Family lunch in the Migros shopping center in central Zurich. The restaurant is on the 4th floor (self-service take-away only on the ground floor), reachable by escalators or the lift. The restaurant is spacious and very well-kept and has a very well-organised self-service area full of delicacies! You can really eat anything and with the fast plating service (for hot and freshly prepared foods), you are immediately at the checkout. Super quality/price! You can choose the table at which to eat from a multitude of large, well-equipped and themed rooms. The mall is very large with beautiful shops on every floor.

Yes, my hotel is right opposite. In the evening, I go to the mall and supermarket to buy takeaways and eat back at the hotel. The roast chicken tastes better than the coop, and there are many other dishes to choose from.

The rest is too big and too loud. Almost no socket to charge your cell phone. The coffee is like water, really ugly. The staff doesn't seem to be in the mood for anything, and they're not friendly at all. I don't know if I'll chume again, maybe I'll just hurl to the toilet, at least I'll be fine.

The morning hit was reduced in size and the price went up. Greed is rampant here! A pity Good thing it's cheaper in Coop!😊

You can eat a wide variety of delicious dishes. There are plenty of seats. The price is determined by the weight measured at the cash register. If you serve a lot, it will easily exceed CHF 20.

Unfortunately, Migros is getting worse and worse, fries, for example, are almost without salt and you have to buy them separately at the checkout... but at least set up a pair of salt dispensers as is usual in all restaurants or is that also a way to save money?

The food is quite average. The price immediately increases because it is based on weight. It's not very tasty. I would recommend it if you are looking to eat little and cheap.

Bratwurst wasn't fried properly and onion sauce was super sour. Potato gratin was liquid without cheese and not au gratin at all, the stroganoff mushroom sauce was something.

My brother and I visited the Migros restaurant on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at around 12:45 p.m. and this was not our first visit there. We usually always order two chickens with a lemon wedge at the counter. This time, surprisingly, we were told that this was only available for the cordon bleu and could not be served with the chicken. We tried to explain that it was just a lemon wedge and that we always got it. Unfortunately our request was rejected. It's disappointing when the staff is so inflexible and unable to accommodate simple requests.

Expensive ~ even for USA standard compared to quality that you get. Unfriendly staff, but in general ~ I already wrote my opinion about how unfriendly people are here ~ in my other reviews regarding Switzerland. Once you are here, you will understand that you as a tourist are not really welcome. Part of my family is from here ~ it’s just… unbelievable for me that this is general and applies to all places I have visited in Switzerland.

A supermarket food court. Clean, efficient, and reasonably priced for Zurich. Selection might be a bit limited, but it changes every day. Everything is available, from salad to hot food to the desserts. If you're just up to get a meal and don't look for something special, you're probably not wrong at this place :)

Terrible service, they treat tourists as if they were rubbish... I didn't like the way the employees make light of the people who are there to even help pay their salaries. Unfortunately, these employees give a bad impression of that restaurant, they don't like tourists or giving information about the food served and if you ask them something through the translator on your cell phone, you'll notice that they make an ugly face and keep whispering about you because you don't speak their language. This attitude of some female employees is sad and regrettable!

Selection in the late afternoon was modest and warm food was just unhealthy. Cashier staff unfriendly. Payment terminal crashed, huge bill but no second checkout is opened. Children's menu without children's surprise, only acknowledged with a shrug of the shoulders

The set menu is quite affordable. We had the veggie curry and it included a small salad (12.50 CHF). The water is free. Quite busy at lunch time. The cashier was rude when asked "where are the glasses for water"

It is one of my favorite places in Zurich. It has a special terrace that is super quiet. I love it.

Had dinner on Monday. It was disappointing. The food was bland. Loveless convenient food. Tasteless carrots, sauce from the bag (?), practically unsalted fries. With a little good will and spices you could do more with this! The restaurant itself is nice and the toilets are always clean!

I have very good experience with this restaurant. Food is fresh and you have variety od different dishes. On the other hand, I would like to see more food without milk products in it. They put generally cream in everything. So, just freshly boiled/baked/fried and salted food would be perfect offer. Tiramisu is "a must" to try.

