I hate this McDonald's, the employees talk a lot behind their counter and make fun of people a lot.

When ordering a happy meal I received a hamburger with bread which will soon become transformative. 🤮🤢

Horribly slow service, I came with a friend, and I had my meal in 5 minutes, but my friend has now been waiting for 1 hour... how can you forget orders when they are all on a computer network?

I came thinking it would be pretty quick ultimately I waited 30 minutes to see that my order was forgotten. Nice.

The McDonald's with the slowest service in Lausanne. It's gotten a little better but it's still a wait and even worse in peak hours.

The staff is very nice and friendly.

Very slow service. Since I wasn't exactly in front of the cash register to take the order, they made me wait for a while. Third time going to McDonald's this year. The first time at Lausanne station. Third time, I go to McCafé de cauldron. I think cool, I see ice cubes finally I would have a coke with ice cubes! Response from the waitress. - We are out of coke, the machine is broken. In addition, I hear the customer who ordered before me say: you served me a zero Coke, when I wanted a normal Coke. They tried to pass him the quenelle, but it didn't work on him. I think this borders on being dishonest. So the first time without ice. At Lausanne station. The second time without ice, with a drink that I didn't order. Rue de Bourg, Lausanne. 3rd time. no more coke. Well done McDonald! A fast food without ice cubes, and without coke. I never saw that! In addition, he tries to give you another drink, without saying anything to the customer. And if the customer notices, they don't care at all! we even have the impression of disturbing them!! On the other hand, I ordered a Big Mac menu without pickles. It arrived quickly, and hot. The fries were also hot. But not very salty. That's why I still gave it an extra star. For the stove. Boycott!!!

Following a previous order, I obtained a discount code for a future order from McDonald's that I placed this evening, but after 1.5 hours of waiting with no response, my order was canceled without comment. So I called the McDonald's in question and was told that they had been out of stock for 2 days of the product I ordered and that it was Uber's fault for always offering the product in stock . I also assume that the discount code is the cause of poorer service. I am therefore disappointed with the services.

I suffer from a serious and fatal throat disease, fortunately the sugar free sprite from this McDonalds completely made the tumor disappear. “French fries with nuggets and sauce” uuuuh you mean The 3 wonders of the world in food format rather it was so good. I offered a tip of 1 million francs and they refused out of kindness. Employees do not work for a salary but for the love of gastronomy and service. I am convinced and I weigh my words, they are not employees but angels who have come to save us. I think of you, a small employee always with a smile. Know that you are recognized and appreciated for your service to the Confederation and more seriously to the continent. I have tears in my eyes. Very centrally located, with cozy seats and comparatively better options. I liked the potato wedges, for example. The Mc Raclette is quite good. For vegetarians- chargrill veggie is the best in taste. The desert options are not ample but good enough.

This has already happened to us 3 times that we ordered delivery and the order was not made correctly. Last time I ordered a Royal crispy onion and bacon menu with extra beef but the extra wasn't there or I chose fries with the happy meal but instead came carrot flowers.. you have to look carefully at the customers' order before sending them, if there are too many at the same time you have to finish with the delivery if the McDonald's is not able to keep up you have to stop or do things the right way because the prices are not given.

I went to get a McChicken menu and waited 20 minutes even though there weren't many people. The staff doesn't even say hello or anything. When I was given my bag I arrived home the cold tea was poorly closed and my entire menu was flooded with cold tea. Never again!
