It stinks ! There is a smell of sewer and toilet in this McDonald's which makes you not want to eat their food at all.

The blonde employee with a long braid is as friendly as a prison door, and what can I say about the maxi McFlurry that I took and which contained less ice cream than a simple Sunday... I ask her if the tub of ice cream is at the planned filling level for this order and she responds curtly “yes, it is full”… Having to take the train less than 15 minutes later, I didn't insist otherwise... In comparison, the McDonald's in Geneva Mont-Blanc (at the pedestrian entrance to the shopping arcade at Cornavin station) offer real Maxi McFlurry (second photo) and with a smile, you should grab some from the McDonald's in Geneva. Nyon (the one on rue de la Gare, because the one on rue des Fontaines, therefore with the Drive, are also excellent, friendly and courteous, so perhaps you should take all the complaints received seriously because I doubt that your shareholders appreciate this kind of remarks... ah well I notice that we can only put one photo, that of the maxi Fleury removed that of the wretch which contained less than a Sundae

Brought back to the counter, another 5 minute wait...! Handed over without any word of apology!!! I will soon create a website specifically for these good experiences in this subsidiary!!!!! Today's visit... soft and warm fries. But little gift, ordered and paid for 6 nuggets... in the box there were 9. Thanks to McDo CH... 037/53... As so often, the food is cold after ten minutes of waiting. Returned to the counter, the employee had to touch the cold hamburger to believe me. Excuses? Isn’t that standard in training?!!

Bad service, my friend who wanted to eat her food accidentally got coke all over her clothes but the woman blamed it on my other friend. The food is ok, the burgers are McDonald's quality, however closing the toilets at 8:45 p.m. while the restaurant closes at 10 p.m., under the pretext that “you have to clean up afterwards” is unacceptable.

The service is very long, I had to wait 35 minutes for my take-out order. The waitress was alone at the counter. Everything needs to be reviewed, frankly disappointed for a fast food restaurant. The one at the Nyon gates is much faster. Even the one in central Geneva.

Wednesday evening 5:40 p.m., 8 people in the establishment. A minimum of professionalism, you serve customers!

A soulless Mac table service but when you have to go back to the counter 3 times because the order is wrong and you eat lukewarm it's not great. More happy M well said games boy and pan!! Girl toy 👧 In short, the team from 14.02 at noon was elsewhere.
