I've never seen such a well-run MQ before. Fast service. Good food. And the sparkling clean, super modern toilet is a show in itself. Bravo. Really

One of the workers hung up on me when I was taking my sweet time to order. This is absurd, I hope you take time to think about what you have done and how it can affect other around you. It was my son’s birthday today and his birthday wish was to get a ten piece chicken nuggets and a McFlurry and it broke his poor heart on his birthday and he was turning eight. Such actions have consequences and karma WILL find you. You should have employees that understand the most universal language there is and I hope other customers don’t have to deal with such rude, incompetent and unprofessional behaviour. I will make sure to tell everybody and post on Facebook about this event. I will NOT be returning as I do not tolerate this kind of behaviour. 😠

Been there several times, orders from the mc drive are often incomplete (forgotten sauce or fries, etc.) I waited at the drive in for 5 minutes at lunchtime but wasn't even served.

Well, it’s a McDonald’s so I wasn’t expecting anything crazy. I live in the south of France, important information since I only know McDonald's in France and Spain. IT IS ABUSED ! The toilets: perfect, nothing to say! It gives pleasure ! The service: impressively fast! Employees: kind and smiling!! But then the burger 😱 I can’t believe it! The meat is not burnt and is still delicious! I'm impressed 😁 Well done Mac Do Switzerland 👌🏻

You really have to say from experience that this is really a model branch. So fresh and quickly prepared, really great!! No long wait, clean and friendly. Other branches could take a role model. I'll definitely be back. Keep it up!!

Very neat, as it's still brand new, but if you drive across the border, some things are 30-60% cheaper. But in an emergency, as it's late, it's worth visiting

Large modern clean 2nd floor MC Donald's 🍟 branch in Staad am Bodensee 🇨🇭. The staff 👩🏻&👩🏼 is friendly and attentive. The fast food 🍔 dishes were prepared as usual. Free 🅿️ in front of the branch.

Were at MC Drive. Had to wait a long time. Were the only ones. Ordered Mc Chicken Moustard, the meat wasn't good. Forget fries with children. Big Mac was a disaster too much sauce. Find MC in Arbon better. Even though it is on the doorstep.

Very clean, restaurant as well as the toilets... There was almost no one there when I visited, so 4:30 p.m. seems to be a good time. I ordered a cola and a crusty chicken...unfortunately I only got the burger. Whatever the reason...I wasn't feeling well due to today's heat and was struggling with circulatory problems. The burger went in the trash (there was far too much sauce on it) and, after my circulation had somewhat recovered, I went towards the harbor because my ship was waiting. Overall a bit disappointed with McDonald's.

One of the most beautiful MCs in the region, still new for so long. The food wasn't too warm, but the hunger was stronger than complaining.

Unfortunately, many tables were sticky and not cleaned - as was the floor. We were there with the grandchildren and live near this McDonald's. We understand that it is difficult to keep everything clean, but we are not willing to remove the junk from fast food from our garden. It's a shame that we can't say anything better...

I was trying to enjoy my Mcflurry on a hot summer day when I surprisingly found a hair in my still delicious Mcflurry. That was pretty disgusting but since I'm a bit chubby I just took my new Mcflurry (which was now extra full) and continued munching with pleasure.

The new McDonald's in Staad is very nicely done. You can eat and order on two floors. It has a covered terrace on the 2nd floor which is super nice to enjoy a cozy meal there. There is also a play tower outside for the children. On the lower floor, the McDonald's also has a more modern design. I'll definitely be a guest often. It's in a great location next to Aldi and can be perfectly combined with shopping.

Very good, I had fun eating here and can only recommend it 👍 10/10
