Super fast service and very friendly waiters (especially the tall gentleman with short hair and round glasses, you are a sweetheart <3)

Good experience at this McDonald’s. The service was very fast even though there were a lot of people. The fries were good and so was the burger. I would just say that Sunday could be reviewed, it becomes soup after a few minutes which is a shame.

No ice in one of the busiest McDonald's in Geneva and no warning to customers. Deplorable

Very quick but the food wasn't cooked very well.

The slowest McD in the world. And the most rude manager. We ordered coffee and a bottle of order. 20 min passed. My wife went to ask what is going on and she was rudely told to go and wait. I had to intervene and the manager didn't see any problem. Crazy

The restaurant is large and not a lot of waiting compared to other McDonald's. The food is always excellent compared to other McDonald's brands but the biggest problem I noticed is that there is not enough space, 1/2 of which I go to eat there I have to wait for a place to become available.

The cleaning staff come quite often, but on Saturday lunchtimes, there are too many customers and it is not often cleaned well. The touch screen for ordering is easy to use for travelers as there is a choice of languages. The McDonald's app allows you to purchase items at a slightly lower price or earn points and use those points to purchase items. Using the app, you can buy two Chicken Crispy menus in size M for 24.50 francs.

The m&ms filling in the mc flurry is insufficient, after a few bites you feel like you're eating plain ice cream.

Probably one of the biggest Mcdolnad’s in Geneva. Fully packed with customers and service people are super busy. Overall hygiene is great!

I must say that it is very poor. we were disappointed by some things...this is the third time this has happened to us and I think it will be the last. the sandwich arrived cold and totally bad, all seasoned from the sandwich and I didn't know how to eat. some girls didn't really want to work because when they gave us things, they were annoyed. they need to improve. we're definitely not coming back.

I went to this McDonald's yesterday. What was missing: the smoothie, the two compotes and we received a cold tea instead of a coke. Frankly, I think that’s a lot for an order for 5 people. My Swiss card is not accepted at the order terminals, I am forced to pay with my French card in Euros with additional exchange fees. Coca Cola is so diluted in water that it no longer has any taste. The fries are way too salty. It's expensive for what it is and on top of that you also have to pay for the sauce... I still give it a 2nd star because they are generous with the napkins. Typical McDonald's restaurant. The setting is very friendly and the service very fast with the new interactive terminals. I go there regularly with the children because there’s nothing better than happy meals. Plus being located in the shopping center allows you to do different things.

This McDonald's is located in Balexert, so it is well placed. But there are still a few things to complain about like the cleanliness (which is not always present), your order may not be complete and (depending on the hours) the service is a little slow. But there are still good sides. The staff is pleasant, the food is OK (the food tastes good but not healthy), and several miscellaneous stores are nearby.

The staff worked quickly, cleanly and nicely. This restaurant really has the potential to become my next favorite restaurant. We didn't have to wait long for our food and drinks. That was great because we were extremely hungry that evening. We think the restaurant is suitable for all kinds of events - whether with colleagues, friends or family ;-).

Shame on this manager who lacks professionalism, who is disrespectful, ungrateful and unjust.

Dear, As I was eating my big tasty, I realized that there was mold on the bread. I'm going to show it to the cash register, a man in a black shirt (I assume the manager), looks at the bread and says to me "listen, it's a little spike, it's normal, it can happen, there's must have an air inlet where I don't know but it's nothing" I let him know that small tip or not it's not normal to have mold on my bread. He says to me what do you want? That I give you half a burger again? You ate half of it. I let him know that if I had seen it before I would never have taken a bite out of this sandwich. At the same time I assume that I don't need to examine my sandwich before eating it. He starts shouting at me, what do you want, ma’am? I'll refund your 8.90 anyway we're not at 8.90 ready here. I actually loved this place! We had a little time to kill whilst waiting for our next flight and wandered down to this shopping complex. So easy to order food - they have a electronic ordering screen which translates to English . It was clean and tidy and not that busy at the time we visited (lunch time in a Monday)! I think I would make the effort to walk here again from the airport if I had the time when I’m here next.
