Migros Restaurant in Widnau

The new menu selection screens change images far too quickly. A still image without a change or the old menu selection cards again would be better.

I love the food at Migros restaurant. It has a good variety, delicious food and affordable prices.

My wife and I are new in town. I had the opportunity to drink coffee there with my guests and found the staff to be very friendly. Today I was there again this time with my wife and she also found the staff really nice. It must also be said that the prices are within a good range.

Everything was good but check the degree of doneness of the pork. Unfortunately there was one that wasn't completely cooked through. Otherwise everything was great...

Great atmosphere and a large selection at the buffet. The food is more or less warmed up frozen food, but occasionally there is also freshly fried meat depending on the menu selection. Staff is very nice and attentive. The seating area is very comfortable and most importantly it is quite clean. Which is not the case in many self-service restaurants.

Very nice, and I always like it, but I don't like the crumbs on the table and chair, or even on the upholstery.

Today at 12.20 When I was standing at the checkout I greeted the cashier, but she didn't say anything back. She was arguing with the cashier next door. All she could say was... En goode 👍

The food is very tasty and practical. The Körbli snack is recommended. The food is obviously not freshly prepared but tastes good and serves its purpose.

The cream schnitzel was delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and also responded to requests. The seating options, including sofas or chairs, are very comfortable. The desserts were particularly delicious and tasty. The price/performance ratio is reasonable and I would give the restaurant 4 out of 5 stars overall.

It's always worth another visit. It's amazing how many other shops there are.

Unfortunately, the quality in the restaurant has deteriorated since the renovation. Accordingly, I prefer to avoid this and go out to eat in the Rheinpark. What I find very troublesome is the no longer available take-away offer or the offer that was moved to the meat counter in the store. This makes zero sense if you want to get something warm and you first have to go to Migros for a chicken and go through the whole store to the checkout, but for example you have to get the fries separately in the restaurant? The chicken will be cold by the time the fries are ready.

Very good, yes, one of the clients was a racist, he made us a little nervous because we were children and told us that this is not Yugoslavia, but this is Switzerland. There are people like that everywhere.

Very unpleasant and unmotivated staff. You feel very unwelcome and disruptive. A good morning or hello would also be great, but unfortunately you only get dirty looks. It was the first time we were here again since the renovation and definitely the last time.

Rarely have I seen such unmotivated staff. The cook has zero joy, and the dish looks accordingly. The Appenzeller Cordon Bleu was lukewarm and chewy like rubber. Although vegetables were part of the menu as a side dish, we were asked rather annoyed if we also wanted vegetables. You immediately miss the food. Half chicken with fries is no longer available. We were there for the last time. Congratulations.

Everything very organized. I liked. I went to have breakfast at this place but I waited a long time to make the payment because there was no one to receive the payments. I got tired of waiting and had breakfast before paying but the cappuccino was already cold. Unfortunately. At the end of breakfast, someone was already there to receive payments and it was then that I paid for what I had consumed. If it weren't for the cold cappuccino it would be 5 stars.

After the renovation, the employees fell asleep. They're slow and don't know things anymore. There isn't even a cart for the shelf. Little choice when it comes to food

The restaurant in Widnau is far better than Altstätten or St. Margrethen

One-size-fits-all, canteen food is simply expensive. You could eat it, but it wasn't really tasty. I still mourn Mr. Preisig, he was a really good chef and the food was tasty! You could also see it at the restaurant. Now, partly yawning emptiness... I don't think it's the chefs' fault - I think it's more the Migros' specifications themselves. And Willsgott the kitchen can't help it...

Fine food, large portions, love the pork schnitzel, mmmm fine...
