Meze in Zürich

Great food! The Kebab Fladenbrot is delicious! And falafel was so good as well. The guys are very gentle if you need help and they understand English pretty well!

i was very excited to go there because here it shows they have a good variety of Mediterranean dishes, however i was disappointed when I reached there because they were only serving few dishes: doner kebab, pizza, and some souses. I wished to eat dolma and rice and meat and real food. However the food was good but google maps was misleading.

We had a sucuk pide and a tuna pizza. The tuna pizza was delicious, their white sauce is amazing. The pide was, however, a little thin.

Delicioıs Mediterranean & Turkish food. My meal was served in good order despite it was a busy hour.

Good, tasty, cheap wraps with everything made on site. Definitely not the most exciting ambiance but the food definitely hits the spot and the folks working here are super helpful. I'll definitely visit again.

The restaurant is definitely worth a visit! The food was delicious, generous portions too an affordable price. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive made the visit even more pleasant. We will be back definitely!

We were in the mood for Turkish food and decided to give this place a try. We all ordered schwarma and my 2 year old ate falafel and fries. The food was so fresh and the service was amazing. Olhan made our experience great and was so sweet with our 2 year old and 10 month old. I highly recommend this place if you are in Zurich!

I urgently had to go to the toilet and asked if I could use it, which I was kindly granted - even though I wasn't a customer. Afterwards, my daughter dropped a bag containing a glass of ajvar, which was now lying on the floor and there were shards everywhere. The staff remained friendly and helpful - even when I cut my fingers with the shards and was now bleeding, they helped me. I apologized and wanted to give a tip that they didn't want to accept - although I left quite a "mess" behind, which I couldn't clean up properly with my bleeding fingers, only bandaged up makeshiftly. Later that same evening we decided to at least eat here and were pleasantly surprised - no standard kebab, but "real meat" and no roast meat, good falafel, no standard food, lots of homemade food, good sauces - and the staff was very friendly . We have found a new "favorite kebab", sometimes an accident can have a good side :-)

Really enjoyed the food here, kebabs were great and the Meze was just the right amount of just the right things. Its also exceptionally good value! All you need is a bigger selection of beers (Heineken only) some wine (none currently) and cutlery that isnt plastic when you eat in and it would be perfect. I will be back! So I just visited again and it was even better than before. They now have multiple beers, proper cutlery, an extended an even better menu and table service. Loved it.

One of the last really good kebabs in the city

Always good and friendly service even during big rushes. Food is always fresh and tasty, döner meat is one of the best in the city.

Yes, I don't go to a kebab shop because of the ambience. But my friend at the counter simply delivers one of the best kebabs around. Every visit there is worth it.

Their chicken doner was inedible. Baklava was stale. Above all, they were rude. When we complained about the food quality, the young man working there yelled at us that "if you don't like, don't come again". As some other reviews also mentioned, their high rate is suspicious. We trusted this rate and walked a long way there and the result was very bad. If you have to eat something, you can have their Vegetarian Pizza.

We went to here to have kebab only because it had good reviews, but the visit was very disappointing and expensive. They only had chicken doner, which was too salty and seemed very old. The people working there were not nice at all. It's hard to understand why this place has such good reviews, because what we experienced was bad food and service at a high price. I think people should think twice before going here. The restaurant really needs to make their food, service, and prices better

They don't have anything. If you don't have, close it. Not just bad, but very rude, it's a shame, the employee spoke to me so loudly and rudely. Expensive and bad. They spoke so loudly that I wanted to call the police.

They didn’t have any option but chicken, and the menu was expensive. I don’t recommend there.

Excellent, Cool atmosphere, great food, everything was perfect

I have no idea where the good reviews come from. We were there 2 hours ago and ate the worst kebab. The bread was hard as a rock, the meat was disgusting and cold, the fries were too oily. They didn't even have mayonnaise. Staff bad-tempered and unfriendly. The only thing that tasted good there was the cola. It's unbelievable how you can buy stars so easily.

We had the Pide and an order of the Sigara Böregi. They were both delicious. If you’re going to try this place, you need to be prepared to wait and have some patience. We went during lunch time and this place was packed with college kids and office workers. We did have to wait a little while for our food, but it was worth the wait and the price was reasonable. Most people were ordering the bowls and the wraps and they looked delicious.

Food is great, they make the bread fresh, generous with the amount of food they put and clean. I just hope they would improve their seating area, but everything else is amazing

My lahmacun was really tasty 4.5 out of 5 🌟and well seasoned. My friend's kebab plate also tasted good. Unfortunately, the shop was far too cold to enjoy your meal in comfort, as the door was wide open and it was very drafty for the guests. Therefore a minus. I can't fault the food, I think it's delicious 😊

The Meze Mediterrane is located on the military road next to the barracks area, tram stations are nearby. There are few parking spaces in the side street. It seemed clean. The owners are very friendly! The pocket bread and flatbread as well as sauces are made in-house! The meat skewer (chicken) from the butcher was great! Directly into the bag without a warming box. The kebab was very tasty with fresh ingredients, only the bread could have been more seasoned, otherwise it was great! Price/performance absolutely OK. There are also toilets on site. Thank you very much👍

Highly recommend for a quick lunch! Don’t miss out on the flatbread, they’re handmade and toasted on the spot. They have great service too.

Freshly baked flatbread from dough balls to Dürüm in 5 minutes. Kebab skewers look like stacked schnitzels instead of factory meat like elsewhere. Yummy.

It's a shame, a year ago you could put your own plate together. There was bulgur, various vegetables, pomegranate seeds and much more and at the end you could have pomegranate cream on top. All this for 10.-. Today, no cream, no bulgur, no seeds.. Just typical kebab greens and 12. - paid for the plate.

We had our dinner here yesterday, the chicken wrap was really amazing, they put a lot of chicken meat in it, they prepare and cook the lavash upon order, it is hot and very delicious. The salads inside were also very delicious. I definitely recommend it, you won't regret it :)

Very friendly and also tries very hard to serve all customers quickly. The price/performance is ok but unfortunately not anymore. Unfortunately the food didn't taste as hoped. - not well seasoned and the dough was just too dry. I have never experienced such a dirty and truly unhygienic kitchen area in Zurich as here. That really spoiled my enjoyment of eating :-( The doors were all open and the dirt was clearly visible in the background. If there weren't already uninvited tenants out and about :-( it's a shame

The tables, the vibe and the atmosphere can be improved and this place could easily turn into a nice boutique restaurant. The mezes are not enough. They should simply have more. Everything else is good.

I had gyro flatbread and the flatbread was freshly made when I ordered it. Very good taste, the price for the gyros was a bit expensive, but the service was so nice that she gave us each a free drink. It was definitely worth it! I recommend taking takeaway and eating next door in the park if the weather is good.

This is the best wrap I've ever had in my life and I've travelled to dozens of countries. The place is very clean, the food is fresh and high quality. They cook the bread for the wrap fresh in front of you. The staff is incredibly friendly and it's amazing to see people take pride in what they do. Amazing all around!!

Of the dozens of different kebab joints, Meze is the 2nd best kebab I've ever eaten! (Doner kebab is with a layer of pulled meat) Pizzas are mediocre, thanks to the cheese.
