I have been a customer since they opened and apart from the fact that the quality is no longer the same compared to the beginning, I would especially point out that this is the 3rd time where I am 2 hours late with delivery. I'm trying to call them to find out where my order is because I ordered at 11:20 a.m. for delivery at 12 p.m., it's 2:35 p.m. I never received anything and not a warning call, nothing, shameful. I've been trying to contact him since 1 p.m. but no one answers the phone!!! We can read in a comment that they always answer the phone, the joke! Too bad I can't post pictures to show you my 15 calls or I never received a response. Me who recommended them to those around me, it's over! ASHAMED

I placed an order online on their site at 8 p.m. Delivery was scheduled for 9 p.m. I waited until 9:20 p.m. before calling them, and on the phone, not even an apology for the delay, nor even a discount voucher like other brands do when deadlines have passed. However, I used to order my sushi from them, but the customer relations are really not there. Never again.

I regularly order delivery... Yes, there have been errors, but after calling them to report them (and not to complain) I was entitled to a FREE order! I have never seen anywhere else that following an error, the next order is free. Bravo for this hyper-commercial gesture even though I wasn't calling for that purpose. I continue and will continue to order from Moshi Moshi♥️

I WOULDN’T order delivery! In my review, I can’t rate the food, because it is 2 hours after I ordered and still do not have my food. I called the store almost an hour ago (1/2 hour after the promised delivery time) and was brusquely told the food was on it’s way. They obviously do not care about customers. I guess they get enough one-and-done business. Canceled my order after 2 1/2 hours (and Uber Eats not being able to contact them in multiple attempts).

If the food is very good, I really regret that the staff doesn't care about waste. Indeed, in almost all of our orders, although we have indicated in capital letters in the remarks that we do not want wasabi, soy, or baguettes, we receive a good quantity. On the other hand, for 2 portions of breaded shrimp, only 1 sauce was delivered to us!!!

Bad experience with our last order. We order sweet sauces extra, which is already annoying in my opinion, and they were missing from the order when we received it. Not being able to choose between savory and sweet is already frustrating for a sushi restaurant, but on top of that you forget them despite the extra charge is really unpleasant. My girlfriend doesn't like savory sauces so it ruins the meal which still costs 70 francs. We called you and you weren't really understanding. Too bad because we were regulars.

Occasional customer for 5 years, I go there less and less. Damage... The sushi is less good 1x out of 2, the service is deteriorating, and the waiting times even for takeaway are much too long. This evening, order made, to collect to go by 8:45 p.m. I arrive at 9 p.m. to pick it up and they just tell me that it is not ready and will not be ready before 20 minutes... very average reception!! I come back 15 minutes later, and I see a delivery man who was already waiting before me, who is still there. He starts to get impatient and then one of the employees (just before he enters the restaurant, the 2 employees were laughing at the delivery man...) responds to him in a disrespectful, aggressive manner that she is not ready and that if he is not happy, he will cancel the order and he can leave. She ended up canceling his order. I hallucinated!! Another time, they made a mistake on our order, my friend went back to complain, we looked at him suspiciously and the employee said to his colleague "apparently there was a mistake on the order". We're not going to come back and wait another 20 minutes to scratch a sushi roll!!! This restaurant has become nonsense for a few months!

Excellent restaurant that I particularly like. The food is really very fresh, well presented and delicious. Sushi is very tasty and ingredients are very very fresh. Miso soup is quite delicious. I was skeptical of the cheesecake when we ordered but that was also very fresh and tasty with notes of citrus and vanilla. I would just prefer the edamame to be served warm on a rainy day especially=)

Tres mauvaise experience. Accueil aux questions presomptueux mais surtout: maki de thon spicy pas spicy du tout. Sushi d'anguille sec et froid (alors que c'est sence etre le meilleur et le plus cher, degueulasse). Brochettes de Poulet teriaky froides egalement. Sushi de saumon tres tres gras. Bref, presque 100 frs fichus à la poubelle ce soir... je suis scandalisée et c'est vraiment se moquer de la clientele

Nous avons commandé des sushis et nous sommes aperçus à la livraison qu'il manquait un maki.Je les ai appelé pour leur demander s'il était possible de nous le faire livrer, la jeune femme (adorable) que j'ai eu au téléphone a demandé à sa supérieure comment procéder. Ils pouvaient nous le livrer mais cela prendrait du temps. Je lui ai dit que cela nous convenait. Lorsque la jeune femme à confirmé à sa supérieur que nous souhaitions être livrés, j'ai entendu cette dernière lui dire que "j'étais bornée et que je faisais ch***". Je n'ai pas manqué de leur dire que j'avais entendu.Comportement inacceptable et non professionnel.

Great sushi (fantastic actually) but every (!) time we order something goes wrong, late wrong order etc. Tonight at my pick up the salads were forgotten. I called and had to go back to the restaurant. Answer was that the lady was pretty sure she gave it to me. They were standing in front of her! Happy for the gesture (ice cream - thank you!) but at times a sincere apology for inconveniences would help. I am sorry for having been annoyed but it’s literally every time. I will be back for the sushi, I will check everything there. I will not go for the service.
