The machines were explained to me very well, made available, loaded into the car and I was given lots of extras. For me a perfect customer experience! Wow! A big thank you to the whole team!

We brought in a fully automatic coffee machine for repair, which we bought in this shop over 10 years ago. We got a call a week later saying it was no longer worth it because there were almost no spare parts left and the repair would cost 350.00. We decided against it, based on this information, especially since we still have a second machine. We were informed that we had to pay 49.— for what? The amount would of course be credited to us if we purchased a new machine! What a disgrace, never again, that's not customer friendliness! We will definitely never buy anything there again!

My own attempt at home to loosen the screws on the brew group and put the whole thing back together failed miserably. So I brought the coffee machine to Mingmatic. Best decision: To my amazement, Lorent got my coffee machine working again extremely quickly and professionally with a very fair price. Thank you again. I brought a Jura z5 good working the only problem was that some minor water leak and they told me that 3 parts are broken and needed to be changed,. And would cost 440chf. Waw... I didn't fixed there just paid 45chf for open and closing and lost some screws there!!! A friend of mine fixed with 2 screwdriver who never opened a coffeemachine ever. Just cleaned it and some lubrication. That's all. 3 months past and working like a charm ever since. Be careful big fraud. I heard from few other people as well. Me? Never again
