For the price that is far too high, you get burnt, dry sausages that have been left on the grill for far too long. And there's a little hard burr that you can sink your teeth into... What a shame...

Currywurst without really curry & sauce was just water 😂

Currywurst sauce was very watery. Fries 0815 seasoning nothing special. Prices for that overpriced. You can eat better at Migro...but friendly staff.

Far too expensive and the sausages are no better than those at Migros or Coop. In addition, the team is sometimes very unfriendly. It's a shame, Schmid used to be, but you can do better!

An older lady was quite unfriendly. No greetings.. Good evening.. You're welcome.. or thank you... nothing! At least a smile?! No! She didn't say a word. An African woman used to work who was always in a good mood and served quickly.

I was told that the best OLMA-Wurst is to be found exactly at the Metzgerei Schmidt. Totally agree!

The cheeseburgers are made with the cheapest processed cheese and are therefore hardly edible. At this price there should actually be a slice of real cheese in them! The bratwurst was at most lukewarm inside and unfortunately wasn't really any better. They also sell a menu (meatloaf with potato salad) Until recently there were always two pieces of meatloaf... now only one piece. And of course the price hasn't gotten any cheaper. Anyone who is so greedy and delivers mediocre quality at best doesn't really deserve a star. Anyone who has a stand in a good location apparently doesn't need to bother anymore.

There is no worse way to prepare schnitzel bread. It was cold, the bread tasted like it was 3 days old and the schnitzel tasted of nothing and was dry. The staff was unfriendly. I'll definitely not come again. MC is better.

12. 10 Saturday no bratwurst or Schüblig ready no mep really smart.... Bah disgusting currywurst today April 1st bah was again last time it was ok today a bitter curry liquid sauce so disgusting you have no idea what you are cooking and give it out my friend chef knew straight away that it was bad it was quite embarrassing for you to offer something so disgusting.

Bought a Schüblig today, you couldn't eat the thing. It was soggy and had probably been on the grill for some time…. I know I should have complained directly on site.

The prices are already high anyway and then an additional 80 cents for mustard, mayo or ketchup? It's not even like that in ZH. Apparently this stand doesn't need it. I won't buy sausage here anymore.

It's a shame that I, at the age of 66, was treated badly as a customer today, September 10th, 2022, so I asked for a well-fried cervelat and not just a lukewarm cervelat. I was told the sausage was well fried and hot, which unfortunately wasn't so true in my opinion Simply waved away if I as a customer want a dark cervelat, that's my business and not the seller's, it's just customer service. I've always meant the customer is king but in SG.Gallen unfortunately it's not just unfriendly. I'll get my sausage somewhere else in the future I also buy my wife's and my son's pratwurst, which are only lukewarm and too black. I will avoid the stand in the future as long as such unfriendly people work there

I ate something there several times, the service was always friendly, everything was good quality and fresh.

For a whopping 8 francs I got the worst curry sausage of my life. Instead of an original ketchup curry sauce, it was served with a ready-made tomato sauce. Honestly, it doesn't take much to make a good currywurst. Even Migros can do it. Sad for a seemingly good butcher shop.

On the way through we picked up a traditional bratwurst with Bürli. Impeccable. And the sausages are also available in vacuum packaging to take away.

The sausages are good, with a slightly small bürli. All for 9,- but the mustard has to be paid extra... Too bad!
