McDonald's in Locarno

2 cold chips which 3 degassed Coca-Colas 2 smaller and smaller sandwiches better Burger king…. A shame

Positively surprised: the staff was very helpful when ordering, was very clean, quiet and quiet despite lots of people.

Really good service, fast, simple, what you expect if you are looking for fast food.

We went last night, very kind employees and the manager was really thoughtful and friendly! Excellent food also arrived very quickly.

We eat very Swiss and healthy quality food.

This is actually one of the better McDo's I've been to so far. Sure, there's the same chemistry everywhere, but here the food was nice and hot. The whole burger, not just the patty. The ice cream selection is limited but it's not bad. There are a lot of young people but what does that matter...

It's in locarno centro and we been here for weekend it's easy to.find as nearby in station and in centre

Was disabled and was able to order at the checkout and wait for pickup. It's great that it still works and you don't have to press the machine. Was impossible for me. Woman at the checkout, glasses and speaking a little German, around her late 20s, extremely courteous, helped a lot. And all of this in a McDonald's. Top.

I'm not a fan of fast food but I appreciate their simplicity and speed. In this MC the real problem are the young customers who are annoying and the night customers or the drunks

McDonald's here is where I feel like a kid at the McDonald's birthday party again. The design is Fastfood 2023, and the service is great. Toilets are clean and great location

The food is like all McDonald's. The restaurant is small and the tables are very close together. It is central. Friendly staff.

Mc in the center of Locarno. Ideal for a quick, unpretentious meal. Clean, tidy, bathrooms ok. Polite and friendly staff. I advise.

In a super convenient location very close to the station, it also has a terrace where you can eat outdoors, accessible on the ground floor by wheelchair and with very helpful and professional staff

Better than any German McDonald's! The food is freshly prepared! And the Mc Chicken tastes a thousand times better than in Germany! The staff was also very friendly! Big Mac was also fresher than in Germany! The frappés also taste world class!!!! It would be nice if McDonald's in Germany were as delicious!

As it should be, you can sit outside nicely

Order preparation often distracted with frequent errors. Digital menus in front of the entrance door that you can't even enter on time (and inside the place is empty. Outdoor tables full of "children" who scream and make you dream of stopping. Maybe the worst MC in the area.

The service wasn't very good and we almost got ripped off.

My daughter forgot and left her wallet with cash and her identity card there on the school trip. When she was home, we called Locarno and without hesitation they sent her the wallet free of charge. This is not a given and we thank you for it!

McDonald's is very tidy, the staff are among the friendliest I have ever met in a McDonald's. The only disadvantage that does not depend on them is the proximity of the Lush store, which emits terrible smells and spoils the appetite. But other than that it is the best McDonald's in Switzerland.

Oof...these ordering machines don't work perfectly yet, paying with a card is a nightmare, with cash only at the checkout, I think I've experienced this type of ordering once, I'll steer clear of McDonald's in the future, even though they had a Cesars -Salad dressing from René Schudel was wonderfully good 👍

Rude staff don't even say good morning or even thank you

The place is great but I dropped a piece of paper and they started scolding me. (the MC's employees) it's not our fault if you don't like your job!!!

Something like a children's meeting where there is more appearance than reality. How you still gain weight from it is a mystery. Ordering is becoming more and more complicated, the selection is becoming more and more expensive, aroma or taste is in vain, the tables and floors were dirty, and the staff behaved like they were at an army training ground. Apparently people live from past “founding glory days”. Conclusion - If you want to eat something on the go, it is better to visit a kebab shop. There you don't get air packed in cardboard, no token salad, but a solid bread or a flatbread with real salad to bite into.

Usual McDonald's poor service stressed staff and poor food

The food came so quickly that you didn't even have enough time to sit down. It was by far the best McDonald’s meal I have ever eaten.

I ordered a coke, the cashier gave me an iced tea, I asked for the coke and she solved it by giving me the coke, at which point I said, why throw away the iced tea? I give it to some of my friends, but no, he threw it away for nothing, wasting the iced tea and publicly humiliating himself

Hello, Mc Donald in Muralto Ticino is almost always going on 🤣. I noticed that the staff was very friendly, including the boss ☺👍. Always happy. Again, unfortunately only once a year. It's a shame. I have to change that because Ticino always touches my heart. LG A.P.

Nothing. The food isn't that good, let's be honest, but it satisfies cravings for fatty, less-nutritional things. The service has always been kind to me even if the waiting times get longer from time to time. I would appreciate it if they didn't forget the sauces 3 times out of 4, especially because they have to be paid for but also because the potatoes are not a pleasure at all without their accompanying sauce. Maybe one day they will understand...

You can't spend 36 euros for a hamburger, 6 mc nuggets and 1 hippy meal + 2 cokes and a tea!!!

The Swiss Raclette burger is honestly very good. I mean, it is Swiss, meaning, the M is simply more expensive than neighboring countries. For for a quick bite, it was nice. but the salad is a bit sad.

Mc chicken good, not cold or dry like in other Mc's. Very fast service. Very clean bathrooms.

I got the food completely ripped off, it wasn't very edible, I took it to the lake, ate it about 2 minutes after I got it, and it just didn't taste good

Three times out of five when ordering through Smood (but not only) something is always missing from my order, first it was the apple pie, then an ice cream, today I placed an order and a milkshake was forgotten which still costs 5.30.- and accumulated previously forgotten things, I could have bought myself an entire menu today! Not to mention that I already pay a large delivery fee! I can tolerate an oversight but every time I find it absurd to give away money! I highly recommend finding a solution!

Cola unfortunately inedible, really stale, shouldn't be lukewarm without ice, unless the cooling doesn't work. No carbonation in the drink. The burgers were almost cold.

This McDonald's has a very distinctive outdoor terrace that doesn't have to shy away from comparison with large cafés. It is also one of the few places in Locarno where you can actually afford food. So definitely five stars.
