While I was shopping, I noticed my daughter pressing on the scanning machine. At the checkout I was asked to take a sample. Final result: over 5 articles that were not (correctly) scanned. Some of them were also scanned too much. (In my opinion, I would have ultimately paid more without a sample) I am absolutely aware that I was not fulfilling my duty of supervision as a mother (although the device is simply extremely exciting for a child of this age) and that I simply should have reported it because I was aware that it might not be right. Long story short: I felt like I was being treated like a criminal. My personal details were recorded and a reporting procedure was initiated. (Everything should be like that, because a mistake was made on my part) During this process, however, the communication was so customer-unfriendly! At the end of the “procedure” I also wanted to say that I felt absolutely uncomfortable in this situation and that I did not find the communication appropriate. However, no one was open to this. I am a Migi child and love Migros. I am aware of my mistake. But I would still like to point out again that the way I was treated was simply not correct, let alone friendly.
