We were more than disappointed with the stay between Christmas and New Year. We ordered two vegetarian dishes. On the one hand it was the Rösti with tomato gratin and a garlic bread with salad. The Rösti basically only tasted of oil, although you could see on the plate how much oil was still in the Rösti. Spices were also missing. Salt and pepper were not on the table and had to be requested. The salad was ok. The carrots, cucumbers, etc. were marinated in sauce and then served quite nicely. There was also a bit of fresh leaf lettuce and the garlic bread. I ordered a glass of dry white wine with the meal, which I personally didn't like at all. There was also a bottle of water. Completely unacceptable for just under 80 francs. The restaurant itself was still very inviting and nicely decorated. That was the first and last visit.

Since I can't eat potatoes, I asked for more vegetables and a salad instead of hash browns. The food was served quickly and the veal liver was very tender and fine. The additional vegetables came on a separate small platter and were excellent. The wine list is very varied and there is something to suit every taste. It should be emphasized that there are 3-4 white and red wines in 7 dl quality that you can order by the glass. I can recommend the Mühli restaurant.
