Very nice place for some Italian food.

Molino am Stauffacher is always a great choice for a successful evening. Even without a reservation, you can get a seat after a short time. Whether with friends or on a date - a very nice place to eat. Prices are reasonable for Zurich standards and the food is always tasty.

It is a little crowded so you should get a reservation but the food (I had the Spaghetti Carbonara) was great!

No table available despite reservation. We then had to sit at the high table, which wasn't particularly pleasant. We got the coffee for free. Thanks

We visited the restaurant with our children. The service was very helpful, gave good advice and gave the children ideas. Very friendly! The food was really good, came at the right moment. We'd love to come back.

The two of us spontaneously went to Molino on Friday. Despite no reservation, we were offered a place at the pizza station. You can see live how the pizzas are made. Not an easy job! The bruschetta and pizzas were very tasty. The tiramisu is a dream! The service was well organized and the team worked well with each other. We'd love to come back there. Next time with reservation!

There are definitely better pizzerias. Our Margherita pizza was burnt on the side and the dough was on the side and therefore inedible. At least the waitress gave a discount, which we thought was great. The employees were nice too.

I had ordered a takeaway pizza on their site, and upon arriving at the restaurant, I had to negotiate 15 minutes to collect my pizza by showing them the confirmation email and bank proof multiple times, because they did not apparently had not received the order. I am very disappointed with this service. The 2nd star is nevertheless justified by the quality of the pizza which was very good.

I loved the food from A - Z, we had a Tavolata as part of a large group and the food was fresh, perfectly prepared, the ravioli with sage butter was great, the team and service were very accommodating, thank you for the lovely evening!

Oh now Molino, you serve your pizzas well, a ubiquitous sign across Zürich and Switzerland beckoning a pizza of quality. Staff are approachable and efficient with service directing you towards a tight, minimal privacy table layout. Constant stream of customers creates buzz and food is ordered rapidly and delivered quickly. Staff attentive and pizza delivers, steaming from the oven and generously served. Drinks flow with a decor which becomes more standardized in each restaurant and with an ambiance somewhere between a delicatessen and a cafe. An experience you probably wont remember but which serves its purpose. Grazie milie.

Damage, totally wrong, we ordered 2 pizzas, one of them without rocket Troddel Kamm took her with us, we complained, then we both went back to the pizzaiolo. After another 15 minutes they came back, mine was cold, I complained, then it went back again, after 10 minutes it can be used again. We have never experienced such rude, unfriendly and above all unprofessional service people 👎🏿 We will never visit this restaurant again

I will not come back! I was finishing dipping the bread in the sauce and the waitress who doesn't even speak German took it away from under my nose! There are better places to eat. Limited menu and very poor quality price

Very good food and friendly service. The four of us came to the restaurant shortly before 9 p.m. without a reservation and were served very friendly and courteous. The pizzas were very tasty!

Pizza was very large and the ingredients (salmon) were fresh. The service employee packed the rest for us. We were able to eat the pizza the next day. It still tasted fine. Condition friendly.

It was my first time in Zurich, and I.had theost deliciuos experience! Punto e basta, tiramisu in spoon + espresso, is awesome idea! Not too much, and to thd point. Excellent coffee, buffled waiter ( I guess not every guest orders just two desserts). PS the people come here in excellent mood, greeting to the table of four eomen with a picnik table at the side. You know, one does not easily gets sitting places here on Friday night!!!

Generally I don't eat Italian abroad but this time they took me for tiredness. Tired of looking for a place worth eating in, I decide on this restaurant adjacent to the city center. Well I have eaten worse in many restaurants in Italy, even those with a coat of arms. Abundant, quality starter with well-cooked first courses and handmade pasta. The pizza (focaccia in my case) is also excellent. Excellent desserts. Cost below average for being in Switzerland. I left satisfied. The service was also impeccable.

On our last visit to the pizzeria we were 3 generations and more than satisfied. In addition to pizzas, the menu offers an attractive range of other dishes - including vegetarian ones! The children's pizza is prepared with particular care and is delivered very quickly. The service staff was competent and very friendly. There was enough space for high chairs and strollers. Grande Diploma!!!!!!

After a long time I was back at my favorite restaurant. Pizza excellent as always, only the entire staff is new... Hmm

Excellent pizza base and the tomato sauce was next-level. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place if you are looking for reasonably priced Italian food in Zurich.

Poor service, but the real problem was the manager, whose attitude spoils the experience. I have been here a few times before, but will not return. There are many better options close by..

It was bad, you come in and the employees are extremely rude, not present and don't smile. When they asked for tap water, he wanted money for it, in Switzerland!!! It's not a complete disaster, when the food came it was also bad, I don't recommend it. Again the staff is extremely unfriendly and arrogant.

Everything is great, except that when the waiters bring the bill, if you want to leave a tip, they put the tip amount, you don't choose it.

Very short waiting time, we arrived after 1:20 p.m., friendly service and simply very tasty.

100% recommend, good pizza, central location, attentive staff

The staff is very friendly and the location is nice. I think I was a bit unlucky with my pizza Norma, it was very dry. Bit disappointed. My partners pizza was however great! He ordered one with seafood, it looked amazing!

