonable meal in Zermatt! Nice mountain atmosphere with two floors typically open. Nice play space for little ones. Basement restrooms are clean.

The chicken is crispy - a bit hard. I guess that's how they eat here The same goes for gamtui.

Great discreet little McDonald's best presented big Mac ever!

The first poppy that turned out to be of lower than expected quality. I don’t know how this establishment owner still has a franchise in his hands. The staff is not friendly, only the oldest one speaks English. For the first time, I received an expired salad in poppy seeds, which also consists exclusively of lettuce leaves. The bacon in the burgers was too tough, the cutlet was overcooked, everything was put together in a haphazard manner. When I opened the box with the burger, I saw that everything was broken. Would not recommend, avoid the place at all costs.
