Migros-Restaurant - Herisau in Herisau

Everything ok, can be recommended.

Cashier seemed stressed and let it go and felt that we were "work" for her. In a place like Herisau I don't think that's appropriate because you should first establish yourself as a "reopened" restaurant... The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was beautifully remodeled. Maybe it was just a mood of the day.

Are here several times a month. Overall, a nice and cozy M-restaurant, where great importance is attached to beautiful decoration. And the selection of sweets and other dishes is always good. The staff is friendly and motivated.

Very good and varied cuisine. Above all, I really like the fact that fresh herbs from our own terrace beds are used and created. The service and kitchen staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Keep it up😊

A local Migros restaurant like hundreds more in Switzerland. Absolutely nothing out of the ordinary.

The selection is quite large for the size of the restaurant. Grill, menu, buffet and salad bar or dessert buffet, if you can't find anything suitable here... The food from the wok was really well seasoned and really tasty. I like the atmosphere. The non-existent children's corner is an absolute advantage. This means you can enjoy being a guest without the screaming of children that is unfortunately almost common elsewhere. The garden restaurant is nice and quiet and looks quite inviting framed by the new planters. Friendly staff completes the restaurant and makes it recommended. I'd love to come back.

The salad buffet is great. Not very big, appropriate for the space, but fine "own creations"👍 The highlight for me is definitely the dessert buffet, homemade cream slices, flatbreads, cakes etc. top!! Friendly service and a chef with passion and joy, you can feel that 🙂 The garden restaurant is not that inviting, but that's what the space brings with it. Otherwise everything was great, I'd love to come back :)

Very nice restaurant with very fine food and friendly staff.

I had come to eat after the lunch rush. There weren't many guests on site. Unfortunately, many tables had not yet been wiped down and there was also food debris underneath. Three women who were looking for a place to have coffee and cake also commented on the dirty condition of the tables. I was pleasantly surprised in the toilet because there was a vase with flowers!

Was at M Restaurant yesterday. Had lunch. Fear fades away. Had Schnipo fries Some of the fries tasted extremely bad, like rotten potatoes. Schnitzel was tough as leather and without any present. In short it wasn't worth the money.

I ate here every day for a good 2 weeks. Day after day, it's super nice and the selection is absolutely top notch. lovely again. Keep it up 👍😊

Large Migros restaurant with a cozy atmosphere

Chef slightly overwhelmed with menu preparation (pallet not cooked through). Self service buffet good

Creamy schnitzel with fries: First you have to put the sauce on the plate, then the meat and the side dishes such as fries and vegetables. I have a suggestion: the best thing to do is to simply make everything available for self-service and then you can decide for yourself whether you want to put the sauce on it first or put it last on everything or part of it. And what I also miss is the half slice of peach or whatever it was with the cream on it, which is a real refreshment to the menu like a dessert. Otherwise the food wasn't bad, but it could have been a little hotter and my meat wasn't completely cooked through in one corner. Thank you for your willingness to read :D

The quality of the food and the portion size are very good. Therefore the restaurant deserves 5 stars. There is a 2 star deduction because there is unfortunately no play area for children (despite the new building).

Bratwurst was cold, plate full of sauce. She wanted to put the fries in there so they would get soggy. I wanted these in separate plates because she wanted to give them a mini bowl. Only after discussions did she give me a right plate of fries. There was another discussion at the checkout that these belonged to the bratwurst. It's a shame that the new migros restaurant offers so little.
