Moderne in Bulle

Very good place to have a drink with friends. But the decor is dated (worn sofas and seats). This place really needs a good refresh!

It is okay but quite noisy, but may be because there was a birthday party when I was there.

The place itself is very good, but I had a not very pleasant situation, one of the employees, we hadn't finished dinner yet and the coffee hadn't arrived, literally "invited" us to leave because the table was supposedly reserved, (we were dinner), when it was the other waitress who showed us to the table, a very unpleasant person, she is not in the right place, she doesn't treat customers like that, we are not friends or acquaintances, we left even without drinking the coffee I paid for. Very unfair.

We went there for an aperitif and we had a great time, we will definitely return there to eat. Very pleasant setting and good atmosphere.

Excellent meal. Quality burger and extra fries. Beautiful and very good seasonal soup. The furnishings deserve a refresh. Cooking ultra worn doesn't really make you want to sit on it. But the setting and the atmosphere are magnificent nonetheless.

To say it upfront: it's a bar, so the floor is sticky, but we enjoyed a quiet evening on a Saturday. The service was quick, professional and nice. The food was elegantly dressed and tasted quite good. Their impressive wall of drinks gives a feeling of a high class bar, however the rest is furnished in a classic style. Because of the high ceiling, the room felt a bit empty but that's just nitpicking a nice place.

we went for a birthday, waitress Marcia very unfriendly, no smile, we asked her for napkins for example she came and threw them on the table, when she took our order for the food one of us wanted it burger without the bacon and without tomato the waitress replied "I'll just bring you the bread with the burger and I'll put everything aside and do what you want" the modern is a cool place with a good atmosphere but with this waitress the atmosphere falls in the water and I've been there twice now and both times I came across it, it's a disaster. Unfriendly, mean, aggressive. because of this I will no longer come and so will those around me.

A bar where everyone is friendly, the beer is good (the standard cocktails a little less so ask for more elaborate cocktails and they are absolutely delicious). Very pleasant place in summer and winter. The staff is very nice.

The restaurant is quite attractive and features a variety of foods from classic swiss fare to steak tartare and poki bowls. We found the steak tartare to be excellent, although we would have liked an option to request the addition of garlic and more cayenne pepper. The salmon poki was a disappointment. The farmed salmon was not cut into customary sized cubes. We also found the fish to be fatty and bland. Our server was friendly and efficient but a bit too rushed to make us feel welcomed.

A great Oktoberfest evening this Saturday 15.10! Went there with the good realdeal, a nice salad, a very good and well served burger, a miniardise for dessert. A delicious Chilean wine. Un lieu comme il en existe peu. C'est un bar New-Yorkai qui débarque de la cité rageuse dans la petite ville de Bulle, rageuse tout autant. Tout y est, la déco, les costumes, la qualité des produits.
