Good morning, I just bought an egg roll and a croissant and asked if she could dispose of the empty red zero sauce in your trash, first she said yes then no and when I ran out they laughed about it, really unfriendly and just no goodbye or thank you

Honestly, not cool, not cool at all. Went there this morning to get a few croissants for the breakfast, paid 1.40chf for each croissant (which is already a scam by that price) and to crown it all they were clearly from yesterday. So you pay gold price for stuff that should be given to the duck at the lake. Never ever coming back again for sure. Edit: thank you for your answer but the 6 croissants I've bought from your store clearly show that not all your products are fresh, I rather have a 0.80chf croissants from Denner, which is guaranteed fresh and much more affordable and probably better.

Love Merz bakery. They have some of the best bread in CH and are easy to find. The staff in Buchs is always super friendly.

Dropped in this Sunday for a quick snack to eat on the train. The friendly woman behind the counter took ample time to explain the available specialties. Once I made my selection and after politely enquiring, she very pro-actively anticipated my train-travel and prepared the packaging to make it easy for me to open and eat on the train. A level of friendliness and thoughtfulness one seldom encounters. On top of that what I tried also tasted very well.

Very expensive but almost always worth the money. Everything was super tasty. Friendly staff. But unfortunately no beer is sold :D
