We are usually there during lunchtime and I have to say the kebab doesn't taste bad! You're probably wondering why a 1-star review? Now it's coming! A colleague had 1 Fr. too little and the boss (bald man) acted as if it wasn't a problem and my colleague just paid the 1 Fr. less. The next time we visited this no-frills place, the bald man just gave us crooked looks. It was one too many for us and we asked him what that was about. He said something in Turkish to his work colleagues and they started laughing at us. He just said to us “yes, no problem”. Hospitality is in small print here!!

I ordered a Dürüm from the store to take away without tomatoes and without onions. Too little prtion, no sauce and the last quarter was full of oil from the meat. Unfortunately very inadequate performance

We have often eaten at Reina Bistro over lunch (around 12:15 p.m.). This time it was only slightly busier over lunch, but the staff couldn't keep up with all the orders. If you include all the visitors (i.e. in the restaurant + smoking room + garden area) not everything was occupied (estimate 50-60%). We were told we would have to wait a little while to place our order (but not how long). While the two of us sat down and waited for our order, the order kept being brought to other tables that were already there before us - as it should be. After 10-15 minutes we heard other waiting guests asking when their order from 20 minutes ago was, whereupon they were told that today it will probably take 20 minutes (experience shows that it takes approx. 10-15 minutes) From then on, the cashier informed the guests before ordering that it would take about 20 minutes. While we had been waiting for 30 minutes, other guests who had already received their orders before AND after us, but we still received nothing. After 40 minutes we went to the cashier and asked for the money we had paid back. The boss said they were just getting there now, it would be another 10 minutes, but we couldn't wait any longer because of a business appointment. We took the money back and had to leave (unfortunately the tip had already been given.) In retrospect, we should have left after 25 minutes instead of waiting a full 40 minutes. Next time we'll go somewhere else. Addendum: 1 kebab/dürüm for 10 CHF... not sure but thought they opened up slightly recently. The Mega-Dürüm is not worth it (I and some employees think); For 3 CHF more it feels like you only get 2-3 more bites. We hope that the Reina Bistro maintains its service quality and quantity.
