Unacceptable service, incomplete order. Hygiene standards not respected. Avoid if you want to stay healthy

The restaurant has been redone, it's clean. The employees are very friendly but the big negative point is the parking!! Very little space. It takes courage and patience.

We really like the new decor. We would like to thank the kindness and professionalism of Donovan, he is really very nice!👍👍👍👍 He welcomed us as if we were in a 5-star restaurant🌟 (Message for the manager) Donovan deserves a raise.

I was eating outside with a friend when the restaurant decided to close the exterior blinds (it had a little more before). What we didn't know was that the rain on the awning was going to fall on us, what would happen. We had a lot of laughs but I don't really like being rained on by a blind. Apart from that, I recommend it all, except pay attention to the blinds if it rained before. Good evening

It's just a McDonald's, but as the employees are super friendly and attentive, they bring the trays to the tables, they ask if everything is okay, they clear it up and everything is clean, and with a smile... It's more just a simple fast food!

My girlfriend and I went to eat McDonald's. She ordered a bigtasty without salad, unfortunately they made a mistake in the order and the bigtasty came with salad. She asked a waitress. She brought him a bigtasty without salad. She told us that the bad one had gone into the trash. I find it inappropriate, I told her that if she threw it away that I would agree to keep it. I could eat it with salad but my girlfriend couldn't. We all know that there are people who are starving and they throw hamburgers like that in the trash.

Today's order via order&pay, when I arrived home, as usual, a product from my order was missing. Some time ago it was systematic and when I checked my order, the McDonald's employee blamed me for it. I will avoid ordering from this place from now on.

So frankly Swiss McDonald's I had never been much of a fan but this one, incredible I order just enough time to sit down at the table my order arrives (I almost thought it was a table mistake) but no it was actually my order brought by Donovan who made our visit to this McDonald's worthy of a certain bistronomic service, the sandwiches were photo realistic (a tad too much sauce for my taste of the Big Tasty) otherwise it was perfect and despite the crowd everything was own. I have rarely had such a good time in a McDonald's restaurant, thank you to your team and especially to our server Donovan.

I came to eat this evening with my darling, pleasantly surprised by the quality of the service, top waiter! Thanks to Donovan for this pleasant moment, I will come back with great pleasure! ☺️

We've had takeout from this McDonald's several times now. And each time the portion of medium fries is filled not even to the edge of the package and the Mc flury both arrived with mold on them, So I'm really disappointed.

Splendid and comfortable sofa on the other hand dirty table 😳

Once is not custom !! Sunday February 29 I had my last bad experience. After a quarter of an hour of waiting, still impossible for the cashier and her manager to cash the order with a reduction voucher! What can you do other than go elsewhere! What a lack of responsiveness from the staff. And this when they do not give part of your order to another customer. An endless wait despite the absence of customers. In short, fortunately the drive-thru has closed because at present, the girl waiting would at least make it to the platforms!

Friendly McDonald's and generally cool staff. I went this evening with my boyfriend...and it's not the first time... However, this evening an employee was not nice, she prepared our order at the same time as another and in the end she was cold and even laughed when we left because I made the remark to her):

Good food, very pleasant staff.

We order a caramel sundae and we add the extra caramel for 0.50 cents, the sundae arrives with very very little caramel, they put what a small spoonful of caramel and then again. They are very stingy. Don't order your sundae asking for extra. You pay 50 cents for nothing!!!!!

A place out of time. THANK YOU The simple time of a tasty meal, the mrdm (for close friends) will take you on an intimate journey in a very careful and warm atmosphere. The volume and quality of the music are perfect, as is the perfectly spaced layout offered by this impeccably clean restaurant. As for the staff, they are more than competent; during my last visit to the Pallanterie, I unfortunately forgot to take a mask. A cashier tenderly offered me a mask without asking for anything in exchange. From politeness, to kindness, to professionalism.. In terms of cooking and attention to detail, Pallanterie offers precision worthy of Ferrari or Ducati. This magnificent place deserves to be: World number 1

Best Restaurant in the World (MRDM) Where to start when talking about this sacred place? Perhaps by its magnificent terrace which offers one of the most refreshing breezes during the summer but which is also one of the friendliest places I know. The cuisine at McDonald de la Pallanterie is succulent, we find the love of the people in the kitchen in our burgers and this with extraordinary regularity. The people creating these works of art which melt us under the palace are most welcoming and efficient. Indeed, this restaurant also offers impeccable service. Being a regular at McDonald's, I never waited more than 5 minutes to receive my order and there were times when I didn't even need to wait, as if McDonald knew what I wanted before I ordered it. enters his lair. I could go on for hours praising the McDonald's at La Pallanterie but words are not enough, the only way to understand is to experience it and go there. So I'm going to finish by saying thank you to the MRDM for all these good memories and for all those that it is about to offer me.

I have been going to this McDonald's for 3 years now. I have never been disappointed, on the contrary the staff is top notch, the menus are always perfect, nothing is forgotten, everything is cooked to perfection!! I highly recommend this place