Good pizzeria, good service. The trams run often just in front and that's part of the convenient location in the city, but a bit loud.

Good Italian restaurant. The bruschettes are excellent, but it's difficult to finish the carbonaras that aren't salty enough afterwards. Haughty waitress, that's a bit of a spoiler.

Quiet restaurant where you can go with family and/or friends. Good service, generally good dishes. In the past I was a regular visitor, then there was a decline in the quality of the pizza and I took a "break" in frequenting, personally I believe that today the pizza must be perfect, otherwise ... I returned a week ago with a friend and we ordered something else, cold cuts and spaghetti with seafood, the latter rated 8/10, rich in seasoning but just a little "long" in cooking, too bad!! You can't go wrong with spaghetti!! Expensive in wines, medium-high prices for the proposed wine list. Negative point: Even smaller menu, very little choice.

The salami pizza was very sparsely topped, rather dry for my taste. The dessert is brought to the table straight away without ordering, so it's almost impossible to refuse. Nevertheless, the panna cotta with caramel sauce was very good. The service was very friendly. All in all nice, but from a taste point of view (my taste) I don't necessarily need to go there a second time.

Great spring risotto, unfortunately not small portions

Looks more than it actually is. The menu is difficult to read and sometimes incomprehensible. Weird choices without having a real statement. Due pizza or whatever it was was served quite cold. The ingredients on it were icy. For me it was a waste and too expensive

Oven-fresh (hot) pizzas 🍕, delicious 😋 toppings, tasty dough. Simply wonderful, such a lunch! Be sure to reserve, it is always fully booked.

Excellent Italian restaurant in Zurich

Unfortunately we had to wait over an hour for the main course, over lunch. It was the daily menu and we had to hurry because we had to go back to work.

Although this is a chain pizzeria, I was very much surprised about the quality of food and the quality of service that I received from the lady that was serving me. I I got a very good quality pizza and I called bill which I enjoyed very very much. I would most certainly pass by if I am in the area again. The materials that were used were very fresh and the pizza was very tasty.

My experience at this restaurant was outstanding, very well presented food and wine and spectacular service. Push was very helpful accommodating, friendly and made us feel right at home. I cannot wait to come back and would recommend this branch of Molino to anyone!

12/03/2022 - 6:20 p.m. - 7:30 p.m 0 stars for Molino am Stauffacher and your pizzaiolo A pizza calzone was ordered open. I received an unappetizing pizza with a charred base and some of the edges, with a very small egg, a a bit of tufted rocket and mozzarella, and that for CHF 29.- Simply horrible 🤮

What happened to the good pizzaioli and chefs at Molino. The pizzas no longer taste as good as they used to and the food wasn't at all Italian like we were used to at Molino. It's a shame.

The egg sponges were rubbery. On November 10th I was at the restaurant with a colleague at 4 p.m. for a drink. My colleague had to go to the toilet, he came back very quickly and said that the toilet smelled really bad. I wanted to know and looked it up, I have to say he wasn't exaggerating. The toilet bowl was also so dirty, it was just horrible and that is a subsidiary of MIGROS.

Unfortunately, the pizzas don't taste as great as they used to. Sparsely topped, smaller and baked for too long and therefore dry...

We had lunch here it was a busy restaurant with locals, the food was really good & the service was polite & helpful. They asked if we had reservations when we arrived as I can see they get very busy, but they accommodated us anyway. Zurich is very expensive though, nearly everything double the price of London

The Miss Italia Pizza is very good When I got the bill of 84Fr and gave 90Fr, the waiter thought that this was a tip without giving the rest back. If the will had been there, I would have taken this for granted. But I would still recommend this place.

There is 1 star for the service and we didn't eat, but we assume that it is as good as in Frauenfeld. We know the Molino from Frauenfeld where you are always warmly welcomed. In the Stauffacher Molino, we received a moderately friendly welcome and were seated at a table right in front of the door, even though there was a lot of free space. The people reacted in a somewhat friendly manner, but it seemed quite inauthentic to me and not in the way we are used to from Italians are generally very friendly. When we left and didn't want to sit down there, another waitress asked if everything was okay, I said no, we don't want the door at the back 1 meter from the main entrance where everyone comes in and out, the answer was sorry, but no other suggestion. Everything seems very processed to me. People are friendly because they have to, but they don't mean it that way. A suggestion to sit outside where there was a lot of free space, a suggestion to sit inside somewhere else, a suggestion to sit inside in a reserved place until the guests arrive, none of that existed and the restaurant was quite empty at the time.

Everything we ordered was very tasty, and the kids' menu is very cost effective. The service was a bit disorganized (during rush hour though).

Great atmosphere! The service was also good and the food was sensational! I had the Christa Rigozzi pizza with truffle oil which is highly recommended😁 But my companion was also very happy with the food.

Had a Mediterranean salad. The salad dressing...the olive oil was the only thing I tasted. So for me, never again salad at Molino! Neither spices nor vinegar was missing... well... a matter of taste!