Isabel Weber's way of communicating with young people is a bit disappointing. While we were eating in the restaurant, a friend was sitting with us who had brought her food from Migros, we understand that she is not allowed to eat this in the restaurant. However, we found the harsh expulsion a bit extreme; she wasn't even allowed to wait at the table until we had finished eating. We ask for a more pleasant manner.

Always excellent quality and great value in Zurich. Self service hot dishes are great tasting, nice desserts and comfortable seating. Highly recommend anytime of the year.

This place is a life saver! Me and my husband had to go back to Lugano by train and everything was closed around 4 pm in town. We couldn't find anything to eat, but thanks to Migros cafe we managed to eat before long ride home. Of course not all buffet was full of choices but they had pretty decent food. We took bratwurst and potatoes, salmon, and veggies sauce. The place is very simple but has a nice view from window and they also have a terrace. We loved it.

I was there near the closing so the options were limited. It'll be nice if the offered more vegan options rather than just plain pasta and boiled spinach. Though this missed taste the salads part was a saviour. Tasty, fresh and nice combinations saved the evening. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful which is always a plus.

Easy option to grab food in the city. Large salade section, vegetarian buffet, curry, and the usual Swiss options (Bratwurst, Cordon Bleu, Gehacktes, ...), and nice desserts. There's complementary water as well (after payment).

I have rarely eaten so badly in a cafeteria. All the dishes are bathed in indeterminate sauces, the slightest food is transformed and we do not find the taste we should find. The only positive point of my meal was the fresh fruit salad: with nothing extra, the fruit tasted like fruit. Not to overwhelm this restaurant, the staff is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean.

The cashier looks stressed, it was utterly unprofessional towards me and gave me very bad customer service. I am pregnant and went there for ice cream and salad fruit with my 3 years boy and his buggy. Accidentally my boy dropped the tray on the floor while I was in the queue. I got out of the queue to not hold people behind me and immediately start to grab everything from the floor, also asking my son to do the same to teach him that what he has done wasn't correct and he must clean the mess. I kind male customer saw me in this situation and came to help me. And when I finished cleaning up everything, I put the tray on the top of the other cashier desk because I couldn't see any other place to leave it. I then took a new ice cream for my son (the ice cream freezer is very close to the cashier desk). The cashier woman looked at me with a grampy face and pointed the tray and the ice cream my son dropped, although she saw everything what happened. I had to tell her back "my son drooped that on the floor"! She then did not answer me back directly, but she looked to another cashier and said in a sarcastic tone " ahhhhh, he dripped on the floor!".... And she just left! I had to pay in the other cashier. I am not expecting anyone to clean the mess that my son did because it is my role to teach him good manners and that was what I did. I did not understand why that cashier treatment me like a criminal after!

People without a certificate are not allowed to eat outside on the terrace. And NO, the BAG did not recommend that!!!! Inhumane and very discriminatory!!! Unfortunately, I will not be able to recommend this restaurant to anyone.

Very tasty, cozy and budget-friendly. Friendly staff greets you at the entrance. Nice terrace. I put a minus star for the ban on taking pictures of the menu to translate it into English, because I do not understand German.

Satisfied on many visits, the staff at the counters were always very friendly and helpful. The quality and variety is satisfactory, everything is mostly fresh and attractively presented. Unfortunately, with a few exceptions, I find the cashier staff to be completely unfriendly, stressed and sometimes overwhelmed. Because I took the wrong plate at the buffet, the lady at the checkout tried to pour the contents of my plate onto the "correct" plate and treated me like a criminal. Of course it's better to avoid it. This could certainly be solved in a more customer-friendly way. Not so dear Migros

Quebec vaccine passport doesn't work for migros restaurant. It did work everywhere else.

CERTIFICATE BARIERRE = ZERO POINTS

If you have a terrace, why weren't we allowed in without a COVID certificate? At Coop Letzipark we sat quietly on the terrace today. They have the same concept (buy inside, eat inside and on the terrace).
