Ordered 3 kebabs... EXCELLENT quality of ingredients. If your 9/19/21 year old children tell you that they have never eaten so well... what can you say? Delivery right on time as per the instructions received at the command. Very kind, very nice and very professional driver. Thank you PIZZA FLASH for the delicious DINNER! Excellent as a quick meal for those who don't feel like cooking, but calling it pizza takes courage. It looks like frozen pizza and the ingredients are not fresh at all. Not to mention the home service: I have ordered several times and they arrive punctually 30/50 minutes late (even though I am not too far from them and it is not a peak time). One star is too much.

Very obliging. Even speaks German which helped us. And very likeable, entertaining. Great guys in the little shop. The food was very tasty, the pizza was crispy and that's how it has to be.

We stopped for three days in a wonderful Locarno, well what can I say, a beautiful town and wonderful Suisse pizza, delivered to us hot and fragrant by this Flash pizzeria, with an efficient service and friendly staff, with quality raw materials, certainly coming from me, an expert pizza chef with 27 years in the profession behind me. I am aware of the fact that on the evening of December 26th the service could be more stimulated. I placed an order at 7.03pm. After 1 hour and 20 minutes I decided to call to get some information. The person on the phone very kindly informed me that they were about to bake the pizza and that it would arrive at my house shortly. In the end the pizza took another 40 minutes to arrive and was cold and very hard. In total, therefore, I waited two hours to eat a pizza that did not satisfy my expectations at all. My advice is to find a method to keep customers informed: an application to keep them updated on the situation? The waiting time?. To be fair, I would also recommend informing customers directly when a pizza is delayed (>1h? >1h:30?). It's a shame about this experience because I've always eaten good pizza. The service definitely needs to be reviewed.

I have ordered from them several times and I must say that the pizza chefs have always been very courteous, as are the delivery people. The only flaw is that at midnight they no longer accept calls (I understand).

We ordered pizza from them several times, each time with something wrong. Confident (me because my partner had already put a cross on it), we ordered two pizzas again. On the phone they told us the classic 40 minutes and they arrived almost an hour later and it can fit, we know the traffic and the demand. However, what we don't like and what got stuck is the huge mistake in the execution of the pizza. I wanted a single Queen (tomato, mozzarella, red onions, arugula and cherry tomatoes). Not being rocket lovers, we explicitly asked not to have it. Guess what? There was rocket in the pizza... It's not the first time I've had problems with this type of pizza, another time it arrived without cherry tomatoes. I called and they said I could wait for the new pizza or keep a coupon for next time. Given the wait and the hunger, I asked him to keep me in good stead for the next order. Third time, I called to inform them that I had the voucher and by voucher they meant the addition of cherry tomatoes on a pizza that already included them. Most likely we didn't understand each other, it can happen. Another time we ordered 3 pizzas and out of three only two were correct, the third was a completely different pizza. So, I'm sorry, but after this umpteenth mistake, the trust is no longer there!

My girlfriend and I ordered 2 pizzas, they told us the waiting time was about 40 minutes and so far it was fine, the pizzas arrived after about 1 hour and 20 minutes (40 minutes late!!) and even cold, even though regarding the driver, nothing to say, really very kind and understanding, the owner, after clearly asking for a discount for the wait, shouted at the driver and attacked him. We were told that today they were delivering everyone's pizzas late, all we had to do was say so in the call and we wouldn't order it, the pizza is also good, but turn on the oven 5 minutes before it arrives so you can heat it up again, never again!!

Called the pizzeria to order two pizzas and they told me 40 minutes of waiting, so far so good, 40 minutes pass, still nothing, an hour passes and still nothing, after 1h20min our logically cold pizzas arrive, so the The very respectful and understandable driver called the owner to ask if it was possible to give a discount, the owner verbally attacked him by shouting without getting anything. Arrogant and not at all understanding owner We will definitely never order from them again. Flash in name but not in fact.

So, I can say that you are right about the facts of time and the driver because it took me an hour to arrive and the driver wasn't so courteous. To talk about the food it was hot a little strange to eat but okay. I'm still not very convinced about the quality/price and also quantity/price.

As far as I'm concerned, if you don't want to go out, much less cook, but if you want to eat a good pizza I highly recommend it! Congratulations because I finally found the best GLUTEN-free pizza! My daughter has regained the pleasure of eating it!!! I ate it too and I confirm! My husband on the other hand (he is no longer thirsty at night) after trying your pizza, is happy!!!! first time I ordered. "Flash" is just the name. an hour to arrive, the location is very close, the pizza arrived cold. so the quality is far from being able to evaluate. in the near future I will give another opportunity to evaluate the quality, but I will look for it myself

I wanted to order a kebab as has happened to me other times after work... sometimes I ordered it and went to get it and had to wait for them to do it so to wait I ordered it from home. After years I was told that for 12 fr no yes they moved.. ok I say but since ...morality is better informed and the service is still there only I had lost the desire for kebab after this mini discussion the guy insists come on we'll bring it we already have an order to go to Maggia. So if they had an order to go to Maggia why say for 12 fr we are not coming to Gordevio better to keep quiet... too bad I don't think I will order again if they then start discussions for 12 fr.

After about 2 years I am forced to change my review. I gave the last one 3 stars for the very long waiting times which even reached 2 hours. Currently, waiting times have improved slightly, but I am forced to further lower the review because in the last 3 orders one or more pizzas have been forgotten. Every time the driver has to go back to get the missing ones and since I pay by card instead of getting a discount I always get 3 free semifreddos. Since I'm tired of eating semifreddos, you'd better realize that the organization is shameful.

Today I ordered a pizza, both the dough and the filling were excellent, there was a small delay but this is understandable, quality/price spot on, everything was really excellent, keep it up, and I will definitely order from you again in the near future

I've recently been living in Locarno and I've been trying out various take-away pizzerias and I think this has been the least satisfying so far, two cherry tomatoes thrown on mozzarella and voilà ready pizza buffalo and cherry tomatoes 🤷‍♀️17 fr mmmmm too bad ok he wants to leave on the 17th fr ? Good but if I had taken a photo of that poor pizza a real pizza chef would have laughed guys good job and thanks

The delivery was super fast. Unfortunately, the gluten-free pizza base was spongy. It would be crispy and healthier if you had used chickpea flour (free advice). The pizza tasted very good. Good mozzarella buffola and pesto sauce and ripe, sweet cherry tomatoes. Please change the gluten-free pizza base, then the pizza will be perfect. 5* otherwise would be 4* because we are grateful to be able to order 1 pizza before midnight. Next time we'll try pizza without dairy products. The next day we ordered 1 more time. Unfortunately the pizza came cold!!! That's why only 4*

For 3 individual pizzas apart from the 2 hour wait being out with 10 other people, they arrived UNcut! Since it happens EVERY time the pizzas come whole and uncut, I kindly asked them to cut them. It is ABSOLUTE for 10 people to eat 3 pizzas NOT CUT WITH YOUR HANDS. Every single time there is a problem with them and I would say this is the last time! Wasted money!

We ordered pizza for 7.30pm. Arrived at 8.15pm after I called several times to find out where the delivery had gone. It's not the first time it's arrived late. I would say this was the last time.

Who sends burnt chicken nuggets for a kids dinner? Shocking and disappointing. Die Chicken Nuggets waren komplett verbrannt und ungenießbar, was meine Kinder ohne Abendessen zurücklässt. Schockierend And the restaurant’s reply?!?! Maybe they should put some quality control in place. It is their responsibility to provide edible food, as ordered and paid for! And for next time…. we will try somewhere else, thank you.
