Ate there twice and always didn't get what you wanted. Untrained staff and we were told then go somewhere else. Simply cheeky. I would give 0 points...

Unfortunately I'm disappointed. Pizza was barely warm and had no taste. Dough was rubbery and undercooked. Not a tasty pizza for me and too expensive for what you get. Delivery in 40-50 minutes, as announced.

What should I think of that? I go to get a kebab at lunchtime, the rotisserie is empty, the ingredients are taken out of small bowls and nobody is in the shop? Doner bag was average. Sauce was nothing special. Ingredients ? Were fresh. Service was OK. Would only go again if nothing else is open.

This pizza was not edible and I paid 24fr for it! Unfortunately I couldn't eat them and that has nothing to do with the taste. What have you done? At the beginning when you were new it was delicious but now........ it's not possible!

I've often wondered why the store is always empty. Now that I've ordered pizza and kebabs, I've realized this. The shop only gets customers because it's the only one in Münchenbuchsee, not because the food is good. Instead of simply improving the quality, criticism is responded to with defiance. I'm sure the young "worker" who hangs out on TikTok all day will again give a very intelligent response to this review.

All ingredients are the cheapest Prodega product, only tastes like cheap fat. I recommend that you reconsider the price/performance ratio! And when you come into the store, greet a customer instead of watching TikTok on your phone!

I ordered chicken wings and didn't even get any salt or sauces and the food was very dry and very inedible. It's best to close your restaurant and don't piss off your customers

Very friendly and fast service. We had a gyros and a kebab box. The sauces are homemade and taste very tasty, the fries in my kebab box were well seasoned, hot and crispy, the meat was juicy and hot. The gyro was also very tasty. We will be back.

Unfriendly staff. Was there twice and never again. The first time I ordered several pizzas and was told everything would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there on time and still had to wait 15 minutes. The first 5 minutes. I was immediately ignored even though I was 4! Employees were there and I greeted them in a friendly manner. The second time I was the only person in the store and the employee ignored me for the first minute too. I wanted to get a Dürüm at 3 p.m. but I was brushed off with the explanation that there was only pizza today (even though there was still an advertising sign outside). It would be ok with friendly employees, but as a customer you don't really feel welcome but rather annoying.

Has nothing to do with food/quality, but with decency. I have “please no advertising” on the mailbox and flyers from you keep landing in the mailbox. I simply won't order if the simplest things are not taken into account.

I ordered by phone: "Good evening, I would like to order something"... the person on the phone answered without saying hello and with zero interest: "yes and what?" The competition in the kebab/pizza business is too great for someone to be so unfriendly to take order

The mega Dürüm contained meat, salad and onions. No tomatoes or anything. I was very disappointed and for 18 francs?!?! Will never order there again. I can only advise everyone against this store. Answer: But it is very possible, including delivery it cost so much (which was terrible by the way... long waiting time and delivered to the wrong place first)

Unfortunately, “seasoning” is a foreign word in this store. The pizza had no taste and was rather dry. When we wanted to give the shop a second chance and tried the kebab plate, my two friends and I got diarrhea after 2 hours.
