I recently went to this restaurant to try a burger and I'm sorry to say I was very disappointed with my experience. The burger seemed to have been prepared without any love and that was clearly reflected in the taste and presentation. First of all, I noticed that the burger patties were overly dry and tasteless. It seemed like they had been grilled without due care and lacked the flavors you would expect from a good burger. Even the fresh ingredients that were on the burger couldn't make up for it. The stove on which the burgers were prepared also didn't make a good impression. It was in a state that reminded me of the post-war period and overall didn't seem very inviting. Unfortunately, this contributed to the general disappointment. Overall, I was very disappointed with my visit to this restaurant. It's a shame that the burgers were prepared so carelessly and without care.

I wanted to escape the pouring rain today and sit in the dining/lounge area of ​​the Migros Take Away. A few minutes earlier I had bought a salad and a drink at the Migros store. But when I sat down in the area, an employee asked me to leave immediately. I wouldn't have consumed anything in the take away area and that would be reserved for these customers. Funnily enough, half of the tables were free, so I didn't take anyone's seat. When I mentioned that I had bought something at Migros, he just shook his head. I find this a disgrace and a miserable way to deal with customers. I will avoid shopping there again. Was this the employee's goal...? I do not think so.

The customer service is a disaster, in the morning there are between 3 and 4 people sorting the goods, none of them would think of serving the people... bad, in the future I'll be shopping at Sutter Begg next door.

The choice is huge. Starting from the prepared meal area, the workers are very caring and professional. Going towards the window, where they sell bread, croissants and so on, the quality of the service is really random. The workers are not concentrated and often in a bad mood. Probably there is a team who needs recalibration.
